Can you tell we’re bored of writing show openings?Alecia Matthews: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Exodus! Daniel Knight: We’ve started rolling down the road to Superbrawl IX and tonight looks to set a hell of a lot in motion. Alecia Matthews: So many of WFWF’s finest are in action tonight as we see David Brennan vs. Dex, Joe Bishop vs. WFWF International Champion Lucas Crowe and of course this unsettling situation unfolding between Cameron Stone and Trace Demon which sees the latter in action against Trevor Wolf tonight. Daniel Knight: That’s right, and if Trace Demon wins the match then Cam may well be going to the main event to face off with WFWF World Heavyweight Champion Drakz at Superbrawl. Alecia Matthews: Let’s not forget the champ himself is in action tonight defending his WFWF Tag Team Championships alongside Joshua Dean against the hottest new tag team in the company The Thunderbirds, Mike Jette & Frank Lynn. Daniel Knight: All that and more but let’s send it up to Christa so we can start things off right here at WFWF Exodus. Christa Adina: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is a triple threat match! Introducing first, from Kobe, Japan, weighing in at 210lbs, Makoto Nishiyama! The lights in the arena dim as strains of violin chords echo throughout the venue. As the chords fade out themselves, strobe lights begin flashing in time to a thrumming bass line. Amidst this rising tide of music a figure in an elaborate costume takes the stage. In this first glimpse of Makoto Nishiyama, who is sporting a long blonde wig, he keeps his head down and hands at his side. As the melody returns he raises one arm up in the air, index finger pointing toward the sky. His other hand begins bouncing in time to the music until suddenly he brings both down to his chest clutched in fists. A second violin brings in the melody and his arms swing outward as gold and white pyrotechnics go off to either side. Afterwards the lights come back up and the creator of Beautiful Strong Style strides toward the ring, a bounce in his step as he plays to the crowd with gestures to recognize a few fans in particular. Whatever reaction he gets Makoto grins and winks at them, especially if it'll get a cheer or a rise out of a few.As he nears the ring, Makoto spins to show off his costume. With the music moving into the secondary melody he looks into the camera and winks before ascending the steps onto the ring apron. He swings one leg through the middle rope, then motions for the crowd to to up the noise levels. Inside the ring he struts a bit (as always, in time to the music) before standing in the center, looking out toward the crowd and throwing up a hand with the sign for 'I love you'. He holds it for a few seconds before falling back into a corner to begin limbering up and removing his entrance gear. Christa Adina: And his opponent, from Hollywood, Florida, weighing in at 230lbs, Brandon Bison! Bison enters to Running Free by Iron Maiden. Brandon stops after he leaves the curtain and turns to the right, snaps, then to the left, and snaps his fingers again. He makes his way to the ring donning his floral/knit shirt and slides into the ring. Bison climbs the ropes and raises his fist. He stretches and turns to face the entrance as he jogs in place.Christa Adina: And their opponent, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 195lbs, Dr. Mantis Toboggan! Temptation Sensation' floats around the arena as the bemused Minnesota crowd is greeted by Dr. Mantis Toboggan's army of chickens and escorts riding donkeys. The midget 'doctor' makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring as the animal kingdom congregates around the outside of the ring.Alecia Matthews: That entrance really doesn't get any saner. DING DING DING!Brandon Bison and Makoto Nishiyama instantly lock up in the centre of the squared circle as Toboggan remains in the corner of the ring, letting the other two men clash. Bison and Nishiyama jostle for position, with the size advantage eventually playing into Bison's hands. With the balance shifting in his favour Bison takes advantage, with a knee to the gut followed by a side headlock.Nishiyama slips out the back of the headlock and takes the initiative, grabbing Bison around the midsection and hitting a series of forearm blows to the back of the head of the Florida native. Makoto follows the blows up with a picture perfect German suplex that downs his opponent. The Japanese star contemplates going after Toboggan, who appears to be checking on the ringside menagerie. Instead Nishiyama decides to go after the younger opponent, Bison had just begun to get to his feet, and Nishiyama allows him to before hitting a couple of vicious looking European uppercuts.Alecia Matthews: Quick start from Makoto Nishiyama. Daniel Knight: Yeah, Bison is struggling to deal with the 'Beautiful Strong Style' in the early stages. Bison teeters in the middle of the ring, clearly taken aback by the blows, and Nishiyama looks to take full advantage, with a flurry of kicks, followed rapidly by a snap double underhook DDT, leaving Bison down on the mat. A quick start from the latest addition to the WFWF roster looks as though it might result in a surprise early victory for the debutante.1...NO!Alecia Matthews: Quick thinking from Toboggan to break up the pinfall. Daniel Knight: Well he is a doctor, you'd expect him to be on the ball. Having finished tending to his chickens, Dr. Mantis Toboggan is alert enough to see the potential for a quick finish