With the year basically being over I figured I'd make this thread. Which retail store has been the best to you in finding what exactly you want. Mine has to be TRU. My local one closed down for 2 months to do renovation and opened back up early November. To say the least it now freaking looks like Times Square TRU and it is beautiful! With the renovation came stocking up every freaking day. Since reopening I have bought E38 APA way before most people found them and E39 Bulldog, Godfather, Sid, and Sting. Pretty ing sweet! So what is your favorite store this year?

I think most UK fans agree with me when I say Smyths. I go there for most my figures.

Honestly, Amazon has beat up every retail store for me this year.

I've actually bought a majority of my figures from RSC this year as most retail stores around me have been horrible, but I'd have to say TRU was probably the best out of them all. Thanks to them I was able to grab E38 Reigns and Bryan earlier than I thought, and my most wanted, WM 31 Seth. They win.

I started the year getting hof1 at target. Then I got doink at target. Then I hunted for hof2 at target. I got all the elite series online but I heard that TRU was starting to be the place to find the newest series. As much as target has fallen off in the last year I still have to give it to them just purely for the hof series. I'm now hunting target again soon for hof3 and the Heenan family

As Amazon and eBay aren't stores. It has to be Smyths. Smyths blows any and every store out the water anywhere, I know we're behind, a little, but now we're getting the HOF line and the DMs here too, smyths wins hands down

Yeah, Amazon murdered traditional retail for me this year. The only reason I go to retail stores for WWE figures is for their respective exclusives.
As for an actual store, I'll say Walmart just because they seemed to be the first stores to get the newer stuff, especially the DMs.

Target for the HOF Series
Non-Exclusives: Amazon hands down. I haven't hunted for non-exclusive figures since E34

As far as retail goes, Toysrus wins by a mile for me.

E39 was at the Times Square TRU? The Nanuet NY TRU just started receiving e38 last week. I would love to find e39 Bulldog, Sid, Sandow and my MIB Sting before Christmas.

The TRUs here in MN are really hit-or-miss. There's one that is more "hit" than "miss" and, even though it's an hour round trip to go there, I find it to be the best place to get figures. Amazon is a really close second, especially if you're looking for a deal.
