Anyone kind of annoyed that we have the network now and the WWE couldn't make some sort of tribute for Eddie's 10 years? A table for 3 with Jericho, Rey/Malenko & Chavo would be cool, just pay them all for a one off appearance for it. A WWE List episode counting down the best Eddie moments with the newer guys talking about how much Eddie influenced them, their best memories watching him, etc. Not even a youtube video of a remastered tribute, no nothing. I don't think there is even a mention on the 10 years in on wwe.com. Extremely underwhelmed, they should be helping Eddie's legacy live on for younger generations to see how great he was, and with the network now it's so easy to do something good for him.

For the WWE it's more like, "if it didn't happen yesterday, there is no point in talking about it now" sort of thing.
The WWE sees that most stuff that gets watched on the WWE Network is NXT, the Renee Young stuff, the Cory Graves stuff, the Table for 3, and to have a special on Eddie Guerrero probably seems like a waste of time for the WWE when they figure nobody is gonna watch because it has been 10 years since he's been gone.

Would have been nice, but I'm not going to get up in arms over it.

I think they're focused on the Undertaker 25 stuff.
Still, they absolutely should have done something for Eddie. Even if you don't even tape anything new and just air PPVs and stuff of Eddie's best matches.

It's weird....they really don't even mention the guy. I think they don't like the idea of a guy dying while in their company. The same reason they don't want to bring back Kurt Angle. I mean they keep keeping him off the video games too which they used to always include him on. I honestly do think there is more to this than them just forgetting, this is calculated

It would've been nice, but I imagine because of how close Eddie was with Benoit they also want to distance themselves that way...not sure, but at least we can go back ourselves and find certain matches and moments from Eddie's awesome career...

You would get idiots complaining that they were trying to use Eddie Guerrero to get network buys.

To bad there wasn't a 2 Hour long Podcast that gets hosted by one of the Guys you named with 2 other guys you named as his guests. I am sure that also would have been so much better than a 20-30 Minute long conversation where they would've gotten censored by the WWE when it came to certain topics...

Thats beside the point, a WWE tribute of sorts would have been good, you know, the company he passed in and made a name for himself world wide, and drew the WWE money in merch, etc.

YES.
The Network as a whole; while nice that it's at my fingertips; well it's getting stale. They need to do new features like this. Kliq week was so watered down. They needed to do something for Eddie. They need to add all episodes of Superstars. And you should be able to watch RAW on the network right after its done.

Well because of television rights the WWE would be sued out of their asses if they made RAW available right after, but everything else you said...for once you and I completely agree.

Agreed. I'm not saying a whole week about him but a one off round table with his buddies would have been great. I just watched his great No DQ match with Edge from 2002 this morning and it made me wish the WWe acknowledged him.

I wouldn't say I'm disappointed, he passed away a decade ago some people want to cling on to the past we all remember Eddie, and we're not going to forget him anytime soon, I just dont want to see another tribute, Rey's whole world title reign was in dedication to Eddie that's about the biggest mark of respect you can get imo. Let Eddie rest in peace.

I'm not surprised in the slightest, honestly. Eddie's death is connected to drug and steroid abuse. WWE stays as far away from that as possible.
I would like have seen them do something, for sure, but I sort of understand why they wouldn't.

But people always seem to conveniently forget that about him....because he died.

However, a plug for Jericho's podcast tributing Eddie Guerrero would have been an easy thing to pull off.