and ensures Makoto can't get an early pin, breaking up the attempt with a stomp on the Japanese star.A clearly unamused Nishiyama gets to his feet and turns his attention to Toboggan, who rapidly flees from his opponent, sliding out of the ring to join his poultry lumberjacks. Nishiyama taunts the old man from inside the ring before turning back to face Bison. Toboggan stops him from gaining too much of an ascendency in the match by hooking his arms around the legs of the Japanese star and sweeping him off his feet from the outside of the ring. With Nishiyama down thanks to Toboggan's intervention Bison is able to get to his feet. Brandon Bison takes advantage, getting to Makoto just as he got up and bringing him down to the mat with a Northern Lights suplex.Alecia Matthews: Well Toboggan has handed Brandon Bison the ascendency here, will that be enough to finish this one? 1...Tw-No!Toboggan wasn't able to scramble in quickly enough to stop the pinfall attempt but fortunately for him Makoto was able to kick out relatively comfortably.Bison follows up quickly, maintaining control of the situation and beginning to pound away at Nishiyama with a series of blows to the face. Still on the outside Toboggan begins to play to the crowd, venturing over to his lab coat and pulling out an oversized condom wrapper from the pocket, to the delight of the less mature members of the audience. Not phased by the reaction from the crowd, Bison continues to rain punches down on the face of Nishiyama, as the doctor slides into the ring whilst simultaneously unwrapping the Rubber Johnny.Daniel Knight: Wow. Alecia Matthews: This certainly looks... Daniel Knight: Unorthodox. Alecia Matthews: Yeah, let's go with that. Bison gets to his feet, looking pretty pleased with his work and completely oblivious to Dr. Mantis Toboggan's antics.Alecia Matthews: I suspect this isn't going to go well for Bison. Bison turns into the patented Monster Condom, which gets a loud response from the WFWF audience. Bison writhes around in agony, or disgust, or well we're not really sure what the overriding emotion would be to be honest.Daniel Knight: If you're just tuning in, yes, that is happening. Fortunately Bison's blushes are spared fairly quickly as Nishiyama flies in, taking both men down with a cross body. Toboggan has enough about him to try and roll back out of the ring, but tired of his attempts to escape the action, Nishiyama grabs the pensioner and takes him out of the equation with a snap suplex. The flamboyant Japanese star then focuses his attention back on Brandon Bison, sending him down to the mat - after a brief return to his feet – with a picture perfect dropkick. Bison returns to his feet fairly quickly but Nishiyama takes him down with a swinging neck breaker and goes for a hopeful pinfall attempt.1...No.Alecia Matthews: No real chance of Nishiyama getting the win there, but he'll be pleased with his performance so far. Bison answers it fairly comfortably, but Makoto maintains his control of the match. A series of kicks to his downed opponent from Nishiyama stop Brandon from recovering. Nishiyama then drags Bison towards the corner of the ring, before climbing up to the top turnbuckle.An attempted leg drop from the top rope by Nishiyama is thwarted as Bison rolls out of the way of his opponent. Both men get to their feet, but Bison is the more alert and hits a quick belly to belly suplex that leaves Nishiyama sprawled out in the centre of the mat. Bison, looking to keep the pressure up, applies a boston crab, and it takes some strong willpower from Nishiyama to avoid tapping out, though far from the ropes and unable to break free Bison looks like he could well finish this one off.Daniel Knight: Curse of the commentator Alecia, Nishiyama doesn't look like he's going to be able to get himself out of this one. Thankfully for Makoto, Toboggan has recovered from the earlier move and slides into the ring, distracting Bison who decides to let go of Nishiyama and confront the 'doctor'. A few shots from Toboggan have little impact on Bison, who brushes them off and goes on the attack with a couple of powerful forearms, the assault is short-lived, however, as a dropkick from Nishiyama sends Bison hurtling in to Toboggan. Bison recovers pretty quickly, but the momentum sends Toboggan, once again, to the outside.Nishiyama attempts to stop Bison getting back to his feet, but the American manages to use his size advantage, tackling Nishiyama to the ground and beginning to rain down with right and left hands. Eventually Nishiyama is able to break free and get to his feet. Bison quickly follows, but a couple of quick kicks to his thighs, followed by a massive roundhouse kick send him back down to the floor. On the outside Toboggan regains his footing, as Nishiyama takes control of the contest in the ring.Daniel Knight: Ouch! He practically took Bison's head of with that shot. Alecia Matthews: This is a big opportunity for the debutante to try and kill Bison off. Daniel Knight: Both Bison and Nishiyama are going to have to take Toboggan out of the equation if they want to get the win though. Nishiyama drags the dazed Bison back to his feet, after a couple of chops to the chest of his opponent, the Japanese superstar attempts to lift Bison and get him in position to his a tombstone piledriver. Thankfully, for his sake, Bison has enough about him to throw a few elbows into the ribs of Nishiyama which prevent him from hitting it. A kick to the gut of Makoto leaves him hunched over, and Bison quickly