I love the Bill and Ted movies. I practically know the first movie by heart. The second one wasn't as good as the original though. There was even short lived animated series, an action figure line from Kenner and a breakfast cereal. It's a shame that George Carlin died

I love the first Bill and Ted movie I bought an Atari Lynx just so I could get the game for it too bad it sucked. The first movie despite being so 80's really is timeless (no pun intended) the second one......... I just have a hard time sitting through it to be honest. I do not hate it, but I am no where near as into it as the first movie.
I worked as a teacher many years ago and I got stuck with a history class for about 8 weeks and I actually used Bill and Ted as one of the projects we did. The kids had to pick three historical figures (from a list) and then do a Bill and Ted style presentation on them, pretending they were the historical figures, telling people what it was like in their time and what stuff in our time they like and why, stuff like taht. It was a lot of fun, I got a lot of praise from my superiors and no one knew that Bill and Ted was my inspiration.

I absolutely love me some Bill & Ted.
The first is great but the second one is king in terms of the concept.
They play board games with Death(played amazingly by Bill Sadler) who turns out to be an incredibly sore loser, had a trippy trip thru Hell, got killed by evil robot clones named Evil Bill and Evil Ted, and it had one of the coolest looking aliens in any movie imo

Love em! Especially the first one. I still randomly break out the song that played during the credits.
Why do we not have really detailed Bill & Ted figures? Neca? Diamond Select? McFarlane?

Big fan. I loved the animated series as well. I still keep hoping that they'll put out a Bluray collection with both movies and then all 21 episodes of the cartoon. They still haven't actually released all of Season 1 on DVD yet to this point, which is a shame given we're still missing 5 episodes Carlin, Reeves and Winter all voiced their character.
I follow Bill & Ted 3 on Facebook. I honestly hope that happens. Seems like with them hanging out again for Deep Web that it could actually happen. Oh, and bring back the cereal. I still have the cassette tape holders, but maybe they can include phone booth phone covers or something this time around.

Simply brilliant films. Station was what it was all about for me. Did anyone read the comic series of b&t released last year?

Wasn't there talk of a new movie a little while back? What's going on with that?

Wasn't there talk of a new movie a little while back? What's going on with that? They've got a script, Peter Hewitt onboard to direct and Reeves and Winter committed to reprise their roles, with Reeves being considerably talkative abut getting it made in interviews this year. Plus, Reeves and Winter just worked together on Winter's Deep Web documentary. If it's ever going to happen, now is the time.

As far as conedy sequels go, it's top notch.
