TNA's lawsuit against Scott Steiner was dismissed back on February 22nd by a judge in Nashville, Tennessee, according to PWInsider. At one point there was a court date scheduled for February 11th but it was delayed and now the suit has been dismissed. TNA is barred from filing the civil suit again and re-opening the case. TNA sued Steiner back in the summer of 2012 and claimed by breached his contract, which had already expired, by making a series of negative Twitter comments about the company, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Bruce Prichard and others. The suit was seeking damages and an injunction to keep Steiner quiet. Steiner responded to the suit and denied several allegations, including that he ever agreed to not disparage TNA, that he ignored requests to stop and that TNA suffered damages as a result of his actions. TNA also alleged that Steiner's contract prevented him "from making public statements, including tweeting, concerning TNA or any of its officials, wrestlers, or other individuals without prior approval." Steiner also denied that in his response. Speaking of Steiner, he's headed to the UK for several "uncensored" shows with Inside The Ropes this month. Why did the judge dismiss the case?

The court records on the dismissal are not accessible to read, but there was a voluntary Motion to Dismiss filed on January 12.

TNA, well, they apparently aren't very good at math... Otherwise, they would have known, Scott Steiner has a 141 and 2/3 percent chance of winning everything he does in life.

They say he celebrated by driving the wrong way down a one-way road with Petey.

On a slightly un-related note, but pertaining to Scott Steiner....
I was visiting Maryland Championship Wrestling a few weeks ago & chatting with security (while waiting for the Nasty Boys to do a meet & greet, who were late). The security guy was telling me about Scott Steiner.
He said he was the rudest talent they've had.... and that he despised anyone who brought an action figure to be signed. He said he was demeaning to anyone who had action figures, and made comments like "why would a grown man want to have toys?" He said Steiner said there was "something wrong" with any adults who bought action figures.
The security guard himself was a collector, so he took the comments personally.....
Just wanted to share the comments with this board.....

He seems to harbor a lot of resentment towards fans. He was saying people sue him for crap all the time just because he is famous. He said one "fan" said he hit him with his truck and was suing him, and that the real story was he didn't sign an autograph for the fan and the fan was mad.
