So my girlfriend is 18 years younger then me, thanks! And the theater near us are/have been playing all the Indiana Jones' movies and she has never seen any of them. We saw "Raiders" and she loved it, she saw "Temple of Doom" and she walked out of it, she said it was one of the stupidest sequels ever and she couldn't get past how annoying "Willie" was, she tolerated "Short Round" because he was suppose to be annoying. Tonight we are seeing "The Last Crusade" and it has Sean Connery, and I know she'll love it because of him. Then I'll show her part 4.
Anyway. Which one is your favorite? I'm sticking with "Raiders", just a great movie from start to finish. I will add I enjoyed them all, even Part 4. The whole refrigerator and Shia Labouf stuff aside, it was a good movie and it's Indiana Freaking Jones. One of the greatest movie characters ever.

I'm not a big Indy fan, I'll admit. But the only one I could really sit through was Raiders. I haven't even watched Kingdom because my brother said he would disown me if I did.

I always loved Raiders and Temple of Doom the best when I was younger, but then after getting the Lego Indiana Jones game, my little brother developed a total obsession with Temple of Doom and we had to watch it basically every night to keep him happy and now I can't stand the film lol.
Raiders all day for me.

Anybody who votes for Crystal Skull should be given a lifetime ban.

The Last Crusade by a mile. Mainly because that Damn Nazi didn't have a ticket to ride the blimp.

I love the original three, but I'd have to say Last Crusade, just edges the top spot for me. I just loved the pairing of Ford and Connery in that movie. So wish that it had remained a trilogy. Not just because the Crystal Skull being the crap that it was, but because Crusade would have been the perfect way to end it. I mean for God's sake, they literally ride into the sunset at the end of the movie.

The Last Crusade is miles ahead of both it's predecessors.

Last Crusade and Raiders are two of my top 10 favorite movies of all time. Indy is my favorite movie character of all time. For the purpose of this poll, based on how I'm felling right now, I'll go with Last Crusade, by a hair.
I enjoy Temple of Doom now but it scared the hell out of me as a kid. Last Crusade was definitely the one I watched the most on VHS and the only one of the original 3 I saw at the theater (original release). I do think Willie is crazy obnoxious but in an over done, almost satire, kind of way. The third act is really strong in ToD. Definitely my least favorite of the 3 but only because I love the other two so much.
Crystal Skull sucks ass. To be fair, I do think the movie is good right up to the point where we get the cgi ants and Tarzan sh*t. It's all down hill from that point on though. I'm desperately hoping Indy 5 can make us forget all about 4.

An update. We saw "Crusade" last night and she hated it! I think I need to break up with this girl. She said the chase scenes were too long. I'm like that's what these movies are known for! She wishes it had more of a story to it. She was like "Gone with the wind has a story to it." I just looked at her and told he to be quite and she has no clue what a good movie is. I swear. 26 year old hot chicks need an education on movies. And she graduated college with a major in theater.

It's a tie between Raiders of the Lost Ark and Last Crusade

Temple of Doom is about black magic and possession. Evil sorcerer's and child slavery.
Yet it's made like a kids movie.

Crusade, Raiders and Temple.
Not acknowledging the other one.

I like them in order of their release. this sounds pretty spot on. raiders is a classic film, temple of doom is a bit of a mess, crusade kind of becomes a parody of itself by the end of it - way too comical. never went near the fourth. i like south parks' rendition of it, though.

As a kid I always liked Temple of Doom the best. Willie sucked but I enjoyed the rest of it. I still love it today and put it on par with Raiders...
1) Temple 2) Raiders 3) Crusade
I don't recognize the abomination that is called the 4th Indy film.
