I did years ago... bought a whole case once, got a whole set plus some. Played a bit with a group of friends at a local comic shop. I never really got tooooo into it. I had a full time job and a few other things going on , and they played a ton. So it was hard to compete with them. I mostly did it to be able to hang out and goof off. Still may have a pile of them laying around somewhere.

I want to say 2002-2003ish Whenever they released this Nightwing. I had this Nightwing. Nightwing is one of my favorite characters and my wife and I were really into Heroclix 7 years ago or so. So much so that she spent $50 on a single Nightwing/Starfire duo Heroclix for me one year for Valentine's Day. When Topps stopped producing Heroclix, there was a long period where none were being made. For a while, it seemed like a new company wouldn't pick them up and it was impossible to unload them. With none being produced and no one buying them anymore, it looked like the game was dead. My wife and I tried to sell ours to our local comic stores, but no one would touch them. So we just threw them away. Thousands of Heroclix. Then, about a year later, NECA picked up the game and started producing new figures. Now many of the ones we tossed out have a hefty price tag again.

Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah I used to. I think about getting back into it but I love the first few sets more than the recent ones so I keep thinking I'll just finish those.
