If they're paying him a boatload of money to barely work how is it a bad decision on his part? Its a bad decision for TNA. Same thing with James Storm. These guys aren't going to turn down free money especially when they have families. Thats what I am think,I am positive that Jeff,Matt and Angle will all return at somepoint to the WWE even just for a one off match and HOF.It did crush me a bit today to read he resigned with TNA but like you said he has a family now and if they offered him a ton of money more then what the WWE would or could offer and he barley has to work I can't blame him for taking that kind of deal, plus his brother is currently their world champion and one of his best buds in Shane Helms works behind the scenes as well. Really think about it was probably best for Jeff to stick with TNA for awhile longer,WWE is loaded and I mean loaded with talent, John Cena Randy Orton Roman Reigns Seth Rollins AJ Styles Kevin Owens Dean Ambrose Dolph Ziggler Alberto Del Rio Sheamus Rusve Samoa Joe Finn Balor Sami Zayn Austin Aries Apollo Crews Shinsuke Nakamura Cesaro Karl Anderson Doc Gallows the list goes on and on,and thats not even counting the part timers and special attractions like Brock,Triple H,Jericho,Taker..ect

It's his prerogative to do so, and while it's a shame, it's 100% his decision to support his family to the best of his ability...if re-signing with TNA is the way to do it, I won't hold it against him.

Eh, if he got a lot of money to resign, good for him. TNA needed star power. Not sure if Angle will change his mind and resign, but at least they have Hardy, who is basically their only major star power they've got left.

People just don't get it that WWE does not want back either Hardy brother or Kurt Angle. For some reason this is the pipe dream of some fans....but I really don't get why. If you're a WWE fan who is an adult, you've already seen Angle, and the Hardy's in WWE in their prime. It's not going to get better than that. People talk soooooo much crap about TNA and how they never create their own brand and that all TNA does is take the cast offs that WWE doesn't want instead of investing in new, young, unique, homegrown talent. So when TNA does that......why should WWE at ANY POINT want those guys back? Especially when they have such extensive drug and DUI history? WWE would be hypocritical to take back 3 past their prime guys and take spots away from younger talent. Wrestling needs a FUTURE, not a constant reliance on the past. Why would WWE want Angle and the Hardys back? Simple. Star power. You don't think the Hardys could help get The Usos, New Day over and have cool moments with The Dudleys. Much less as singles competitors for a run here or there. And Angle, they'd have him back in a heartbeat if he didn't want to work a schedule like Brock Simply put, they would help put more asses in the seats and sell a whole lot of merchandise and gain some new subscriptions to the Network

I figured this had something to do with him making more music.
Agh my ears when he comes out.

Jeff didn't make a "terrible decision" if he is happy in TNA. Jeff's been clean for 5 years and thats saying something. I don't think he can handle the WWE schedule right now and doesn't want to end up back on drugs. Jeff just had a daughter and already has a 5 year old daughter, Jeff doesn't want to miss time with his family which I can respect. I'm happy for Jeff, and if you're a fan of him you should be too.
In addition, didn't Jeff say he was going to finish up 2016 with TNA and then possibly go back to the WWE in 2017? I don't see what the surprise is here.

The people in this thread calling this a terrible decision are being ridiculous. It's not a terrible decision if Jeff is happy in TNA, and they offered him good money. I get being disappointed, but the least you guys could do is respect his decision.

Jeff Hard has done it all already in the WWE, why would he want to go back there?? He's a millionaire - easily! He doesn't need the money. He can stay in TNA and wrestle without having a full time house show schedule, and be the face of TNA. To me, Jeff Hardy is the 'Sting' of TNA now. He is the main guy who will fight for TNA and have the kids look up to.
"Big Money Matt" has no reason to leave TNA either. He is the World Champion there, and if he came back to the WWE, he would be doing nothing. Look at the Dudley Boyz right now.
Kurt Angle is old and broken. He isn't even considered a WWE star in TNA anymore. The guy has been in TNA for 10 years, where as Kurt was in the WWE for 6 years. Kurt Angle wouldn't work in a WWE anymore.
TNA isn't that bad. Sure, at times its a bit frustrating, but so his the WWE many a time. For example, with AJ Styles. Everyone is hoping big things for him, but sadly I wouldn't be shocked if a few months from now, AJ Styles is feuding with the Social Outcasts and doing jobs for Bo Dallas on a pre show just because creative has no idea what to do with him.

The title is just a joke. I really don't care what he does, he's a grown man. Guess I should have added that disclaimer.

Well he'll be out for most of the year, so collecting a nice paycheck for not doing much the whole time isn't really what I would consider a terrible decision.
WWE's haul of talent lately is enough to secure a more or less emtertaining year, so when he goes back next year for a final run it's all okay. The NewJapan & TNA guys will have settled and there will be place for a new star returning to the scene.

Fine I'll say it... I only wanted him back so Mattel could make figures of him and Matt. Besides that, there really isn't much for him to do there.

Then changed it to Enigma when he got back into wrestling again.

Why is this a terrible decision if Jeff Hardy feels he would be more happier in TNA and more than likely be lost in the shuffle in WWE? The WWE had Jeff Hardy at his peak popularity and all he got for it were 3 forgettable World title reigns lasting 2 months combined.