takes advantage with a sunset flip powerbomb.1...2....No!Nishiyama manages to kick out, but a kick to the face from a frustrated Bison leaves him down on the mat in the corner of the ring. Bison looks as though he intends to go for a diving elbow drop, but before he can make his way up to the top rope, Dr. Mantis Toboggan moves onto the apron looking to get back into the action. Bison goes face to face with the 'Doctor' preventing him from making his way into the ring.Alecia Matthews: Toboggan has been doing a good job of involving himself in this match only when he has to, this looks like it might be a mistake to me though. Bison knocks Toboggan off the apron with a right hand. After taking a crucial moment to observe the obscurity of Toboggan lying outside the ring, surrounded by chickens, Bison turns around and is met by a the boot of Nishiyama. Makoto's finisher, the End Theme, comes from out of nowhere and practically takes Bison's head off. With Toboggan down on the outside Nishiyama is able to make an uninterrupted pinfall attempt.Daniel Knight: That's got to be it. 1...2....3!DING DING DING!Christa Adina: Here is your winner, Makoto Nishiyama! Alecia Matthews: What an impressive start to life in the WFWF for Makoto Nishiyama here. Makoto Nishiyama celebrates a big victory over Dr. Mantis Toboggan and Brandon Bison to kick-start his WFWF career. The flamboyant Japanese star celebrates in the centre of the ring as the opening match of WFWF Exodus comes to a close. (A WFWF promo shows of a press conference announcing the recent signing of Maxwell Dachs steps up the podium, he is joined by a woman with blonde hair and red highlights. He begins speaking once the press takes some photos.) Maxwell Dachs: Dachslemania has finally arrived in WFWF. This Dachslemania movement that I have created knows no bounds. It is infectious, and is sweeping the entire wrestling worlds. What started from humble disgruntled beginnings grew into a movement. Dachslemania thrives on the will of the people. Soon I will make my debut in WFWF. After having great success in other promotions, I’ve finally decided to expand my reach out to WFWF. (Dachs pauses and thinks for a moment and begins to loosen up and starts to go off on a tirade as he becomes more comfortable.) Dachs: Honestly, I’m glad I’ve made it to WFWF when I did. It is time for me to breath a little life and character into this sad promotion. What the hell is going on in this place anyways. You have pathetic sad sacks trying to get their success off the back of the death of their family or friends. Real original. Then people who give themselves edgy nicknames? Christ, what do some of them call themselves? crap like The Slayer and Bulletproof? Pathetic! Where are they getting this sewage from? T-shirts from Hot Topic, I gotta be careful! I might get cut myself on these edgy guys. At least WFWF has some bare able people like Mantis Toboggan, now that’s a cat I can get down with. Unlike the others, he isn’t trying way too hard to keep up this persona. (The woman steps up and whispers something into Dachs’ ear and he nods and continues speaking.) Dachs: He has an aura of authenticity and originality that seems to be lacking in WFWF. Unlike these Edgar Allan Poe wannabe’s, I’m real. I don’t have to seek pity by complaining about a dead relative to get ahead in this company. I can do it all by myself with my ability. And don’t get me started on that futuristic cancer patient. Honestly none of them can hold a candle to what I am capable of, I am a shining star in this company. If I may be so dare, I am the best wrestler on this Earth and even in this galaxy. Nobody can touch me! It is beyond me, all these people here in EAW complaining and crying about their rough upbringings and claiming that is what has made them tough. That is all bullcrap. Having a rough life doesn’t make you tough. To me when people talk about stuff like this, that just says to me that they are insecure about their childhood and use it as an excuse to explain their fake (Dachs make air quotes.) tough personalities. Frankly all I take from people like that is just them flapping their gums and creating invisible barriers around themselves. (Dachs pauses in as somebody interrupts him while he is speaking. It is a large fat man in a shirt that reads: “Motor City Mercenary” and a hat that has the name “Drakz” on it. He starts shouting at Dachs.) Fat Fan: YOU MAN! YOU ING SUCK! AND YOUR HANDS ARE TINY! AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT GUYS WITH TINY HANDS! (Dachs rolls his eyes and the blonde haired woman next to him makes a disgusted face. And begins speaking once more after taking a sip from his glass of Lagavulin.) Dachs: What? Why would you attack my hands. That makes no sense. There is nothing wrong with my hands. I mean look at those hands. (Dachs then holds up his hands.) There’s no problem there, let me tell you. But I can clearly see you have a problem, you seem to be dressed up as some sort of shill for WFWF’s most mediocre talent. I mean look at the guy who’s hat you’re wearing. Drakz may be the person that people pay to see, but I am the main attraction, I’m the man that the whole galaxy pays to see. Honestly, I hoped that his little headache may knock some sense into him and make him interesting for once. I guess not, maybe I can drop him on his head and maybe knock something loose to give him some character. Then you got this guy who reckons himself a mercenary. Trust me, I’ve seen my fair share of mercenaries and he