Easily The Streak ending. There were a select few other moments that surprised me, but as far as being shocked beyond belief, Lesnar beating Taker goes down as one of the most stunning moments in wrestling history.

Definitely the streak ending. The reaction told the whole story, Usually people get excited about loud pops and hot crowds but the genuine disbelief dead silence from that moment until the main event was something special. Can you imagine if they went through with the "original" main event plan without Daniel Bryan? That WM couldve been the biggest train wreck ever in WM history. I remember they had a divas match right afterwards and you could hear a pencil drop from the god damn cheap seats.

Shocked beyond belief? I don't think anything comes close to the Streak ending.

The Streak ending. I've never ever heard a WrestleMania crowd go so quite so quickly. Just surreal.

Torn. The Streak had me sitting back for about ten minutes thinking "Well... ." But a weird one for me, seeing the New Age Outlaws win the tag titles live at the Rumble last year. I'd never been to a wrestling show before then, and I couldn't believe they actually won...love Road Dogg, so that was maybe more a mark out moment than disbelief. Edge's retirement kind of came from left field to me, and seeing as he was one of my favorites ever... But yeah most likely The Streak tops it. Pretty much these for me too. Especially The Streak ending and Edge retiring. Edge is my all time favorite.

Most recently? It had to had to be the Dudley's return. There was not one rumor online, and I was completely caught off guard.
Of all time? The streak. I don't think anything will ever top that.

Just a few in recent memory Punk winning the title at MITB 2011 Kane returning with the mask Raw 2011 Rock pinning Cena at Mania 28 — thought for sure he was there to put over Cena Lesnar breaking the streak at Mania 30 Daniel Bryan winning the WWE World Title at Mania 30 Sting debuting at Survivor Series 2014 Im sorry but if you didn't see the Shield breakup coming for months you weren't paying any attention to TV. I don't think it's the Shield split that was such a surprise, I think the surprise was that Rollins is the one that turned. I had originally thought that Ambrose was going to turn, whenever they decided to split them up, he just had that vibe that he was going to be the bad guy. But then when it became apparent that WWE were really interested in Roman Reigns, I thought "Well maybe he will turn, maybe that's the push they have in mind for him." But not once did I think, I bet Rollins is going to turn on them. I think having Rollins turn was perfect because of that. And when they 'gave him the ball' he's done a great job of running with it.

The Streak ending will always be the pinnacle and epitomy of suspended disbelief. Since then, I'd say Rollins cashing in at Wrestlemania, along with Lesnar winning the Triple Threat at the Royal Rumble (as I genuinely thought he was hurt during that Match). I think The Rock beating John Cena at Wrestlemania 28 is up there too in recent memory, as I was convinced it was a one off and Cena would come out on top, like Rock did with Hogan.
On a side note I'm not sure how anyone can say Bryan winning the Title at Wrestlemania XXX is in this list, it was clear as day he was winning that Match and getting his Benoit moment.

How about that one time Alberto Del Rio returned with Zeb Colter?

Last night when Coulter came out, I literally said "they're going to put Swagger over Cena? Are you serious? And then he introduced Del Rio and I literally was like wtf? I don't follow LU and had honestly forgotten about Del Rio altogether and then he walked out and I was absolutely shocked.

My reaction was very much the same...even the thought about Swagger was exactly the same.
