Anyone know of a good (preferably free) comic collecting app? Looking for something to catalogue what I’ve got to make it easier while hunting new issues. Right now I’ve just got a note on my phone that I update when I buy something new.
Also just finished reading Civil War 2. I enjoyed it, although it’s newer than anything else I’ve read, so I’m not 100% up to speed on all the characters.

Since there is a Pandemic going on and I’m off work for a bit, I have time to catch up on some comic book/graphic novel reading (as well as my first read through of the Harry Potter books).
Currently I’ve just caught up on Go Go Power Rangers, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Something Is Killing The Children, Monstress, Sex Criminals and Alienated.
I’ve just started Bitter Root and thinking about reading the entirety of Paper Girls.

I don’t really read comics but I’ve recently been on an X-Men kick and bought the complete Origins collection.

I haven’t really read comics since the Hush series finished. But for the last 4 or 5 months I have been buying the DC 100 page Giant comics. Basically the Batman and Nightwing books. I haven’t gotten around to reading them yet. I have 5 or 6 of them so far this is the latest I purchased.

I'm a few years late on it, but reading Ice Cream Man and it is a twisted ride. first dip back into comics in a while.

currently reading the short series 5 issued 'Butcher of Paris', from Dark Horse.
pretty damn solid comic that combines history with a suspenseful thriller of a detective story. the art fits the story well and i'm at issue 3, where things are just picking up for the big finale(s).
next up: more ice cream man (on issue 6 now i believe) conan the barbarian 1-20 (2019-2020) punisher: soviet

Well, after a year or so I finally figured out how to read the digital comics on the DC Universe. I could never get it to fit the screen or turn the pages when I wanted to turn them. But today I figured it out and read the Batman White Knight story.

And of course now that I know how to work the digital comic DC closed down the DC Universe App last week. ah bummer! I just bought my first comic on Kindle, The Plot #1-4 by Tim Daniel and Michael Moreci. it's a horror story that is well paced and intriguing, although it takes advantage of a few too many cliche tropes of the genre - the silent youngest sibling who won't talk, the cop harassing the protagonist to 'stay outta his town" in the typical ignorant to what's going on fashion. outside of that, it's a thorough story where the characters at the very least feel fleshed out enough to not be cliches themselves. I'd suggest it, but only for fans of that genre. would not be the least bit surprised to see it picked up for a film in the relatively near future.

went with it because it has the same writer as Ice Cream Man, which is my favourite comic series in a long time. has a different feel to it but i'll stick with it and see where it goes.

Just read "The Amazing Spider-man: Fear Itself".
Then I've got the Marvel NOW! Venom #1-5 ready to read.