isn’t it. If anything he’s a mall security guard if you ask me. (Dachs turns and smiles to the woman next to him and they both laugh.) Dachs: I’ve got a list of people who I am going to go after to start off my time here in WFWF. Nobody is off limits. I don’t care who you are, what you’ve done, what championship you have, what members of your family were killed or died, or if you’re in the hall of fame or not. I’m Maxwell ing Dachs. And I am here to cement my legacy here. And I’m like a bull in a china shop with all these losers. So come and ing get me. I don’t give a crap. I know for a fact that I can out wrestle you. I’ve won championships in every single promotion that I’ve been in. And looking around at all these other newcomers that are coming into WFWF along with me, I can clearly see that I’m ahead of the curve. People like this old hack Futcho Amore, hell, he’s already suplexing his way to the retirement home! Just give up grandpa! Thankfully, I’m able to bring some character and good spirits here in WFWF to balance out pity seekers like Dante Brooks. They’re all on my list I promise you that. And once I get booked in my first match, I’ll show you all what I am able to do. And trust me, I haven’t even gotten started yet. Once I get up and running you’ll all be in for a treat because I am here to truly make WFWF great and pave my way to greatness while doing so. Thank you and goodnight. (Dachs waves to the crowd and walks off with the woman next to him. The promo fades out as the press begin to take photos of Dachs.)Alecia Matthews: Well he seems….. Daniel Knight: Like he’ll fit right in? Alecia Matthews: As depressing as it may be yes you’re probably right. Self centred egomaniacs is kind of our bread and butter. The arena goes pitch black as the music picks up with the intro of 'Ante Up' by M.O.P. playing in the speakers. Once "BRRRRR AMADOU!" hits, the lights quickly flash back on as Quenton Alexander stands at the start of the ramp, arms crossed with a satisfied look on his face.
Christa Adina: The following match is scheduled for one fall. First, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 275 lbs, Quenton Alexander!
Quenton makes his way towards the ring, head bobbing to the music emphatically, his stride a confident swagger. As he gets close to the ring, he gets a slight running start before sliding inside the ring, immediately popping up to the second turnbuckle to his immediate right as he raises his left arm proudly.
"If you're sick, if you're sick, if you're sick, if you're sick of it If you're sick, if you're sick, if you're SICK OF IT!"
Cam Nitta emerges from the curtains, cloaked in a black hood and black jacket.
Christa Adina: And his opponent, also from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 185 lbs, Cam Nitta!
Cam extends his hands towards the fans as he walks down the entrance way, but he doesn't seem to care much for them high-fiving. When Cam gets to the ring, he sheds his coat as the chorus his, which sets off the pyro on the stage.
Daniel Knight: Two Chicago boys locking it up here tonight. Alexander looking to prove he’ll be one to look out for, Nitta looking to get back to proving he still is among one of the prime competitors in this ring.
DING! DING! DING!
The bell rings, and the two men lock up in the center. The stronger Alexander immediately gets Nitta’s back and grabs him in a waist-lock before lifting and dropping him to the mat sternum first.
Daniel Knight: This is what you can expect from Alexander. He’s going to want to use his size to hurt and ground the smaller Nitta.
Alecia Matthews: That has been literally everyone’s strategy against Nitta. He’s the smallest runt here!
Quenton Alexander presses down on Nitta, forcing the high flyer’s ribs into the canvas. Nitta sees a small opening and kicks one of Alexander’s support legs out from under him, causing him to drop to a knee. This allows Cam to roll over and cover Alexander.

Alexander grabs Nitta’s left arm in between his legs and uses his arms to grab his right wrist and force him into a crucifix pin.

Cam kicks out rather easily, then rolls away from the big man. Nitta looks up and down trying to find an opening, while Alexander stands up and stares straight at Nitta’s eyes.
Alecia Matthews: Quenton with a death stare straight through Cam Nitta. He knows he has the advantage.
Both men lock up again in the center of the ring. Alexander forces Nitta into the corner, then backs up when the ref separates them. Alexander then moves in for a big splash, but Cam rolls out of the way. Cam quickly turns around and hits a dropkick, forcing Alexander against the turnbuckle. Quenton turns around, catching his breath, and Cam hits him with a hurricanrana, sending him across the ring and down to one knee.
Daniel Knight: Nitta looking for that one Japanese move!
Cam goes for the Shining Wizard, but Quenton grabs his leg, forces him down on his back while still holding it and wraps Nitta’s leg around the back of his neck, attempting to fold him into a stretch muffler.
Daniel Knight: What a reversal by Alexander, stretching Nitta’s leg over his neck!
Quenton is unable to fully lock on the muffler, however, as Cam crawls to the bottom rope. Alexander backs away as Cam gets back to his feet, then he grabs his arm and whips him into the ropes, as Cam bounces back towards the center of the ring, he suddenly drops to the mat after Quenton flattens him with a big body block.
Alecia Matthews: Who put that wall there?
Daniel Knight: Yes…that is the name of the move.
