I guess the Stanley Cup for the NHL gets overlooked for some reason?? Have you ever watched ESPN? I've been a Pens fan my whole life and I have to ing Google highlights of the Stanley Cup games for what I don't catch because ESPN just says "hey, this team won on this goal; onto basketball." I'll give these a watch later man.

I guess the Stanley Cup for the NHL gets overlooked for some reason?? Wasn't overlooked. We want to keep the videos under 5-6 mins. It's our first ep, but we've already talked about adding a 'Quick Fire' segment to discuss even more. HBK being at the games, would've been a great wrestling tie in. Thanks for the feedback tho.

Men's and women's college world series. We definitely mentioned it in Ep 1 and discussed it even more in Ep 2. Thanks for the feedback.

I'll never forget Scott Steiner turning on Rick at Superbrawl VIII. I was 9 years old so I wasn't at all smart to the business so seeing someone turn on their brother and join the bad guys was shocking as hell to me.

Since I've been watching for way too long, I'll stick to some of my earliest memories...
WM 3 watching Savage vs Steamboat. Watched it at my friend house with a couple of his brothers. I mean I watched wrestling before that match, but that match made me a lifer. There was no going back to a casual fan after that.
The moment Barry Windham turned on Lex Luger to join the Four Horsemen. Was watching at my Great Grandma's house with my two best friends. We never saw it coming. I remember being really angry, yet really happy. Barry just fit the Horsemen.
Sticking with JCP/NWA... I remember watching Flair/Windham vs Gilbert and his mystery partner. We were watching with anticipation guessing everyone you could imagine. Once Steamboat came out we were glued to the screen. That was the beginning of the Flair/Steamboat feud. Easily one of the greatest of all time.
WM6 Warrior vs Hogan. I hated Hulk, but loved Warrior. The second Hogan hit the boot I put my head down and I refused to watch Hogan hit the leg drop. Once I heard everyone yelling, I looked up and saw Warrior in mid air coming down with the splash. I'll never forget it.
Turning on Saturday morning wrestling to find out Bret Hart had just defeated Ric Flair for the WWF championship. I called my one of my best friends (Seth) who was a huge Bret Hart fan. He didn't believe me and refused to turn the TV on. After several minutes of me begging, he reluctantly turns it on. The second he gets to the channel, he starts marking out. Classic memory.

The highlighted part gave me chills. That was such an awesome moment. Saturday morning wrestling was huge for me. I have a Bret Hart story too. My best friend was a Hitman fan. The day after WM12, he didn't come to school until about 11am. The look on his as he walked in class was heartbreaking, but I knew it meant my guy HBK had won.
