Mine's a three way tie between BFG 2005, BFG 2006, and BFG 2012. It's really hard to pick a better PPV than those.
2005 is my personal favorite year in TNA and this PPV was full of great matches and had that initial TNA feeling that made me love the company. Plus, seeing Rhyno win the title was a really satisfying moment.
2006 produced one of my favorite moments in wrestling ever.
If you weren't watching TNA at that time, Jarrett's guitar shot always meant death. I still get chills watching that. 2006 was also the year TNA felt like it was on the cusp of being a legit, number two alternative. This was Hogan/Sting Starrcade 97 done how it should have been done. Oh well.
2012 was another year TNA was really killing it. I dunno if Hogan and Bischoff finally clicked or what, but they were vastly superior to WWE during this time. Jeff put on one of the best, non gimmick singles matches of his career and had a nice redemption from his year prior.
I know I'm kind of breaking the rules of the topic, but I can't really pick between those three. Unbreakable 2005 is up there too.

Bound For Glory 2006
Just because I was there live, in the 5th row, opposite of the ramp way. The pop that Sting got for no selling the guitar shot... just wow! I will never forget it.

TNA BFG 06 hands down is my favorite thus far.
Others worth mentioning:
TNA Unbreakable 2005 TNA Sacrifice 2005-I think this one just gets overlooked often times. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles, Raven/Sabu vs. Jarrett/Rhino TNA Final Resolution 2006-The Return of Sting, AJ Styles vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi, Daniels vs. Joe, The Return of Sting......what a PPV.
2006 seemed to just be TNA"s year. Much better quality of matches and PPV's. They really were in the line to breakout this year. Frustrating that things turned out the way they did long term.

Bound for Glory 2006 Turning Point 2009
Honestly, 2005-2006 and late 2009 are easily the best eras in TNA history.

If I had to pick just one, all-time favorite TNA Pay Per View, I’d have to go with Bound for Glory 2011. Lockdown 2009 would be my second favorite.
I really enjoyed Kurt Angle’s run at the top of the mountain. I loved it so much that these are the only 3 TNA Pay Per Views I own on DVD.
Victory Road 2007 Hard Justice 2007 No Surrender 2007
I also really enjoyed the Main Event Mafia’s run at the top of the mountain. I just never got around to buying these TNA Pay Per View DVDs.
Victory Road 2009 Hard Justice 2009 No Surrender 2009 Bound For Glory 2009
