What's the deal with this story? It seems like the news broke about him being unhappy and wanting to go elsewhere possibly getting released, then it disappeared into thin air. And he disappeared off TV. And with all the releases, and Rhodes being granted his release, what does this mean for the Big Guy. The brand split would be in his favor. Is he done? What do you all think.

Pretty sure he's done. Probably sitting out his contract similar to Punk when he left. Won't miss Ryback at all, if I'm honest.

Probably enjoying all the money he is making.
That said it isn't all about the money.

maybe he smartened up and realized that going public with his issues with the company wasn't the right strategy. too little too late.

I heard that his problem is, he wants all the talent to be paid equally. Since the company decides who wins and who loses, he thinks everyone should be paid the same. If that is what he's thinks, then he's as dumb as Punk said he was. Cause there is no way Darren Young should be paid as much as John Cena. Or having Alicia Fox make as much as the Undertaker. It's just moronic.

Ryback was once one of the most over guys, and fits the profile of a top guy looks wise, people still dig the feed me more chant I can't imagine WWE wanting him to go so Im wondering if they're trying to work with him to get him to stay.

He articulated his point very poorly and probably can't go on a podcast or do an interview with someone who can clarify what he meant while under contract. He's likely just sitting at home, waiting out his deal.

I remember Chili said a upper card/main event guy would leave for a couple months and get repackaged. About this time is when Ryback left. I think it is all a work.

Imo, everyone should get more equal pay ( not exact ) because they all put their bodies on the line and some lower card talents put more effort in to their jobs than upper card talent do

Someone like Cena brings in far more money than Bo Dallas. Both are good in the ring, but Cena main events PPV, sells tickets, and sells crazy amount of merchandise. Bo... does not. So why should their pay be equal? Or even close to equal? Did Koko B. Ware deserved to make Hulk Hogan money? Did TL Hopper deserve Stone Cold money? Every NFL football player puts their livelihood on the line in every game, but Tom Brady makes much more than the right guard & the punter combined. George Clooney makes more than the stunt men. Do the extras deserve to make almost as much as Clooney? Point is, the stars get the money because they're the ones fans pay to see.

I liked the Ryback. He was buff, dumb and ugly. Everything a pro wrestler should be. He was like a bald Mike Haggar.

Ryback should not make as much as Cena. The guy doesn't bring in money like him and isn't entertaining to watch like him.

If he's done, then that will suck. One of the best guys in WWE in recent times.

He's likely just sitting at home, waiting out his deal. I'm not sure going a podcast would make his point any better than his initial message. We've had guys leave before and go on podcasts saying it's not about the money then whining about the money for two hours.

I simply meant speaking with a host who might be able to help him better articulate his point (if he in fact has legitimate one.) Not that I think it's going to happen, but regardless.

We don't fully know anything that's going on. Everything is pure speculation right now, honestly. But I do feel WWE wasted his potential. Definitely should have been World Champion by now, in my books.
