I prefer Elites over DM because there's more and I love getting current main show talent.

The way is see it:
1. Figures that come with shiny VAC Championship Title Belts 2. Figures that come with not shiny not VAC Championship Title Belts 3. Figures that do not include Championship Title Belts

HOF DM RSC TRU Exclusive Elites Elite Lines Basics/BP I think the HOF line has been solid including the upcoming sets and 4 pack. A lot of wants have come through that line for me. The DM's have been great as well, but HOF has plugged a few holes in my collection.

The way I see it
-DM -ELITES/FB -RSC (let's be honest they're just regular elite figures for more $$$ due to lower production, for the money I'd wish we'd get unique molds or at least some cloth accessories) -Basics -The rest I don't care for

I would think that RSC would be the top dog since they make less of them and they usually come with a belt and or nice accessories . DM's,Elites and FB's are pretty high up there as well in my opinion.
I'm thinking the exclusive Warriors might be the most Elite since there are only very few of them produced.

DM and RSC certainly have more budget, but I feel like the RSC get more accessories while DM get more cloth attires.
I miss the Entrance Greats. Those were like DM basics lol. But I guess DM is the replacement. The music playing base stands are kinda neat, though I'd rather get more accessories I guess.

Would ya say Ringside exclusives are geared more toward adults? I mean I'm sure some people order them and give them to kids but it's not the same as a kid seeing a John Cena Flex Force in the toy aisle and tugging on their parent's pant leg begging them to get it...

DM (especially bc of the price point) RSC Exclusives (bc of the limited #s and packaging) HOF and other store exclusive Elites (see above) Elite Basics Build a figure ...at the bottom I will throw the new little army men (even though I like them!)

Defining moments are Elites, and will be made in exactly the same factory so there will be ZERO difference in quality between any of the Elite lines, they are all the same
I would say it goes Elites(inc DM) Basics Create a Wrestler That's all Mattel make now right?
