In a dream world, he'd win MITB. Cash in and have a match with Reigns and win. Is turned on by The Club thanks to Balor and the two have a couple month long feud over the title.

I hope he can win the MITB ladder match.

"GO BACK 2 JAPAN AND SCREW TEH WWE!!1!!"
Though I am bummed that he's lost to Reigns TWICE in essentially the same match... he'll bounce back. I'm thinking MITB?

After two great main event matches for the title, he's likely headed for a mitb win.
He's the clear cut favorite Imo

AJ is not one of Vinces little Bi**hes, he was only used to make reigns look good. and if you ask me last nights match was pathetic he does all those finishers to that idiot champion who can barely wrestle (even in the shield he was carries by rollins and ambrose) AJ has pinned legends with the Styles Clash and people are expected to believe that reigns is better than them when he kicks out of 2. this is why the wwe is crap, Vince Mcmahon has been killing wrestling for years now. we need to get back to recognizing wrestling and dont say hey he is big and has a look lets make him the king of wrestling.

He should just take the IC Title away from Miz. Like tomorrow night. I want to first say, I hate the Miz. I hate him so much. But, he's the best heel on the roster. Which means its working for him. No need to strip the Ic title away from him. Let the payoff for Cesaro or Zayn be the finish line for the IC chase. Styles has only been in WWE for 4 months and has been hot shot to the World Title picture. He won't be dropped down to mid carder by any chance. I think Seth will get the Title shot at MItB, while Styles competes in the MItB match. This will being us to Seth vs Roman at Summerslam where the MITB champion Styles enters himself into the match. Styles is a main eventer. I don't think WWE brought him in to bury him and send him to the mid card scene.

He is now in the same category as Wyatt and Ambrose and that is a guy who can't win his feuds.
He even got buried by a middle age man at Mania.

I'd like for him (and the WWE) to decide if he is heel or face. Once that's established, we can figure out the next step. Either way, Styles is fine. He's been in WWE for 5 months and he's already competing for the WWE championship in competitive matches. Saying he should leave is just stupid.

Yeah he shouldn't leave.
At the very least his WWE career can be as legendary as Razor or Piper. Two guys who never needed the big belt but should have gotten it.
Based on the Raw Preview we might get a triple threat. Or at least a Seth vs Styles feud

This term is not completely understood, it seems. Thank you. "Buried" gets thrown around so carelessly these days that it's lost all meaning. Zack Ryder is someone who was genuinely buried. He got himself over, on his own, without being on TV to the point where people were chanting his name during the Rock's first match in 7 years. AJ Styles just got done competing in his second World Title match after just 5 months with the company. That is not being buried.

In fact, we did a poll on here not that long ago and he was my pick to win MITB. That being said, I could see WWE just as easily going with Owens or Ambrose. The perfect way to have AJ avoid having to pursue the WWE title right now is just give him the IC strap, which is a total WWE move.

I could see Ambrose, but I couldn't tell if his Jericho fued blew off last night. I almost feel like that was either a rubber match or Jericho will disappear for a bit and come back at Summerslam. Do you get dropped on tacks and say "I'm done messing with him!" Or " No idiot does that to ME!" And get payback? Had I written last nights finish. I would have had Toman being the one seinging the chair on Styles. Uso's trying to stop him, and Roman smacking them with chair shots, then hitting styles agian, spear, and win. The of course having Rollins come out and do exactly what he did lastnight. This finally gives us a heel in Roman, gets the Uso's away from Roman and back into a title chase/feud/angle involving The Club. Gives us an obvious face Styles and Rollins. The payoff? Sheild bs The Club. MITB see's The Club screw Ambrose outbof the MItB win and Styles takes it. The Clib stalk Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns. Forcing all three to reunite to get rid of The Club. The kicker is, Styles wants Roman in the ring alone to cash in during the 6 man tag at Summerslam. The swerve here, is a lights out scenario just as Styles beats Roman. As the lights come back on, we see a stare down of Balor and Styles. Styles smiles as Anderson and Doc enter the ring. All men smiling, and startbto Too Sweat eachother. Then, as Styles climbs doen from waving his new title on the aecond rope, Balor hits him with a corner dropkick. Doc/Andreson go to back Balor off, then attack Styles. We see Balors KeeDeGra ( spelling) and the show closes with the true Club, as Balor raises the WWE title and Too Sweets Doc/Anderson.

Here's how I'd book the fallout given the teasers from the Raw Preview. (Posted this in the Raw thread) 1) Week 1 AJ challenges Rollins to a Number 1 contender's match. Ends in a DQ when Club interferes 2) Week 2 AJ Challenges Rollins to a NUmber 1 contender's match. Ends in a DQ when J&J interferes. 3) Week 3 - Stephanie and Shane book Reigns in a triple threat for the world title. 4) PPV - Ambrose goes on to win MITB. AJ pins Rollins for the title after Club helps. Goes full heel. 5) Club runs rampant on WWE. Gets tag titles off Vaudevillians. 6) Summer Angle: With Club running roughshod on the competition, three former friends align to fend off the injustice plaging WWE. Sierra. Hotel. Indigo. Echo. Lima. Delta. SHIELD. 7) Eventually, Reigns takes the belt off AJ. Maybe at the Rumble? Rollins wins the Rumble. Ambrose cashes in at Rumble. 8) Mania 33 Main Event: Ambrose vs. Reigns (c) vs. Rollins. AJ faces Balor

I don't see him as a main eventer. One could argue that he beat the first ever Undisputed Champion and multi time World champion last night... But he needed weapons to do it. I'd much rather Styles-Balor headline WM. That could have a Austin-Rock feel.

Are people forgetting that commentary put over the fact that AJ would've won the title after that 2nd Clash if it wasn't for Uso? I agree with complaints that the distraction was not long enough to justify a kick out, but they made it clear he would've won if not for the distraction. He'll be fine.

I do find it kind of funny, that Vince went out of his way to bring in the number 1 group from Japan (even though its not the entire group, he got the 3 main guys from it) and had them job out to Roman Reigns - a homegrown WWE superstar! Vince always gets the last laugh in the business of sports entertainment. It does kinda seem that way anymore doesn't it? I find myself longing for the days when Vince and his cronies are out...

Whoever he's facing next, he needs a clean and decisive win. He's won one Pay-Per-View match since his debut.

i can't say i'd be that interested in a cena match.
an owens feud could be really good. we missed out on it earlier this year when they picked jericho for his wm feud instead.
