Let me start off by saying, I'm all for more FBs & Legends and stuff, but I feel as a primary elite current collector, we are taking a huge hit. Elites are already only every other month releases. FB have pretty much been bumped up to 3 per wave, the last 4 sets (e38-41) all RSC exclusives are basically FB, & now the 2 PK we are getting is a FB. No more BAF sets at TRU, Targets store exclusive are FB,
Basically there is very small chance of getting less popular guys in the regular elite line. Even New Day, like damn they've been relative for over a year now and by the time we get them all it will prob be late spring early summer if we are lucky.
I'm not knocking FB at all, I just wish we could have them in maybe their own stand alone line, or since elite cases are 8, make it 8 figures per wave. Anybody else feel this way?

I buy more flashbacks than current so I'm not bothered at all. But that's just me

I only collect Flashbacks/Legends so I wouldn't care even if we got zero current talent Elites.
And in regard to giving Legends their own line again, I'd be weary Mattel would wreck it again by making too many obscure 70s/80s guys/attires and barely any Monday Night Wars era talent like they originally did with the Legends line. In fact I'm already concerned about the HOF series and HOF multipacks due to Mattel's obsession with focusing so much on older talent and attires. I'm not saying focus completely on the Monday Night Wars era, but it was the most popular era of wrestling ever and that isn't being represented in ratio anywhere near as highly as it should be. I mean the HOF multipacks we've had the 80s Horsemen and the Heenan family, both very old school and risky choices to test the waters on Legends 3-packs or 4-packs. NWO or DX would have been the obvious and much safer choices to start this line. But hopefully it will pull through anyway.

Nope. Every other month is quite alot to begin with when compared to other lines like ML, SW black, Mattel's DC lines...so there's plenty of modern guys being released already. There's no need for more.

Who's on the main roster right now that doesn't already have an elite or rumored to have one coming up? IMO the current wwe product is lacking big time so thankfully they bumped up more flashbacks to keep me interested

No, it's a good balance of current and flashback elites in the sets.
E39- Current: Damien Mizdow, Dolph Ziggler, Sting. Flashback- Godfather, Sid, Bulldog
E40- Current: Sami Zayn, Tyson Kidd, John Cena. Flashback- Rick Rude, Umaga, IRS
Having flashbacks be their own line will be bad, because then they probably won't sell as well and would be warming hard. And another no to 8 Elites, I don't like that idea, it's not good for people's wallets.

A separate flashback line would fail again, and would cut into people's budgets for buying wrestling figures so the elite sales would be hurt too.
At the moment, when the current roster is pretty dull and dead of interest, I think including more flashbacks as they have lately is fine. But they shouldn't make it a permanent thing.
Who is there that is lacking a new elite from say Royal Rumble 2015-WrestleMania 31 time? Given the year lead time on a figure, that's the time period we should be seeing coming up.
New Day - coming in the next few sets.
Thtardutht - has he got another elite planned? We could definitely do with a Fastlane/WM31 elite of him.
The Ascension - don't think these guys are planned? Hopefully if they do get elites, the body choices are better.
The Usos - maybe not really in need of new elites, but I'd be cool with them getting the sky blue shorts and orange t-shirts in elite form.
Daniel Bryan - doesn't have one with his 2015 longer hair headsculpt yet.

I enjoy how things are now. How many more styles and attires of Miz and Dolph Ziggler does one need? We haven't gotten tons of old school guys yet. But I'm pleased with how things are being done.

They are pumping more current guys under the Basic line of figures, Mattel has a good formula going here for elites, and I am on board with this strategy.

I have virtually no interest in the current product/roster anymore so the more Flashbacks and Legends the better.

Though it's saving me money, it's very irritating how long it takes to get new characters in the Elite line when half the spots are taken by flashbacks. We should have Neville by now.
