Nail polish remover on a q tip. Quick fix. Thanks! That would make my day if it worked. Can anyone else confirm this before I try?

My Finn Balor elite somehow had blue paint on the face. Would acetone work in this case or would it also strip the black face paint off the figure? Thanks!

I use Goof Off on a Q-tip to remove stray paint marks like on your Anvil's forehead. If you're nervous, just make sure you use a very small amount on the Q-tip and wipe it on a paper towel first so the Goof Off/Acetone/Nail polish remover doesn't drip and remove something you don't want removed. If your first try isn't enough, then try again with a little more until you get it right.
My Kevin Owens arrived with one eyebrow extended halfway up his forehead but I fixed it in a minute and the figure looks great now.

Yes I use goof off, but don't get to carried away with it that you catch the hair or eyebrows.

BE CAREFUL! I researched how to remove paint and , both here and youtube brought me to using actual nail polish to remove paint. I have "Sally Hansen No Chip acrylic top coat" its clear, it wasn't recommended just what I had at hand, and it seems good, it has a brush, I just put a little on the paint I want off, make sure the nail polish on the brush is thin, do a little as possible , let it sit there for a second, and wipe it off with a sock, or rag, something clean though, and then have another rag thats soaked in water, to wipe it off and I don/t know how necessary, if it does, to prevent more of a bite to the plastic, and then rinse it off too, thats maybe to be extra careful? But I tried nail polish remover recently to experiment with and it didn't work, and it said it had acetone in it, I don't know though if its some kind of gentler kind so ……just to share..also if you want to keep it mint in package, you could hair dryer heat the tape to open it, etc.
sometimes you can scrap it off too though, I have two figures (both elites if its sometime to those) that had a little white something on their hair, on one figure I was able to chip it off, the other I ended up scraping through the hair paint, and have to paint it back, but its just black so its not complicated.

You can use straight up acetone. Look for it at the hardware store/Lowes/Home Depot etc. Downside is if you get wild and rub too much it will eat the plastic. CAUTION REQUIRED. Put it on a rag and wipe. DON'T RUB! I always have a cup of water and as son as get the mark off the figure goes in the water for a rinse.
As Venus said, you can use just nail polish! I actually was out of the clear last time so I used some of my wifes pink nail polish. Wipe it on with the brush, then use a rag to wipe off. SIMPLE! I assume if you really let that stuff sit for too long though it will eat the plastic as well.
These in my opinion are the two quickest ways to get it off and unless you act like a complete knob with it or are a complete jackass you should be fine.

I agree with the clear nail polish. I've done it many times. You just put a little on the spot, then grab a rag and with pressure wipe off all the clear nail polish. It'll take the paint along with it. Just do a light amount and watch the hair and eyebrows so you don't get it. I just had to do this with my Kalisto who had pink paint on his upper thigh. Good as new in less than a minute.
