Try to have the pen open & primed for them...... here's a short video of the time that I had Ron Simmons using one & it leaked all over the photo.... Damn! How appropriate. A friend of mine booked Ron for a signing in TX and he was super cool. You could tell her cared about his fans and the quality of the autograph he gave you.

I've had some pretty bad experience with paint markers. I always do my best to have them ready, but sometimes it's just also a matter of who's using it. For example, I met Zack Ryder & R-Truth at a Walmart opening signing. Zack must have just gotten up cause he did not seem happy to be there. I prepared my silver broad point paint marker for him, but that didn't matter. He quickly and rather lightly slopped down his ZR logo on his Elite figure of mine and it came out so bad. I was very disappointed cause I was really excited to meet him. But then I gave the same marker to R-Truth. First of all, he was super cool, but he also pressed down hard with the paint maker, wrote out R-Truth and What's Up on an Elite fig as well, and that came out great. So sometimes it's just a matter of how the person handles the marker as well. When I met Jerry Lawler, oh this guy is a pro cause he's an artist. He had his own paint markers out there. When I say his setup, he asked if he wanted to sign my Elite fig in my silver paint marker or one of his. I said, "Man, you're the expert, I'll let you decide." He suggested his red marker, and I said let's do it, and it came out great.

That smile at about 1:09, says a lot about his character as a person.

I'm a big fan of the Sharpie Paint Pens. I've found them at both Walmart and SOME Walgreens...... This isn't a great photo, but I recently had Jim Ross sign a JAKKS Classic in red, I'm really happy with the way this looks.... Just look for the Sharpie PAINT PENS, not regular sharpies..... I usually try to stick with the water based ones. I think I have one or two that are oil based. When I'm in doubt about the color - White almost ALWAYS looks good. Try to have the pen open & primed for them...... here's a short video of the time that I had Ron Simmons using one & it leaked all over the photo.... Came out great! Is that the medium point pen?

Yes, I just checked my pens, they are ALL medium point Sharpie paint pens at the moment.... I had Sting sign this two weekends ago..... thrilled with the end result....