Alexander lifts up Cam and looks like he is going for the Lion’s Share. Alexander whips Cam at the ropes, where Cam shows off his agility and jumps between them. He asks the ref to back Alexander away from the ropes while he climbs back in. When he does, Alexander immediately jumps on him, laying chops putting him back in the corner. Alexander then ducks down and drives his shoulder into Nitta’s midsection twice. He then lifts him onto the turnbuckle, where Cam begins to land strikes to stop the beatdown. Nitta gets enough space to get a Sunset Flip, which Alexander attempt to stop by finding anything to hang onto. He tries grabbing the turnbuckle but Nitta gets just enough momentum to roll Alexander back, causing him ripping the turnbuckle pad off!
Daniel Knight: Look at the power of Quenton Alexander! Those pads are tied very tight to prevent that exact sort of thing. Just imagine what he can do to someone’s head if he wanted.
The resultant pinning attempt only garners a two count, with Alexander rolling away and staggeringly attempts a clothesline still clutching the turnbuckle pad which Nitta easily ducks. The ref takes the pad from Alexander’s hands but Alexander is standing in front of the exposed corner and can’t attempt to tie it back on so he goes to put it aside. Meanwhile, Nitta is back to his feet and is running full steam at Alexander. Alexander ducks out of the way, and Nitta’s head hits the exposed turnbuckle, immediately knocking him loopy. The ref turns around as Alexander grabs the dazed Nitta’s arm and whips him against the ropes before running to the adjacent ropes and giving him a hard hitting shoulder block as they meet, sending Nitta flying across the ring.
Daniel Knight: LION’S SHARE!!!
Alecia Matthews: NITTA IS DEAD!

Christa Adina: Here is your winner, Quenton Alexander!
Daniel Knight: Quenton Alexander has just beaten a former National Champion!
Alecia Matthews: Impressive as that may seem, it took an exposed turnbuckle to do it.
Daniel Knight: An unintentional mishap; besides, you always capitalize on mistakes of your opponents, Nitta wasn’t aware of his surroundings and got his bell rung for his troubles.
Alecia Matthews: All I’m saying this match was looking the other way for a while. I wanna see these two go one more time.

Alecia Matthews: Well now folks we have something truly special as The Future is back!
Daniel Knight: You could have worded that a little better, there are dozens of puns and plays on words you could have used.
Alecia Matthews: Yes, but I’m not a hack who props themselves up with cheap tricks.
Daniel Knight: Burn.
The arena lights dim from movie theater pre-credits to completely pitch dark. A single spotlight shines from the rafters down into the ring, in the form of the 'F' Future symbol. The spotlight (Futch Signal) maneuvers its luminescent green life from its cage of the ring ropes to the base of the WFWF entrance stage. The crowd hushes in anticipation before the synth piano keys of Childish Gambino's II. Earth: The Oldest Computer hits the amplifiers and the crowd erupts with a deafening pop.
Future flashes out from behind the black curtain, firmly planting his feet on the main stage and centering his stance in the middle of the lit-up Futch signal.
Christa Adina: Ladies annnnnd geeentlemen, introducing, From ARGENT CITTTYYYY! He is the WFWF's first and longest standing Superhero...WFWF hall of Famer....THE FUUUUU-TURE!
Soaking in the introduction, Future raises his hand over his eyes as if blocking out the sun's glare & as he scans the arena for cheering fans, he is met with them every single place his eyes meet. Squinting his eyes, Future breaks his pose with a quick swing of his left arm as the song kicks into a semi-automatic burst of energy, he begins breaking stride down the entrance ramp with his arms spread wide on both sides, making wing-like reaches for the hands of throngs of fans trying to outstretch their fingertips to meet his. The spotlight of the Futch-signal following him, he lowers his arms from the crucifix position & stomps his right foot as the light breaks & dissipates into thousands of tiny molecules of light which disperses through the crowd & makes its way through fans in the audience like translucent fireflies.
After favoring a few of the younger fans in the audience, some wearing replica Future masks, he jogs in place before gingerly jogging up the steel ring steps, pausing to pose on the apron before entering the ring. He reaches out for the top rope and springboard-hops over it, catching his balance in the ring with a tumble forward into a forearm-swooping pose in a kneeled stance. After absorbing more of the crowd's adulation, Future encroaches the corner and stands on the second turnbuckle, cape in hand, as he waves it over the lower half of his face until it covers everything below the upper cheekbone.
Alecia Matthews: This truly is something special to see Daniel. Who would ever have expected The Future to return to a WFWF ring. One of the founding fathers, presumed retired forever after his time away with medical issues.
Daniel Knight: I’ve got goosebumps!
In one quick full-180 pounce, Future hops down from the turnbuckle and undoes the clasp on his cape, removes his vest and hands them both to the referee for safe keeping. He fidgets with the lower parts of his mask, fitting them firmly to his cheeks as he paces the ring and awaits his opponent.
