Shawn Michaels RSE knees on down, including the non existent black soles on the boots. Care to explain what else is off besides the soles?

in the grand scheme of things. mattel elites are like pizza even when its bad....its still pretty good I think a fair case can be made for this: Cause this: Was released 10 years ago and looks more like DDP than his Elite did.

Mine is gonna come outa left field. E23 Undertaker. The face doesn't REALLY look all that much like him at that time. Something's off. There's no makeup, like the forehead marks. The coat should have been cloth (not pleather, Undertaker did NOT wear a damn leather coat until after American Bad Ass, so Entrance Greats is a bit annoying too) the hat fits weird and takes a lot of wiggling and wedging to get it to look somewhat correct.
Basically, the paint on the head's off and he looks like a bored bass player in some crappy local band and the clothes all look bulky and like a kid wearing a crappy Undertaker costume. Yes, great accessories, and a really nice try, but still it disappointed me how off it was on some really key points for me.

I can't think of my absolute worst disappointing figure but what about that Paul Bearer BAF Undertaker? Yikes! Dem eyebrows. Oh and Renee Young's "special" long lost twin that didn't get enough oxygen at birth.

I wasn't keen on Barry Wndham in the Four Horsemen set. I just don't see much of a likeness in it.

Mine has got to be E39 Sid
One of my favorite characters of all time and one of the biggest disappointments when I actually saw it in person
Runner up - DDP

Sid because of the scan, Elite 23 Triple H for the painted legs. I was really disappointed at how short Elite 17 mankind was.

I can't believe the Sid disdain, besides the hair being a tad too dark, it's an all around great figure, the only thing bad about Mattel is their insistent obsession with solid paint apps on hair and attires. It makes some of the figures likenesses way off or cartoony ex. Bret and DDP. I'm only disappointed by poor face scans and basic articulation though.

That E23 Triple H wasn't SSH Triple H.

Bill is gonna hate this thread Anyone who is great at what they do and obviously puts a huge amount of effort into giving us what we want, has to realize that even they can't get everything right 100% of the time. That's life. Pretty good ratio I'd say 30 good to 1 bad (and hell, they might just be awful paint choices!) I'd take that as a compliment if I was Bill

It's a greenish blonde hue and it stands out to me. I really only get irritated by figures that are really out of scale. Example; legion of doom hawk and animals size differences. In figure form animal is 6 inches shorter than hawk and twice his size. I hated those figures for that reason.

Renee Young, of course. Gorgeous in real life, looks like the Joker in her fig. Plus, has anyone else noticed that she towers over the other Divas? She looks like she's seven feet tall! Henceforth I shall call her Giant Lady.

Most disappointing figure has to be the first elite Jericho. Only came with a freaking mic!
And we were all pissed when elite 1 Jeff Hardy was pulled.

That Kevin Owens basic was a letdown. I'd also have to say the recent diva's basics have been Really hit or miss Bayley's awful. For elites I think every figure in the E38 line was a let down between Faarooq's headscan, macho man not coming with his jacket, Adam Rose's attire being dated upon launch, Daniel Bryan looking like every single Figure of recent memory with that horrible face scan, and roman Reigns looking like the cowardly lion. The only upside to that series was Bradshaw (even that's meh), the APA/Reigns accessories, and Bryan having a non-plastic shirt. That doesn't make up for how disappointed I was though.
I have to say the all time most disappointing has to be the B55 Bray Wyatt. That figure is atrocious

Just bought IRS today.....bit on the too tall side I'd say. Not terribly disappointing though. The B59 HTM is a real headscratcher. I want to buy it, but how can it be THAT out of scale with his previous figure? Before all of that though, L3 Perfect was the big let down. I could handle him being a little out of scale in either direction. Its really not that big of a deal. But Hennig being Takers size was too much for me to turn a blind eye to. Mike Rotunda wasn't a short guy. He was like 6'3"-6'4" and I think he wore dress shoes when he wrestled which would add an inch or so. I think the face scan could've been a tad better but I do agree with you 100% on the new honky Tonk basic it doesn't make sense. I will say the other flashback basics like orndorff and sheik are really good for basics
