If Scot, Jason, and Tai somehow make it to the Final 3 it'll be a thing of beauty.

I loved all the posturing and pseudo-drama Jason, Scot and Tai tried to create particularly because (unbeknownst to them) they were in no danger due to the Debbie blindside. Everything those two did this week was done in such a bad high school drama way that it proved to be quite entertaining. The end result confirmed my opinion that most of these players are so transparent and the result is some very bad game play. You do not advertise any hidden idol...ever. You don't give away that kind of information for free. The women can now plot specifically to counter the two idols that Tai now has in his possession.
I do like how Julia played it this week. I don't get all the suspicions because she joined the men in the reward challenge. The ONLY thing anyone got from that reward challenge was some food so it was to her benefit to make friends with the men and possibly get a good meal out of it. If any of the other women had any brains they would have been fighting for the opportunity but instead they got suspicious of Julia and tried to plot against her. I appreciate that even though everyone around her wants to draw a line in the sand, Julia isn't afraid to cross the line and be friendly with both sides.

So is it just me, or is Jason ridiculously stupid for giving his idol to Tai? If they have to combine the idol, they could just do it on the fly when it's necessary, but now he's given it to Tai for absolutely no reason I can discern other than douchey showboating. I hope it comes back to bite him.

What a CRAZY ing Tribal! I was so nervous that my girl Cydney would be voted out. Bless Julia for getting out Debbie instead although her snake ass needs to be GOT later for playing both sides... Props to her for being strategic (as well as winning the individual immunity idol in another nail biting contest) but my girl Cydney saw right through that bitch (same for Aubry)! So yeah I hope Cydney goes far. Next week I just want her to win individual immunity so I don't have to sweat so much. BTW this episode (and the scenes for the next one) just reaffirmed how much I dislike Scot and Jason.. They are just grade A douche bags! When one (or hopefully both) of them finally get voted out I will be laughing a lot!

I think they trust Tai wouldn't screw them over and will use it as a "community super idol" if need be. Hopefully he does next week and let's Jason or Scott get voted out

Holy sh*t, what an ending. I'm fully behind Tai again after that. Seeing Scott's face change from smug to broken in like 5 seconds was just fantastic. I think it was a damn smart move, too; he still has his idol, flushed out Jason's idol, and got rid of a strong competitor.
EDIT: Oh, and Jason gave his idol away for the second week in a row for no damn reason, and this time it really hurt him. I'm not sure if he was just so dumb that he didn't realize you can play an idol for someone else, or if he was arrogant enough to think it couldn't possibly backfire.

I hate the way that ended. I understand that on the revote they would've just voted off Tai instead so he had to save himself but Tai's chances of making the Final 3 just went out the door.

I think Jason could be safe for a while because without Scot and the hidden idol he has fallen to the bottom of the tribe. If he makes the finals, the only jury vote he would likely get is Scot's. He is a long shot to win at this point but that is exactly what removes the target from his back.
Tai finally started to play the game, but it may not have been a good move. As much as I dislike Scot and Jason, I think Tai's best bet was to tag along as the third in their alliance and then steal the jury votes because he was more likable. He just put a big target on his back because getting Scot out and his general likability could get him a lot of jury votes. Plus, he still has an idol that everyone else will want to draw out.
It could be interesting to see how the tribe dynamic changes now that the Scot/Jason/Tai alliance is over.

WOW I loved seeing Scot's face when Tai said no to him! OMG I need to re-watch that part it was TOO good! I really have no clue why Scot couldn't just reach in his pocket and give Jason his hidden idol back. I mean is there a rule that says he can't or something because if not and I got voted out I would help my alliance as much as I could. Everyone knows that Jason has an idol so yeah that just confused me. And something else I'm confused about. People should know that once an hidden idol is played or leaves the game with someone voted out isn't it usually replaced? So Aubry should have been looking for the potential 4th hidden immunity idol this season and for sure everyone should be since Jason's left with Scot.

I liked how after he got voted off, he gave props to Tai for making a big move. If this cast was smart (which they aren't) they'd get rid of Aubrey next.

Yeah Tai is the biggest threat because everyone knows he has an idol (and the advantage but they don't know exactly what it is).
I would be surprised if people are not thinking it is the extra vote though because they have done that twist twice before and I people should have been able to see the season with Dan in it before filming this.
Sadly for Tai, the extra vote has been the death nail for both of the previous two men who won it (Dan and Stephen) so we'll see if the trend was 2-0 to be bad for the user of it when Stephen played his extra vote because as most know the previous season was filmed AFTER this current season.

This season has become more about rooting against people I don't like rather than rooting for people I like. Scot getting the boot was hilarious. This is the first season I've watched in a long time and I usually have someone I'm strongly rooting for at this point which has taken some enjoyment from it for me. Anyone but Jason at this point for me.
