I've ordered Ghost World and Beyond the Valley of the Dolls for Criterion sale. I'm holding out for now that maybe just maybe another coupon will come along later this week that will work better than what's available.

I went in person and picked up The Before Trilogy, Ghost World, The Lodger: A Story of the London Fog, The Marseille Trilogy, and Straw Dogs all on Blu-ray.

In my last decade of experience, I haven't seen a better sale from Barnes & Noble than the 50% off + additional 10% if you're a member. They've done BOGOs, but that's the same as 50% off. When Criterion themselves does a fire sale, that's you're best bet for new releases because they go off of their store price where B&N uses the SRP at least on all the titles then marks down 50%. Plus when you buy from Criterion you get points added to your account and get $50 for every $500 collectively spent. Is one of you nerds gonna order "World on a Wire" or "Fox and His Friends"? Not enough Fassbinder purchases here.

Pick up The Third Generation if you can, that's a fun one. Fox and His Friends isn't as exciting or epic as World on a Wire, but its his most recent Criterion release and needs to be bought.

It was a priority, but because my wishlist is so enormous and constantly growing, I never got around to buying it.

Gotta use the Barnes and Noble sale to preorder Twin Peaks and Barry Lyndon. Quite possibly the best month of the year. I want all six films announced. Time to sell my Warner Bros. Blu-ray of Barry Lyndon.

I want all six as well. Criterion announced in 2015 that they had the rights to Othello. We've been waiting a long time.
