Iceland looking better and better. Will be interesting to see how they do against France. England was just piss poor though.

Proud that we have made it the furthest out of the home nations and fancy us to do well against Belgium as we are their bogey team.
England, what can you say? Absolutely appalling stuff. Hodgson going can only mean one thing... Step forward the saviour, Gareth Southgate.

I would rather play a poorly trained team with top players than a well trained and motivated team even if with lower quality players.

Portugal winning the whole thing would sum this whole tournament up.

Well football is all about surprises. If Sunderland is still on premier league everything can happen.
But if there will be a Leicester this Euro, i would go with Iceland. A country with 100 pro players.

The problem with Portugal winning, for a neutral, is that they're not a true underdog like Iceland but they're also not one of the top teams like Germany or Italy so them winning would just come off as....underwhelming.
I wouldn't begrudge them the win if they manage it but considering they'll have to play Germany/Italy/France at some point I doubt they'll win anyway.

This is ing unreal. May the best team win. Concerning Portugal exhibitions, im not a fan of that style or formation. I hate watching the national team playing like that. Still, i do not consider its boring to watch. From a tactical point of view, its interesting to watch. Poland and Croatia had some of the best football in the tournament. Neither of them was able to do it against us. Maybe its a cultural thing but for me good football is not just fancy moves and great goals.

This is like some kind of crazy dream for Wales.
Shame they had to be knobs about England getting knocked out, or else they'd have my full support.

I always found Belgium to be incredibly overrated and they proved just that. Everybody makes them out to be amazing, they're ranked FIFA no. 1 and yet they never deliver. I was rooting for Wales, screaming around like a little boy when they scored and I'm very happy they knocked out Belgium.
