Yeah it's a slow build. That way when he finally hits it at Mania the place will go ing crazy. Until then have him finish matches with everything else at his disposal. Calf killer, Bloody Sunday. Make him look like a guy who could finish you with anything before he finally busts out the Styles Clash Edit: or that's how it should have been anyways I don't think they'd let him use the Bloody Sunday. They don't even let Finn use it and it was his finisher in New Japan for the best part of his career. I'm pretty sure Finn has used the Bloody Sunday once or twice in NXT. I'm almost certain he did it against Owens in Japan.

A lot of people said it was but I watched it back a few times and it definitely looked more like a butterfly suplex to me. I think he was just being a tease.

Is the Styles Clash a little too close to Cesaro's finisher? (What's the name again? LOL)

You need to watch it back again, it was a single underhook lifting DDT. Petey Williams Canadian destroyer >>>>>>>>>>>>> over every move The Canadian Destroyer was a cool move in like 2005-2006 the first couple times I saw it done but the more I saw it the less impressive it looked to me.

It's a unique finisher, they are being sensible by protecting it so that when he finally does it, it'll get a huge reaction. Plus, it keeps new fans who are unfamiliar with him interested in seeing each of his matches to see if he hits this move they might not have seen before.

Look where he lands. Shoulders and back, not head.

Shoulders and back, not head. It's called protecting your opponent. Every time Devitt hit the Bloody Sunday I saw the opponent lands high on the shoulders/back. He's not gonna just drop the guy on his head. It's just more obvious with a bigger guy like Owens. Regardless of how it looks, that move has waaaaaaaay more in common with Bloody Sunday than a butterfly Suplex
