Things You Want To See in '16

Dean Ambrose winning and successfully cashing in MITB.

Kane to put on a meaningful retire match and get a standing ovation along with a "Thank you Kane" chant.

Legends battle royal at Summerslam. Like the gimmick Battle Royal at WM17.

Dean Ambrose to be repackaged. Needs to be far more serious, back to trunks and the leather jacket.

Cesaro to be a champion in some way.

Ayyy, I want some Bayley.

Finn Balor as IC Champ
Nakamura as NXT Champ
Becky as Womens Champ
Zayn/Owens continues to build and cements both guys as main eventers.
Ambrose and Rollins both become World Champion
Wyatt continues to rise. Doesn't put anyone else over for at least the next year. Maybe win the Rumble next year and World Title at Mania, though that's next year, build to it this year.
Reigns continues to be the bunghole he was on Raw.

In the macro, I want something that simply isn't going to happen.

I want WWE to completely change their systematic approach to producing television. I want them to promote, not present. This is mostly a collection of little things that could go a tremendously long way in improving the overall quality of the product, while still maintaining a total sense of the "entertainment" factor that they're so hell bent on pushing. This stuff includes:

-Build matches on Raw. Again, promote, don't present.
-Give characters unscripted, brief promo time backstage to talk about their matches
-Loosen scripting requirements for in-ring promo segments across the board
-Stop cutting to commercial breaks during matches. It gives off the vibe that the wrestling is secondary. If you want a long match, fill in the gaps elsewhere, just like every sport does.
-Honor your own rules. Don't change them to suit the story you're trying to tell. Make the story work within the confines of the "rule book."
-Stop casually happening upon something about to go down in the backstage area. (For example: camera cuts to Stephanie McMahon texting on her phone before Kevin Owens walks in a few weeks ago on Raw. That makes no sense, why are we watching Stephanie McMahon?) Use other tricks to get the camera where it needs to be logically. (IE: cut to Kevin Owens telling a camera guy to follow him as he barges into Steph's office.)
-Don't treat the audience like idiots
-Replace Michael Cole with Mauro Ranallo, eliminate the third commentator position, and replace JBL/Saxton with Corey Graves.
-Drastically reduce the dependence on 50/50 booking
-Reintroduce the squash formula in reasonable doses

There's a plethora of other things I'd like to see, like cutting Raw back to 2 hours, for example.

As far as micro, wrestler specific stuff:

-Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, and Bayley head to the main roster and get treated like stars
-Roman Reigns becomes the biggest heel the company has seen in years
-Seth Rollins assumes the role of number one babyface
-Significant rehabilitation of Dean Ambrose so he can be taken seriously again.
-Significant rehabilitation of The Wyatt Family so they can be taken seriously again.
-Limited, but effective use of The Big Show and Kane as they head into the final months/year of their respective careers. Let them go out on a high note (as in, not seen as jokes.) They deserve it.

Sting vs. Undertaker.

- Sasha in the main event of a WWE PPV winning the Women's Championship (she is a bigger draw than Roman)

Ambrose actually win the ing title and not ing teases.
