Yea it could be unprofessional or whatever but if they never suspended him over this then no one would have thought it was an issue.

Vince was definitely smiling, even HHH gave a smirk towards it. This is just WWE being paranoid with how it looks to the public if it's true. All it came off as was funny, but because it was a concussion segment they CAN NOT be seen making light of the situation. It's micro-analysis and nobody even took it as a knock on Bryan or anything. WWE is too much at times with the political correct garbage

This was a blatant attack on Vince and an attempt to end his career, thank God he retaliated because it could've killed him.

All it came off as was funny, but because it was a concussion segment they CAN NOT be seen making log of the situation. It's micro-analysis and nobody even took it as a knock on Bryan or anything. WWE is too much at times with the political correct garbage I'll just leave you with this. I've been in work situations where the boss has had to put on a happy face in public over something. However, the minute he got behind closed doors, he punished the person. It's about perception. Vince knows not to lose his cool in front of the fans--especially on a night where a major star is retiring. it would overshadow the event. So, he handles it professionally behind closed doors.

question is, 5 years from now for Black History Month, will the WWE reference this "incident"?

The stupid truth is the more comments I read on here the more I feel I should have been insulted by that haha, it WAS a stupid thing to do if you really think about it. Had this not been news today though I would have never thought anything of it, I think they draw more attention to it by suspending him than had they just left it alone. I didn't think anything of it, they were goofing around, so what I do think it was nothing and than the more Vince thought about how it would be perceived, that's when it became a problem. Id agree with you more had Vince not shoved Titus. If Vince was just putting on a face I don't think he would have done that in front of cameras like that

the fact that he could be suspended past WM is shady and garbage. I get that he probably wouldnt do anything besides the Andre the Giant memorial match but thats still a decent payday for the guy.

Everybodys calling it playful, Didnt look too playful to me.
Vince was physically turned back by the yank. Look at the reaction of the people around them when this happened, lana & Rusev had a wtf look.
Vince is 70 years old and he's your boss, your in a professional situation. I have no issue with Titus getting suspended over this.
Anybody else in any other company would.

On one hand, it's not a big deal but it's immensely important for Vince to protect his ego, and even the slightest perception of him not being in total control of his employees at all times probably irritated him beyond belief.
On the other hand, what the hell are you doing Titus? In what context is it appropriate to grab and (seemingly) forcefully pull your ego-maniacal and temperamental boss toward you for any purpose, joking or not, in front of thousands of people seconds after the most beloved individual on the roster retired?
On a third, imaginary, figurative hand, maybe Titus said something that only Vince heard (I introduce that qualifier because Steph and Triple H seem to be laughing initially, but perhaps Titus said something that they hadn't yet heard?)
I don't know. It's all stupid.

Geesh. That's damn near 3 months. Didn't seem that extreme to me. There's a time and a place for everything, but 90 days? Ouch.

Just because the boss is smiling...doesn't mean you're not up crap creek sans paddle. I just think the whole thing was weird. If Titus had walked out and stopped Vince, that would be one thing...but to grab his arm and yank him back like that? That's so strange that you would do that right out where everyone can see you. Even if Vince and Titus have a friendly relationship to the point where they push and shove and rib backstage, you can't do that in front of fans and the other wrestlers.

This is the weirdest suspension ever. 90 days? seems a bit harsh to me since all he did was grab Vince. I have no idea what the heck actually happened, it looked like playful shoving to me. Vince obviously didn't think so. Vince smiled and laughed and shoved him back. This is one of the dumbest stories I've ever seen. If it turns out true good lord it's stupid. For once Doobie has a point. Someone hold me. I'm scared.

Vince McMahon clearly doesn't remember himself drunk on a plane and play-shoot fighting with Kurt Angle and almost busting through the emergency exit door in mid air..... That'd be pretty damn impressive if they even almost went through it. You can't open the doors mid flight due the air pressure.

There has to be more to it. Things must've boiled over backstage or something. It's a shame that this is taking away from why they were all on stage.

Harsh. Titus could have been let off with a warning.
