That Chyna is awesome! Almost perfect! It'd be awesome if the wristbands were matching (Not the chequered one). That figure looks a little flat chested. However you made the right decision to go with the Adam Rose Elite because she was very muscular when she first arrived on the scene.

It wasn't difficult, just had to trim off the neck and dremel the inside out enough to fit around the neck. I used the tank top that came with Elite 16 Rock. Not sure about adding a collar, I have thought about it. Just haven't decided yet.
