The Ascension runs down and joins in on what is now a 4-on-2 beat down. Wyatt & Rowan get back in the ring and it looks like the odds are really against the champs now, but shockingly, Bray & Erick start helping Dean & Roman. Now the odds have evened as Bray, Erick, Dean & Roman are taking on Los Matadores & The Ascension. Diego, Fernando, Konnor & Viktor are all tossed out of the ring. Bray & Erick hand Dean & Roman their titles back (which fell down in the ring during the brawl). Bray & Erick raise Dean & Roman’s hands in victory.

Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Dolph Ziggler vs. Chris Jericho. A back and forth encounter with this series even at 1 concludes in this final chapter. Ziggler won at the Royal Rumble. Jericho won at Fast Lane. Who will leave with the championship now?
Ziggler hits Jericho with the Fame Asser. Dolph goes to get a ladder. Y2J hits him with a baseball slide on the outside. Y2J gets another ladder. He begins to climb for the gold, but Dolph gets back in time to knock him down. Dolph hits a Y2J with a Fisherman Suplex. He sets up another ladder next to the one directly underneath the title. Dolph begins climbing the ladder closest to the ramp.
- JBL asks Christian, “What could he possibly be thinking here?”
- Christian – “As much experience as I have in these type of matches, I have no clue what Ziggler could be thinking. And I faced Dolph in World Title matches before.”
Ziggler gets about halfway up his ladder as Y2J begins climbing the other. Y2J & Dolph exchange lefts and right from their respective ladders when suddenly, Jericho grabs Dolph and hits him with a Code Breaker off the Ladder. An emotional Ziggler sits atop the ladder holding his championship high and proud.
Main Event:
WWE World Heavweight Championship vs. Triple H’s Career and Control of the Company.
JBL still questions who runs Raw if Brock wins? Paul Heyman, Shane, Lesnar, Funaki. Nobody knows! An angered JBL is reminded by Michael Hayes that if Triple H wins however, we know that Raw will not be in utter chaos as The Authority will run the ship. Christian says he is excited either way, but predicts there will be a New WWE World Heavyweight Champion tonight.
Brock Lesnar’s song hits. Brock & Heyman come out on stage. Brock’s ribs are heavily taped after the sledgehammer shots from Raw. Brock & Paulie look behind them as Shane O-Mac comes out dancing to Brock’s song. Next, The King of Kings is out. Triple H is accompanied by his queen at first. Vince then does his crazy puppet-like walk to join his family on the stage.
Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman & Shane) vs. Triple H (w/ Vince & Stephanie)
Triple H hits Brock with a Spinebuster. Brock kicks out after 1. Triple H is in shock. An angry Vince walks over to Brock’s corner. Shane hits Vince with a right hand. A stretcher is brought down to ringside for Vince. Stephanie starts crying and slaps Shane. Paul Heyman interferes and says to Steph, “That was unnecessary.” Steph slaps Heyman, who looks in shock. The referee ejects everyone from the ringside area. Brock hits Triple H with a German Suplex. Brock watches as the ref tells everyone to leave and Vince is carted away on a stretcher with a crying Stephanie at her side. Shane and Paulie hold their jaws in pain as they have to leave too. Triple H low blows Brock. The Game crawls out of the ring. Underneath the ring, Hunter pulls out handcuffs and the sledgehammer. Michael Hayes goes crazy saying, “WE SEEN THIS AT THE END OF RAW!” Triple H tosses the handcuffs at the ref, then jumps in the ring and hits Brock in the ribs with a Sledgehammer. Triple H goes for a cover but only gets a 2 count. JBL says that “All of these shots Brock has taken to the ribs with that sledgehammer this week could take away his ability to do the F5.” As Brock tries getting to his feet, Triple H yells, “NEVER!.” “YOU WILL NEVER GET MY COMPANY!” Brock hits Triple H with a clothesline, knocking The Game groggy. Brock then clotheslines Triple H out of the ring. Brock takes a quick breather. He grabs the sledgehammer and tosses it half way up the ramp. Lesnar starts climbing the top rope.
“What the hell is he thinking?” questions Michael Hayes.
“This is Wrestlemania!” JBL yells.
Brock does a somersault off the top rope to Triple H on the outside. Brock is holding his ribs in pain as the champion will do anything to retain his gold. Brock pushes Triple H into the ring. Lesnar picks up Triple H and squashes him in the corner where the referee was conveniently located. The ref is now down. Brock picks up Triple H for an F5, but his ribs give out. Triple H counters and hits The Pedigree. The Game covers Brock, but the ref is down. Shwan Michaels’ theme hits.
“It’s HBK!” JBL yells.
Michaels runs down and grabs a microphone. Triple H gets up looking all confused. HBK jumps in the ring and hands Hunter a microphone. Michaels starts running in circles like the old DX days. Brock begins to rise to his feet. HBK stops running and starts Tuning Up The Band. Michaels goes to hit Brock with Sweet Chin Music but Brock catches Shawn’s foot. Brock picks up HBK and hits Michaels with an F5. Triple H tosses the microphone and hits Brock from behind. Triple H tries for another Pedigree, but Brock powers out. Brock drags Triple H to the corner, jumps out of the ring, drags Triple H’s legs in between the turnbuckle, and smashes Hunter’s right knee into the steel post. Brock gets back in the ring and applies the Kamara Lock, but Triple H somehow gets to the ropes as the ref starts to get back to his whereabouts. Triple H is in pain and can’t get to his feet. His knee is badly injured. Brock delivers an F5 and pins Triple H 1-2-3 to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Triple H must retire from in-ring competition. Brock holds his title up high and proud with a smirk on his face. Wrestlemania ends with Michael Hayes saying, “The future of the company now lies in the hands of an Unstoppable Beast.”
Thanks for reading. I hope you enjoyed this show. I’ll be back at it soon with my next Raw. Just to note, I have been planning my main event angle for months, ever since Brock won my Royal Rumble, so there was a ton of buildup here. The only title changes I decided on were the NXT Womens Championship and WWE Womens Championship, so I guess that is kind of interesting. Let me know what you all thinks. Thanks for the anticipated feedback.
