So we should only sign defenders and defensive midfielders and not play any strikers, and then when Pulis leaves we have nobody who can score a goal? Yeah, that makes sense. I'd be willing to put £1000 on the line that he doesn't get more than 5 goals. And you lot score around 25 goals total this season. He's really going to have to slow down if he wants to finish on 5 goals.

Himmy! How much trouble are you in? Looks like an awful start on the face of it.

Would be nice to see Cardiff doing well, surprisingly convenient away game for me and enjoyed our few years of clawing behind you in the Championship.

Maybe I should start support Leicester...

It's sad to see the amount of clubs in the championship struggling as a result of shocking ownership.

Thought City might struggle vs. Spurs. They've faced 2 pressing teams in a week and got one point.
Shame we were unable to take advantage. DDG poor for the goal but he's been so good past 4 years he's allowed a mistake now & then. Zlatan has been good for us too so his miss can be forgiven. Overall however we really should have won, and comfortably at that. Two bloody weeks to brood on it now.

I enjoy watching Man City play but I'm glad they lost today. United dropping points was fun too.
That circlejerk of "Oh it's between the Manchester teams this year no doubt" really did bug me, especially from the media. I mean did you see the BT ads for United/Stoke?
It was basically "Can Man Utd regain their rightful place at the top? Tune in on Sunday as they play some other team." Bleugh.

I reckon Spurs have a shot at winning the whole thing. They're young, hungry, and have the best manager in the PL right now IMO (or at the very least top 3). They've played the best football in the league since the start of last season as well IMO, so it'd be good to see them win it if we don't.

I said they might do at the end of last season. Very few (if any) weaknesses in their team and they have the best manager in the league. Last season will have been a great learning experience for them.

Cardiff until the end I'm afraid! Still loved you winning the title last season and enjoying your season in the Champions League so far!

Bob Bradley appointed as Swansea manager....just because he's American, seemingly.

Bob Bradley appointed as Swansea manager....just because he's American, seemingly. Swansea are just so ruthless to work under, even worse than us it seems. Always seem to appoint somebody straight away which suggests they're always on the look out for new managers. Can see this one going tits up, Bradley was struggling this season with Ligue 2 Le Havre.

the only joy I'm having this season is watching them implode. Sad really, because whatever happens they'll still be at least one division above us next season.

Your ownership is terrible but if you got a decent manager in, the current squad is good enough to stay up definitely.

Until the end of last season we still had amongst the best squads in the division. However, a lot of this lot have been here for years and can't be arsed. They're part of the problem. The whole club top to bottom is completely rotten.

The whole club top to bottom is completely rotten. Yeah it is quite stale, but it has enough quality that you shouldn't be in a relegation battle. Steve Clarke could probably do well with you. He was doing good at Reading until he was linked with the Fulham job, and I think he was treated a tad harsh by us. He's currently caretaker at Villa but assuming he doesn't get the job permanently, he'd probably be available.

I never thought I'd say this, but we need Neil Warnock or someone like that until the mess gets sorted out. We'll see though, not too much available within our budget. Apparently the board is split on whether to get rid of Trollope this week though. Really hope he's shown the door.
