DM4 Stone Cold isnt the cheapest figure anymore though. APA Farooq or e48 Ambrose have the light blue jeans and would be much more affordable. I haven't purchased an Elite Ambrose so I am not sure, but does he use the same legs? Because I am pretty sure his basics have extra skinny jeans legs. Id have to compare side by side. Id say its more than passable though because these guys typically wear slim fit jeans and the Mattel jeans molds are more relaxed fit Id say. Plus the shirt will cover the belt with grommets.

Couple of more things I'm working on and an update on Riddle. All are up for grabs. It was pretty cool having Cage and Riddle both compliment their respective customs when they were posted on Instagram. Brian Cage. Still cleaning up the lettering on his logos. I really like scale on him. I just wish I could give him thicker arms. Nothing too special here. Just a Justin Credible like we've seen a million times, but I had fun making it. Had spare parts from a wrecked custom, so I put them to use. His head was also completely hollowed when I found it, so I decided to experiment with magnets to make it work. The head has pretty good mobility, but would come off pretty fast with rough play. I also sculpted the boots/socks from the ankle up, rather than create anymore areas on the figure that could be damaged through play. I may dirty up the shorts some more and add chest hair. I haven't decided yet. And lastly, added the rib tattoo and another logo to the shorts on Matt Riddle. Go look into this guy if you already haven't. He's doing pretty damn good on the indy scene right now. Thanks for looking!

Words cannot express how happy I am right now, I feel like a 10 year old kid again, being Hardyz crazy and buzzing with excitement whenever I see them. Only fitting I post these now. Made for member dpd1967. The TTL heads may not be to everyone's tastes, but we liked them. I sculpted the entire front of Matt's hair, to make the head look much better. For Jeff I painted on some of his signature stubble. Everything from the neck down were painted, and I sculpted the side pockets as standard. I used 4 figures each to make them, 8 if you count the heads and hands. Very, very happy with these. I can only hope Mattel makes them close to this or just 2000 look in particular. More pics on my Instagram if anyone's interested. @txtcustoms

Hey guys! I'm looking to paint up some titles and had a quick question. A few years ago I tried to paint the World title with the red inner belt but when I did it, the paint came out super sticky. I'm looking on updating the Tag titles and was wondering what paint to use on the straps so they don't aren't sticky(simple enough). As always any help with this would be awesome! Thanks in advance:)

I wish I could say I used the latter but I used a red testors acrylic paint. I think it's had something to do with the rubber material on the strap as opposed to the paint I used to be honest.

I have the same issue. Ive tried spray, brushes, multiple thin coats, all acrylic, and its always peels or stays sticky. Ive pretty much given up on painting straps.

I use testors acrylic paint and mine are all fine. They came out great honestly but I did a whole lot of very thin coats that I watered down just a little bit. It took longer to do but the final result is worth it.

Hey man, did you do a repaint on the sting torso, or it that a swap? as they seem to match better with the skin tone on the arms.

Hey guys,
Looked through all of this thread yesterday and the work in here is amazing. I've got a few things I have started some work on and I'm looking for a bit of advice.
Is there any body that works for Colt Cabana aside from the Finlay?

salvyn10 All I did to Sting was add a custom necklace, I also did a head swap and a boot swap. Nothing else has changed, yet.
