For a Nakamura elite to be accurate, he is going to need articulation like a Hot Toy figure. The man makes some of the wildest poses and movements.

I still think that as soon as new talent signs contracts with WWE- before even debuting on television- at least when it's someone with a background in wrestling like Austin Aries, they should be scanned right away. If AJ Styles, for example, isn't already scanned and in the works than perhaps they should rethink their release schedule for action figures. But the time frame for Kevin Owens and now Samoa Joe makes me hopeful.

Both require a huge amount of tooling. But I'm a big fan of both Oh yeah!! Me as well. Fantasic wrestlers! I have one question that has nothing to do with figures. Why is it you don't put a picture up as your profile icon? You still have it as the default. You can put like a MattelDesignTeam logo

Will be tough for a basic release for Askua given so many colors in her attire. Maybe a tshirt version and dulled down colors for trunks

Nakamura debuted yesterday for crying out loud... He's been announced to be in NXT weeks before his debut.

I don't quite understand what "major" tooling is needed for Nakumura or Auska - but this is me knowing nothing about toy production. They could cheap out and give Nakamura those HBK ref pants painted red, and I see a crazy amount of paint apps on Auska's basic female buck body - all the straps etc seems like minor sculpting additions to a basic buck. Aboutt the only detailed tooling would be their head scans.

For a Nakamura elite to be accurate, he is going to need articulation like a Hot Toy figure. The man makes some of the wildest poses and movements. He actually had a super detailed figure in Japan that got released either just before he signed or just after. It doesn't have the movability of a Mattel - but looks like a mini-Hot Toy. It's pretty expensive though. Could hold some of you over until the Elite gets made. I picked up a Black Pants version a couple weeks back myself.

Nakamura was announced with AJ's signing wasn't he? He was bunched in with AJ, Gun, & Gallows during the rumors of them coming to WWE back in January. His official WWE signing wasn't until February once he passed his physical and finished his New Japan obligations.

I hope he does wear this NJPW attire at NXT. I'm feeling the red a little more. Those laces in the back of the kick boots are sweet.
