Damn it. I rather have WWE sign Austin Aries and Bobby Roode aka Dirty Heels instead.

is that something he has done before? On the indies, yeah. like contracts with ROH or PWG? Or just pulled out of random indy shows last minute? I'll admit although I'm a fan of the wolves in the ring I don't know much about them

The Wolves would be excellent for NXT (and then the main roster) so I really hope it happens.

He'll sign a deal to be on NXT and then cancel the day before. is that something he has done before? It started out as a couple shows here and there, but it has become an ongoing thing. He'll tell fans of an indy promotion that he's excited to come there and bail the day before (sometimes the day of) the show. He did it recently at AAW (Chicago's best promotion). He cancelled the day before saying that something had come up, only to be on Twitter the next day complaing that Direct TV never showed up to his house. Richards can do some cool stuff in the ring, but he's certainly lost fans on the independent circuit. Anyway, the Wolves are a good team, but I'd much rather see The Dojo Bros (Eddie Edwards & Roderick Strong) in NXT.

Dude is a total douche canoe, but I've enjoyed some of his work over the years. Plus, NXT seems to make diamonds out of coal on a pretty consistent basis so I'm not gonna argue with it.

If it were Eddie Edwarda rumored, I'd believe since he was the one who wanted to go to WWE with Davey but Davey wanted TNA. I honestly don't care if he goes. Never been a big fan of the Wolves

Richards is either my #1 or #2 top indy wrestlers. I'd love to see him in NXT. It's funny that two years ago I read that Triple H said he's too small. But I guess anything can happen in WWE.

Triple H realizes that NXT could become a national - or even international - Indy company. Their strategy is to keep top Indy stars away from Ring of Honor and even TNA.

Eddie Edwards has a higher ceiling and is more built for NXT/WWE at this point.
Also, didn't Davey say that it was EE that wanted to go to WWE and it was him that thought they were a better fit for TNA? Pretty sure he said that.
I won't be complaining if he comes to WWE but I'd be pretty sad to not see both of them get signed. Davey vs Tyler Black is still probably my favorite ROH match of all time.

Thank God if this is true. He's such a phenomenal performer. He and Eddie are WAY too good to be languishing in TNA.

Yeah I believe the word going around was that Eddie wanted to sign with NXT but Davey convinced him TNA was better for them. I think Davey got upset because the officials in NXT were not happy with their try out. If there is anything to this rumor, I assume Davey feels like a jackass. Considering TNA is barely alive while NXT is flourishing.