The arena is dark, almost pitch black, but Vass can still be seen. As Vass enters the arena, he takes a look around and takes in his surroundings. He slowly walks to the stage, then stops in place. His head is down, and he's clutching his wrist. Once the music drops (around 0:52), He shakes his head and punches the air (like a boxer sorta), tightens his gloves and begins to walk down to the ring (The lights get brighter here).
Christa Adina: And his opponent, from the streets of Calgary, weighing 215lbs, Vass “The Slaaaayeeeer!”
The intensity is palpable, as this man is shrouded in mystery. He walks slowly, focused on the ring.
Daniel Knight: And what a night this could be for that man. If he can put a stop to this hero’s return on day one then Vass will surely cement himself as one of tomorrow’s stars.
Alecia Matthews: No doubt, and we have no idea how good Futch is even going to look out there. It’s been well over a decade since his last real run here.
He slides under the ropes and jumps up from a prone position. He punches the air a few more times and then climbs the turnbuckle and raises his arm. He steps down into the ring and Future outstretches an open hand. The two shake and then back into their respective corners until the referee calls for the bell.
*DING DING*
The two men circle the ring and the slightly larger Vass holds his hand out for a test of strength. Future, being the man he is, accepts and the two lock fingers, one hand and then the other. As soon as the second hands meet both men pull their respective hands out and down and we’re presented with a greco-roman style knuckle lock as they fight for physical dominance. Vass starts to push Future back and his back arches. He begins to lower to the mat and yet still maintains his posture all the way back until the crown of his head is against the mat and his body bridged, up on his toes. Future slips his right hand free and then rolls sideways, twisting Vass’ arm up behind him and into a hammer lock.
Alecia Matthews: Looking good so far!
Future then transitions into a side headlock and sweeps his own feet, pulling Vass down with him with a short bulldog, maintaining the headlock. He grinds it in deep but Vass fights to get his knees underneath him. He begins to fight up to his feet and then pushes Future off toward the ropes. Future comes flying back toward him and Vass goes low. Future keeps running, losing the rhythm with his feet and Vass catches him with a snap michonoku driver! Future gets a hand down though and cartwheels out of harms way, leaving Vass sat on his backside wondering where his opponent disappeared to. He soon finds out as Future runs and tries the ‘Shining Knight’ (Shining Wizard) but Vass lays back letting the knee skim just centimetres over his face. Future follows through into his signature kneeled pose and the crowd pops. Vass kips up to his feet!
Daniel Knight: A stalemate so far, but what an atmosphere!
Alecia Matthews: It’s fair to say that neither man is able to dominate the other in the early goings. I’m not sure who should feel the best about that? Vass because he’s hanging with a Hall of Famer, or Future who’s so far showing no signs of ring rust.
This time Future calls for the test of strength and Vass accepts only within seconds he’s driven a boot into the gut of the Caped Futchador’s gut, doubling him over. Vass drives the point of his elbow into the back of Future’s neck, once, twice, thrice and then a short kick stands him back up straight if a little dazed. Vass then hits a spike STO and covers!

Alecia Matthews: A close call for Future there.
Daniel Knight: Imagine being put away so quickly in your return. I don’t think it’s going to be that easy, rust or no.
Vass brings Future back to a standing base and then whips him into the corner. He follows up with a big splash and pins his opponent against the turnbuckle pads. Vass brings his feet up and then monkey flips Futch out of the corner, flipping to the centre of the ring. Future lands on his feet and again drops into his signature pose!
Daniel Knight: Great athleticism from Future there!
Vass grabs him from behind though and drops him with a deadlift backdrop driver, spiking him right on the top of his head!
Alecia Matthews: But perhaps he should have moved away!

Future kicks out but is nursing the back of his neck. Vass takes advantage of this and climbs up to the top rope. He then leaps and drops and elbow onto the back of Future, driving the wind out of him before hooking both arms and flipping over into cattle mutilation!
Daniel Knight: Vass comes from a family of technicians, and even though he’s built a reputation as more of a brawler he still has a hell of an arsenal of submission moves.
Alecia Matthews: Can he make The Future submit though!
Future is yelling whilst still trapped in the hold and tries to turn his body to get his feet to the ropes. He edges closer and closer but Vass senses this and rolls out of the bridge, still with Future’s arms hooked. He struggles to his feet and then hits a tiger suplex. He tries to bridge but the exertion of the submission hold fails him and the two lay on the mat looking up at the lights.
Alecia Matthews: What an impact. Vass has been taking the fight to the Hall of Famer ever since that first stale mate passed. This kid is looking to make a name for himself here tonight folks.
Vass is the first to move and he pulls himself to his feet with the ropes. He sees Future on his hands and knees and signals for the end. He runs over to Future and jumps into the air, tucking his knees.
Alecia Matthews: Calgary Curb Stomp!
Daniel Knight: NO!
Future rolls to the side and Vass stomps the ring. Future then, with a leg either side of Vass’s rolls, tripping ‘The Slayer’ and holding him for a pin!

