TNA is dead. It's been dead since AJ Styles left and they started whoring out their world title to guys like Magnus, Eric Young, Bully Ray, Chris Sabin etc. The TNA World Title used to have some prestige but when you see names like that in the history books, nobody takes it seriously anymore.
I don't even think it was Hogan/Bischoff that killed it. Yes, it was better before them but the damage continued after they left. They lost their jewels in AJ, Joe, Sting, Daniels, Storm, etc. These guys WERE the company. They're just dying a slow and painful death at the minute. I'm not sure if the company will ever officially "die" but it will get to the point where it's no longer relevant in the wrestling world and no TV station will pick it up. It's at that point right now nearly.
Basically, all the big stars left should just go to WWE. NXT would be better than this crap.

I always thought TNA was good wrestling and enjoyed it a lot from 2009-2013 when the WWE stunk, but ever since AJ Styles quit, theyve looked like they are ready to go out of business.

Is Goldberg or TNA the bigger idiot in this situation?

I'd much rather they go out and sign some bright young talent. Top indy talent or top international talent, I want something new and innovative, not a rehash of something we've seen 15 years ago.
Dixie's lack of looking to the future is what crippled this company. She tries to live in the past instead of planning for tomorrow. It's a shame what TNA has been reduced to. Meanwhile NXT has become everything I thought TNA would be.

But yeah, looking to sign Goldberg in 2015 just goes to show how moronic Dixie is.

Who gives a crap about Goldberg anymore? True wrestling fans True wrestling fans? The guy was absolute garbage in the ring and was just as much of a hazard as Ryback. Another guy who belonged nowhere near a wrestling ring, let alone the "success" that he found in the business.

TNA has been on the brink of death for a while. They may as well go all in for this. What do they really have to lose?

Yeah I can somewhat forgive Ryback because he seems to really enjoy wrestling and works hard. Goldberg never gave a crap and he never will. He just sucked at football so went after the next biggest money grab.

If he does, I predict the formation of a stable made up of every heel in TNA that Goldberg will plow through while doing nothing but Super Kicks and Spears injuring half of them. Goldberg gets butt hurt over something a month in and leaves.

I can't believe anyone would leave ROH for TNA in 2016. That's insane.

I guess. I don't where they're getting the money, but it do talk. Plus, they can probably work a lighter schedule with them, which would keep them open to work in NJPW, too. I'm not gonna complain about whatever gets more of Maria's ass on my TV.

Yeah I'm kinda pissed that I now have a reason to watch TNA. But as far as Japan goes, I guess we'll be seeing Bennett jobbing to the Great Muta in Wrestle-1 soon enough.

It would be awesome to see Goldberg back on my t.v in a wrestling ring but I think he is smart enough to stay away from TNA

I wonder if they did what WWE does and just had Goldberg in a Lesnar type deal, where he wrestle "x" amount of dates a year, maybe a little more than Lesnar, that way they've got a nice break in between feuds to work something important for him to do when he comes back, rather than just feeding people to him weekly as they probably would.
