Don't bother unless it's an exclusive
The postage is outrageous, and unless you only place a very small order you'll get stung by customs charges (£10 minimum)

I ordered 3 Exclusives, total was £66 shipped. No customs fees this end, it was a great price, they arrived in 6 days

Bought the barricades, cage and some ropes and it came to about £80-90 for the delivery. £60 postage I think and then something like £35 customs.

I can't remember the individual specifics, but in November 2014 I got Brock, Rock and Edge (x2), for £101.. However I was then treated to a £25 customs bill
So, £31+ each
The things that rub people up wrong are... part of the customs charge, you're charged £8 as a handling charge, which comes about when the seller hasn't paid the customs charge in advance. I mean I know Ringside isn't Amazon, but they're a reasonably sized company, I'd like to think they could implement a facility where the customs charges are factored into your bill (I could be way off on this, but I think that's right)
The other thing that's annoying is that the postage amounts don't seem to be consistent. I believe it was maske2g (can't tag) who said he bought an envelope of accessories and it came to $50. It doesn't add up
and finally... my order was despatched on Monday night, arrived at my door on Wednesday morning. That was cheapest shipping too! I'd rather pay a sensible rate and wait a fortnight than pay the earth and it beat me home from work

I bought the newest elite ring, the two cages for it, and the Hogan and Scott Hall exclusives. Came to something like £188 including postage, then another £50 in customs fees -- and I don't know how it was worked out, because it was sent in two boxes and both had a roughly £25 charge (£8 of which was handling on each). But one box was like $65 value on the customs declaration and the other must have been about $150 value. So how they ended up at near enough the same charge is beyond me.

Does anybody know of a cheaper way to get the elite scale ring than ringside? eBay. There's usually a few floating around there. I believe Smyths still stock it as well.

Does anybody know of a cheaper way to get the elite scale ring than ringside? I can't find it on the Smyths website anymore, but I would imagine it's still in stock in the branches because it seemed to sell as poorly as the original elite scale ring. Last time I was in Smyths a couple of weeks ago, they still had loads. If they aren't in Smyths anymore, I'd hang fire because that might well mean the unsold stock will turn up in B&M or Home Bargains soon.

Would be sick if they popped up in Home Bargains
I don't think there's any in Bolton Smyths currently

I'm nowhere near any stores. All the ones I've seen on eBay seem to be more than £200