Alecia Matthews: A nice quick pin attempt there from Future but Vass still has his wits about him.
Both men are up and Vass runs at Future. Future hits and arm drag. Both men up and Vass runs in again. Another arm drag. Vass is up one more time and runs in yet again only this time Future side steps him and pushes him into the corner chest first. He bounces out a little but is driven back in by Future’s diving knees to the back.
Daniel Knight: Time Crunch! Vintage Future right there!
Future grabs his stunned opponent and follows up with Paradox (Throwing Capture Suplex)! The crowd is going wild at the back and forth action between these two. Future to the top rope! He leaps and spins.
Daniel Knight: Gravitational Wave! (corkscrew elbow drop) Futch is pulling out all the stops now to end this.
Alecia Matthews: He may well have it here. What a flurry!
Future hooks the leg.

Alecia Matthews: Vass at the last second!
Daniel Knight: That couldn’t have been any closer to a three count and the crowd are on their feet.
Future takes a deep breath and it’s clear he didn’t expect this young upstart to have so much fight in him. Future lifts Vass to his feet and out of nowhere Vass drops down hitting the Slayer Stunner (stunner) sending Future tumbling backwards. Vass seizes the opportunity and grabs Future’s legs, steps through and rolls Future over.
Daniel Knight: The Slayer Sharpshooter!(Inverted Sharpshooter) He’s got it locked in! This could be well be it Alecia.
Future writhes around reaching back trying to grab at Vass, but Vass leans away from him, keeping the hold in. Future lifts himself up with his arms into a plank and the pain is visible even on the small amount of his face we can see below the mask.
Alecia Matthews: The Future’s been in that hold for a long time now folks, this doesn’t look good for him.
Daniel Knight: It sure looks great for Vass though!
Future in an explosive press up like motion lifts himself high enough into the air to be able to tuck and take himself back through Vass’s legs. Vass reaches down and throws a mean right hand in Future’s direction but Future catches it and rolls Vass up.
Daniel Knight: Small package!

Christa Adina: Here is your winner The Fuuutuuure!
Alecia Matthews: He’s done it! All these years away from the ring and he picks up a victory in his first match back.
Daniel Knight: Look at Vass though, he’s not even sure what just happened. It looked as though he had this thing won.
Alecia Matthews: All it takes is three seconds though and it’s over.
Vass is still looking confused, asking the referee what happened when Future walks over to him and again holds his hand out. Vass doesn’t seem to know how to react as he can’t really believe he even lost the match. Future takes his hand back only to thrust it forward again, trying to initiate a shake but Vass waves him off, drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope.
Alecia Matthews: It doesn’t seem Vass is so keen on sportsmanship when he’s on the losing end of things.
Daniel Knight: Can you blame him, Future did kind of steal that one when Vass was right on the brink of something huge.
The lights dim out and the crowd's attention goes to the big screen. Cold opening. Black and white. Real tight shot of a sweaty face. The view shakes a little as the person adjusts the handheld camera to looking up his cavernous nostrils. He breathes real heavily with his teeth clenched and it produces a hissing noises that also gets spittle on the camera's lenses.
The audience begins to boo as this is a sustained shot for at least thirty seconds. Finally, a voice off camera chimes in.
Off-camera: Hey ... you're live!
Man: BIG MCLARGEHUGE IS--
Suddenly the camera seemingly falls out of the man's hands and it lands with a resounding <crack>!
The scene abruptly cuts and the house lights go back to normal.
Alecia Matthews: So are we supposed to acknowledge that?
Daniel Knight: ... I don't know. Let's just move on, shall we?
Ding Ding Ding!
Darkness engulfs the Target Arena as 'Stay Away' hits the loudspeakers. On the titantron a clips of Bishop's two spells in the WFWF are interjected by clips of the Englishman competing around the world, with competitors much less familiar to the American audience.
Christa Adina: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first from Wimbledon, England, weighing in at two hundred five pounds, JOOOOOOE BISHOP!
At “Monkey See, Monkey Do” a flash of pyro blasts out of the stage and from behind the curtain comes Joe Bishop, to a lukewarm reception from the WFWF fans. The Englishman raises his right arm, with his hand forming a fist, as he takes a few seconds to take in the abuse with a smattering of cheers from the crowd. Then, once the atmosphere dies down, Bishop begins to march down the ramp, concealing his emotions from the audience and looking entirely focused on his upcoming match.
Alecia Matthews: Joe Bishop looks more than ready for this match against the current WFWF International Champion.
Daniel Knight: I’ve never seen Joe Bishop enter into a fight where he didn’t look ready and focused and tonight is clearly no exception. He’s not willing to let the size difference intimidate him. Even though the championship isn’t on the line I expect Bishop to bring a level of intensity that would suggest perhaps it should be.
He climbs up the ring steps, and enters the ring through the second and third rope. Bishop is left completely still in the middle of the ring - with his arms folded as the music fades and the lights return – ready to take on his opponent. After a few moments of silence, the opening twangy strums of a guitar kickoff Nobody Speak by DJ Shadow and out saunters Lucas Crowe to a chorus of boos.
