My hate stems from No Mercy on the n64, in career mode there was a dean malenko challenge...
I can't bring myself to describe it for fear of PTSD.

They aren't going to get every figure perfect all the time.... I'm sure bill didn't look at mr perfects figure and think, yes he should be as tall as the undertaker
Sometimes parts come back from china the wrong size, sometimes his samples don't work out, and the sculpts are from gentle giant btw. It would be great if every figure came out picture perfect but sometimes they don't, giving bill a hard time over it is just douchey, constructive criticism is fine, but the sarcastic thanks for this p.o.s , and thanks for that p.o.s figure is immature. He has a budget to follow and sometimes his hands are tied, we don't know the whole story, all I know is the guy has given us some of the best figures I've Ever seen.... Expecting a home run every time he steps up to the plate is dumb
Think about it
D.m macho man Sdcc undertaker D.m flair Wm 8 savage Kevin Nash DM hogan Legends Andre
These figures are amazing and ten times better than anything jakks could have given us, plus the scale is unreal. Place Andre next to Rey mysterio and if you didn't know better you might think they are two different toy lines. I know people have been pointing out SIDS legs and torso choice (which I think is ok, the legs I wouldn't mind changed) and bulldogs face looking like David hart, malenko not having 5 o clock shadow etc.
I understand we all want these figs to look as real as possible, and sometimes we can help change the look of a figure by pointing out any flaws but really I think we have all been spoiled a little by how awesome Mattel does wwe figures. I'm all for constructive criticism , especially if it helps get us a better product but just try to be respectful
Also thanks bill for being open minded to our suggestions

If I ever bitched to loudly about 1 figure, there were always 80 that I loved. That's saying a lot for the volume of work they've produced.
Thank you for maintaining a higher level quality material. Compared to Jakks or Hasbro ML/Star Wars, these are denser and look and feel better. You can just tell when you pick one up and hold it that its a much better than average product. That matters every bit as much as the paint apps.

Hasbro Marvel Legends, Star Wars, Gi Joes or Playmates Ninja Turtles......the articulation really varies from figure to figure. Some figures have more articulation, and some have less. when u get a basic or elite WWE figure....you don't have to worry about one figure missing bicep swivel articulation or something. All of the figures will function the same.

I, for the most part, love the work Bill and MattelDesignTeam have done. I'm all for constructive criticism, but attacking someone's work ethic, unless you are physically there supervising him, is flat out disrespectful. We can only guess and assume the behind the scenes workings at Mattel in regards to budgets and so on. From his posts and Q&A's I genuinely feel he is doing everything in his power to listen to us and give us a quality product. So I thank you, Bill, for the work you have done. However, if he chooses to never post here again I wouldn't blame him and completely understand.

I have a lot to praise MDT for. They've gotten me excited in wrestling figures again mainly. Not since I was a kid have I bought so many figures! I put together a couple quick examples. My first figure ever was this old beat up Rock. And I haven't gotten another one since then. Current Rock just doesn't do it for me as a figure, and I considered grabbing a few flashbacks but always decided against it. Then they pulled out this epic 2003 heel Rock with guitar and everything. I HAD to pick him up, and he just looks so perfect next to my first wrestling figure. Obviously different eras of Rock, but still really great on Mattels part. Then I recently got a replacement for another of my Jakks figures I wish was just so much more. This is such an unfair comparison lol. It's like the worst Jakks, with imo the best Mattel RVD. None of his other basics did it for me. I wasn't a fan of the head or the attire. Don't like the elite one bit lol. But this one sticks out to me. Looks super great. Love this singlet. Love his face. I keep his arms up and he's at the front of my shelf. Probably my favorite Mattel figure. Favorite basic at least for sure. Then I think everyone's favorites are the Elite championships. I mean as a kid with these belts, you don't really care much how the belts are. You're just glad to have them and they can be whatever to you. But as you get older you go "jee that doesn't really look like the actual WWE title does it?" So now not only do we get realistic wrestlers, we get realistic and super detailed belts. They're even put together the same way as the old belts. It's the original idea for them multiplied by a billion. I love the shiny belts! And I'm so glad MDT did justice to this Kane. I've always liked Kane and I want every one of his attires. He didn't switch every month and they're all very unique. This was my favorite return of his, my favorite look. The mask was totally different and then he unmasked, which this figure does! It's just awesome to have this. I got him for a deal too despite being an RSC exclusive, I think? But lately it's just been figure after figure. All year has been awesome release after awesome release. And sure, there's a billion Cena's and a bunch that I don't care for and things that don't live up to the standards that a lot of stand-out figures set. But this is probably their best year. I can't believe I forgot DM Sting in this picture! My first DM and just awesome to have a classic WCW Sting figure that doesn't look like the Incredible Hulk. And I was too lazy to grab a figure stand for Daniel. He's supposed to be like jump kicking? idk lol (If these pics end up huge, I'll just put links...)
