I'm not a big drinker but I turn 21 In a couple of months. Can anyone explain what an IPA is ? I know it's beer but what's the difference between that and "regular" beer? www.thebeerstore.ca/beer-101/beer-types

I've been working at a bar for the last 10 years, and thankfully, I get a chance to try a lot of different beers.
I'd have to say, Belgium Ale's are my favorites.
Chimay Grande Reserve Trappist Ale and Delirium Tremens are probably the best out there. Those can be quite pricey, so I usually go for a six-pack of New Belgium's Triple Ale.

Anyone ever had this before? I was sitting at the bar and saw this on tap and thought it looked awesome.

Friend got it as I don't drink beer and she said it was good. We went back a couple weeks alter and they were completely out of it. I like Vodka.

Not much of a drinker, but I enjoy a pint bottle of Guinness every once in a great while (like on my birthday this Friday).

A good ol' Rickards Red is usually my go to when I'm out at the bar. Although more recently I've kinda been drawn to drinking wine more than anything. Not enough to be a connoisseur, I tend to buy some gimmicky wines like the Rolling Stones merlot and stuff like that. Still really wanna try Dave Mustaine's wine.

When I'm at the bar I usually drink whatever the seasonal beer is. Go to beer would be Guinness.
When I'm chillin at the house, it's liquor. Mainly Captain Morgan.

My go-to is typically High Life, 'cause I'm one classy SOB. If High Life is unavailable, Bud Light will do 'cause it's always available. I don't care for fruity beers. I've kind of lost my taste for pumpkin beers, but everyone around here thinks Pumpkinhead is the end all, be all. Guinnes Extra Stout is better than Guinness Draught, and all that malarkey about Guiness being a meal in a can is just that - malarkey. Trader Joe's sells a house brand lager that is $4 for a six pack which I like to buy cause it's easy on the ol' wallet.
Whatever you drink, always adhere to the property of ones.

I usually keep 12 pack of beer in the fridge. I like a nice cold beer quite often. Like all type of beers. Right now I like to drink some blue moon pumpkin.

I usually go for Bud Light, simply because it's everywhere. If a store has Rolling Rock, I'll pick some up because it's cheap. I also really like Corona, and Redd's Apple Ale.

Anyone ever had this before? I was sitting at the bar and saw this on tap and thought it looked awesome. We have this on draft at the restaurant I work at. Easily the slowest moving keg I've ever seen. It's so hoppy, and so disgusting.

I used to have a problem a few years back. Haven't touched the stuff since 2008 and I don't miss it. But while I never plan on being drunk ever again, I wouldn't mind having the r a r e ice cold bottle of Rolling Rock.
What happened to the OP btw?
