I see that the other thread was closed. This thread isn't about her life outside of wrestling. It's to remember the pioneer that she was inside a WWE ring. Mods please don't lock. I hope we're able to have a positive and mature discussion. Anyone have a favorite moment of hers they'd like to share?

I remember when Chyna first came on tv. For the longest time I was not convinced she was a woman. I hated her, until I was sure....now I fondly remember her.
Greatest female character ever in wwe imo. She should be in the hall of fame.

Her whole run with Eddie in 2000 was awesome. I like how her look evolved and we seen a different side of her. Also it's when we finally got to see Eddie shine in the WWE. It's hard to believe they are both gone.
R.I.P.

A groundbreaking talent who made an impact like nobody before her. She changed the way women are perceived in wrestling completely, and proved that they could be taken seriously as legitimate athletes instead of eyecandy. She completely changed the landscape of women's wrestling forever and to this day is still the only female Intercontinental Champion in WWE history. There will never be another woman quite like her again. RIP. I hope she finally found peace and told Eddie how much we still love him.

I'm all for this thread. But I can't help but think arguing will ensue soon. It seems some people just can't help themselves.

I just hope she realizes she was loved and will be missed.

my favourite moment was when Chyna beat Jeff Jarrett for the Intercontinental Title in a hardcore match I was there for that match in Cleveland. It was at No Mercy '99. Also that night was the Ladder match between the Hardys and Edge & Christian.

She truly was one of a kind. I doubt we will ever see someone like her in WWE again. If anything comes out of this, Its her well deserved HOF induction. Like i said in the other thread, Attitude era wouldnt have been an attitude era without a woman who can legit up men in the ring and do it believably.

When I started watching wrestling in late 1998 Chyna was something different that I never seen before. I was only 13 or 14 at the time, so to me it was cool that she could beat guys up and look gorgerous doing it. To this day I always supported her in trying to be recognized by the WWE and hopefully take her rightful place in the HOF. RIP Chyna!!!

It's so true that before Ronda there was Chyna and she was the 9th Wonder of the World. Such a shame of her passing, RIP.

Hopefully this goes better than before. If the topic stays on Chyna's WWE career, and less about mudslinging and her after WWE career, I'm willing to leave this open. Mostly out of respect to KPnDC.
That being said, We all had to clean up the last thread several times, so I can't promise the other mods or admins will feel the same.

I thought she was perfect for the Hunter Hearst Helmsley character when she first came in. Here is this rich snob, who has to have a woman be his bodyguard and help him win matches. It was before its time. I didn't really appreciate it then, I was only 16 years old at the time, but being older now and looking back at those matches, it was way too good.
Her role in DX was fantastic too. Here are DX, these rude, crude, in your face, degenerates (no pun intended) and they have this jacked up muscle woman in the group. No hot 20 year old's wearing short skirts, and revealing tops, but a women who was jacked and could kick the ass of anyone that stepped in front of her. Somehow, that worked.

It was so ahead of it's time. I remember watching something w/ HHH and HBK and they discussed how they brought her in. And then how she kept evolving from that role into the womens champion was fantastic. I wish we could get that type of storytelling today.

She was big in my childhood. No doubt she had a huge impact on the business and I was a fan. I really hope they induct her into the HOF, it's what she wanted.
I was never actually a fan of her in ring work though. Her strength was impressive but it was definitely more character driven than technical. I really hated when she wrestled women, she buried them all and her pin on Ivory at Wrestlemania was just disrespectful. Her angles with Eddie and Chris Jericho, and her Peacock outfit from her final appearance were all great.
She will be missed.
