I thought Disney owned Doug now? They did make their own "New Doug" and even put out a movie.
Either way, I'm at a point in my life where I kind of don't care anymore. They are going to come out with rehashed and sometimes unoriginal remakes of things I enjoyed as a kid.
So I'll do what I've done for the last decade. I'll watch it once or twice, give it a fair shot, and pretend it never existed if it sucks.
In my house, there are three TMNT movies and ONLY THREE. If you mention animation or CGI, you will get thrown down the stairs.

A much better idea would be to create a channel dedicated to all of your classic shows. No need to reboot certain shows. You can't re-create classic shows and expect to have the same flavor. It irks me when Hollywood wants to reboot all of these shows and movies. Just how in the hell they would reboot Victorious? Blame it on your own stupidity by ending the show prematurely. Victorious could have lasted for another season. The "finale" was a joke. I am glad Disney doesn't try to reboot their classic shows. I am glad some of their shows got proper endings. Unlike how Nickelodeon chooses to end their shows without a proper conclusion. One of the few they did right was iCarly. new Ducktales coming in 2016 or 2017 actually.... They better keep the theme song.

Why? Why? In the famous words of tommy pickles... Because "clean air, fresh diapies...feels good!!" (Ren & Stimpy's revival was pretty well done...add this in with new Ducktales & I'm down) When was a new DuckTales announced? I want a Bonkers reboot

I'm going to be positive about this. I loved those shows! This could be good...
That being said, make original Doug part of it or GTFO.

Victorious was a decent enough show considering most things on Nick. Rebooting it would make no sense though. Exactly! The show was legit funny. I did enjoy it. Matt Bennett is a real treat. But the show is WAY WAY too new to get rebooted already. Unless they want a Degrassi like thing where they class keeps switching students every couple seasons. I'm glad I'm not the only grown man who loved it, haha.

I didn't care about any of these shows then, and I don't now. But as was said, show the originals, not some re-imagined version. You're going to lose the original audience, and not capture a new one, and it will be a waste of time for everyone.

They aired Rugrats, Kablam, Action League Now, Hey Arnold, etc. Then they started airing original shows and the shows that once they ended on Nickelodeon (Back at the Barnyard, Planet Sheen, etc) they aired on Nicktoons and completely ended airing the older 90's and early 2000's. If they want to listen to their fans, they should completely change Nicktoons into Nick Classic or something like that, and just air the older Nickelodeon shows, but then again, they won't resist going for original programming if they do that as well

I've already had to endure Extreme Ghostbusters and two other TMNT series. If someone does the same thing to Rocko's Modern Life as well, just take my TV.

Can't we just keep shows how they were, and have nostalgia. I mean, every show that was popular/successful is being revived nowadays. I'm kind of interested but I also lean toward your feelings. They aren't likely to live up to the originals. Besides didn't someone who did a Rugrats voice die? Christine Cavanaugh died last year, but she had left the show two years before it ended. From 2002 to the show's end in 2004, Nancy Cartwright (of "The Simpsons" fame) had provided the voice of Chuckie. Voice actors adopt voices pretty routinely. It's how characters like The Looney Toons have been able to stand the test of time, well past the lifetime of Mel Blanc. Movies like Space Jam are able to exist because of talent like Billy West and Dee Bradley Baker.

Just leave Rugrats alone. It won't top the original.

Now more than ever, the intense wave of 1990s nostalgia is at its height, with a slew of upcoming TV shows and movies planned to capitalize on the collective desire for a return of these cherished properties. Just this week even, Nickelodeon announced a plan to reboot ’90s favorites in a fresh new way.
Well, it’s time for millennials to rejoice, because the beloved Nickelodeon cartoon series of the ’90s are making a return in the biggest way possible. Sources exclusively confirm to The Tracking Board that Paramount Pictures is in the early stages of developing a massive live-action/animated crossover film featuring characters from hit ’90s Nick cartoons. Rugrats, Angry Beavers, Hey Arnold!, Rocko’s Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, and more are coming together for what’s being pitched as a Justice League or Avenger’s-esque team-up film called NICKTOONS.
Citing The Lego Movie, Space Jam, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, and Wreck It Ralph as influences, Nicktoons is poised to follow a similar model, employing a hefty amount of self-referential humor and charm.
Our sources say that Mary Parent is leading the charge on this one, working with the studio to develop and lock down the rights to the individual series. Parent and Cale Boyter are producing the pic via their shingle, Disruption Entertainment, which signed an overall deal with Paramount this past March.
Parent of course has a proven track record with adapting Nickelodeon cartoons into successful features, having produced this year’s Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. Nickelodeon Movies, which is a subsidiary of Paramount, is also producing, while Elizabeth Raposo will oversee for the studio.
Paramount is currently in discussions with different writers, looking for the perfect scribe to tackle a project balancing such immensely beloved properties.
