I really enjoyed Cena vs Michaels from the RAW after 'Mania 23. Not sure how the match is usually received but don't see it talked about as much as other matches.

These two NXT tag title match were both outshone by other classic matches on their Takeover Cards,
but Vaudevillains vs Blake and Murphy and American Alpha vs The Revival.
They were both perfect tag matches, but they were outshone by Sasha vs Bayley and Zayn vs Nakamura.

'Extremely'?
Perhaps JBL vs Eddie Guerrero in a steel cage match on Smackdown in 2004.

Completely random match: Sasuke vs Taka at WWF Canadian Stampede. This is one of the better filler PPVs ever outside the Big 5 and MITB. Great great match that was ahead of its time

SNME 1990 rude vs warrior. Pretty good match & much better then ss90 cage match a few weeks later

Angle vs. Benoit from Unforgiven 2002. Everyone talks about their Royal Rumble match, but this one was just as great and I never see anyone mention it when talking about either man.

Psychosis vs. Rey Mysterio from Bash at the Beach 1996. Killer match but all everyone remembers is the Hogan turn.

A lot of my friends don't like Sabu vs Rey Mysterio from ECW ONS but I think it's got some really dope spots. The finish being a draw was kind of lame but they did some crazy crap in the time that they had. It's on dailymotion, I'd recommend re watching it.

Shawn Michaels vs Chris Masters from Unforgiven 2005. I thought this match was excellent when I expected it to be dull.

Chris Benoit vs Finlay - Judgment Day 2007 Brock Lesnar vs Undertaker - No Mercy 2002 Chris Jericho vs RVD - King Of The Ring 2002 Matt Hardy vs Rey Mysterio - Wrestlemania XIX Trish Stratus vs Victoria - Survivor Series 2002 Money In The Bank - Wrestlemania 21 Eddie Guerrero vs Edge - SmackDown 2002 Stardust vs John Cena - US Open Challenge Dean Ambrose vs John Cena - US Open Challenge Neville vs John Cena - US Open Challenge
There are a ton of indy/puro matches I find underrated too, like Mochizuki vs Tagaki from Dragon Gate late last year, Suzuki vs Sugiura from NOAH and Adam Cole vs Candice LeRae from PWG Mystery Vortex II, but that list would go on forever, considering a good deal of people haven't seen them and that's why they're underrated.

Chris Jericho v. Triple H (WrestleMania 18) Sheamus v. Big Show (Hell in a Cell?) RVD v. Chris Jericho (Unforgiven 2001) Kane v. Randy Orton (WrestleMania 28) Orton v. Mysterio v. Angle (WrestleMania 22) - If they were given just another 5-10 minutes, it would have been the greatest match ever

Yes, in some cases it may be true, but I feel like it's all different to everyone.

Ken Shamrock Vs Undertaker - Backlash 99 This is a personal favourite of mines and is so often forgot about, it was really the first time Taker had had a "wrestling" match, fought in a more grapple-based style as opposed to just striking. Is seriously an amazing match, and Shamrock is insane too, puts on one hell of a performance.

NWO vs. Stone Cold & Rock on Raw. Freaking awesome match. And really cool to see a clean ending with the NWO going over.