Christa Adina: And his opponent from Detroit, Michigan, weighing in at three hundred and ten pounds he is the current WFWF International Champion, The Motor City Mercenary LUCAS CROOOOOOWE!
Daniel Knight: And there you heard from our ring announcer, Bishop is giving up over one hundred pounds in weight difference to the gargantuan International Champion.
Alecia Matthews: Right and that’s not even acknowledging the nine inches he gives up in height difference.
He makes his way down the ramp, stomping a moment to stare down some children sitting beside the aisle, turning his gaze to their parents with a smirk before continuing his stroll down. Like all big men, he pulls himself up from the floor to the apron and then steps over the top rope. Crowe paces around the ring for a few moments before turning to the hard camera side, raising his fist and letting out a guttural yell. Crowe dismissively waves off the fans sitting in the front row that are booing the Motor City Mercenary relentlessly. Lucas leans back against the turnbuckles in his corner awaiting for the bell to ring.
Alecia Matthews: On a card with at least four main event caliber matches, we are set to get underway with this one.
The bell sounds and Bishop comes charging out of the gate like no one ever had against Lucas which catches the big man off guard. Bishop connects with a huge Yakuza kick that knocks the Motor City Mercenary off his feet. Bishop tries for an early pin but gets shoved off almost immediately so Bishop opts to lock in a side headlock to slow Crowe’s getting back to his feet.
Daniel Knight: A huge kick to start this match that Lucas couldn’t have seen coming in any scenario.
Alecia Matthews: It wasn’t good enough for any sort of pin attempt but it was enough to rock the big man and perhaps take him out of the match mentally to start things off.
Crowe gets to his feet and shoves Bishop off towards the ropes. On the rebound, Crowe attempts a big boot of his own but Bishop slides under it. Crowe spins around but gets caught with a standing dropkick by Bishop which forces Crowe to stumble into the ropes. Upon rebounding back off the ropes, Bishop connects with another dropkick, this one knocking Crowe off his feet yet again.
Alecia Matthews: I think this is the first time I’ve seen Crowe get knocked off his feet this many times this early in a match.
Daniel Knight: It goes back to what I said at the onset, Bishop is going to bring a level of intensity that is going to show Crowe that there’s more than just David Brennan breathing down his neck in line for a title shot.
Bishop again locks in a side headlock on the International Champion but again Crowe slowly gets back to a vertical base. Instead of launching Bishop off into the ropes again though, Crowe instead opts to slip out of the headlock and grasp Bishop in a waistlock. Crowe takes Bishop for a ride almost clear across the ring with a huge German suplex. Crowe tries for a pin but the referee barely reaches a one count.
Daniel Knight: Crowe knew he wasn’t going to get anything on Bishop there but I think it was almost a tongue in cheek response to the early pin attempted by Bishop after that kick.
Crowe drops the point of his elbow straight into the heart of the downed Bishop, driving the air out of the lungs of Bishop. Crowe does this two more times. He then takes this opportunity to toy with the people in the crowd for a bit. He learns quickly though that taking his attention off Joe Bishop for even a moment can be a critical error. As Crowe turns his attention back to Bishop he is met by a recovered Bishop who unleashes a flurry of chops and forearms to the big man. They don’t do much damage to Crowe though as Crowe just lifts a knee into the gut of Bishop to stop the flurry. Crowe grabs Bishop and unleashes a belly to belly suplex, flattening Bishop into the mat.
Alecia Matthews: That is the most frightening thing about Lucas Crowe is his ability to shrug off a flurry of strikes like the one Bishop just threw at him only to just manhandle the man at will.
Daniel Knight: No doubt, Bishop was throwing a lot behind those chops and forearms but Crowe just sluffed it off like he was being bit by a mosquito. The early offense from Bishop may have been effective in catching Crowe off guard but now that Crowe is starting to hit a stride, Bishop may have to think about going back to the drawing board.
Crowe doesn’t even attempt a cover, he’s intent on punishing Bishop. Crowe drags Bishop into a seated position in the corner before sauntering his way to the opposite corner. He makes a point to blow a kiss to a heckler in the crowd before taking off in a sprint in Bishop’s direction. Crowe attempts a running cannonball in the corner but Bishop rolls out of the way, sending the three hundred plus pound frame of Crowe crashing into a heap in the corner. Bishop wastes no time, mounting Crowe and raining punches into the skull of the Motor City Mercenary. Bishop gets to his feet and now commences to stomping the living hell out of the downed International Champion. The referee backs Bishop off which actually causes the crowd to boo. The referee checks to see if Crowe is cognizant of his surroundings to which the referee decides he is as Crowe gets to his feet with his hands up in a defensive stance. Bishop argues with the referee for a moment about the need to back him off from his offence. This brief interaction allows Crowe a window to drop toe hold Bishop face first into the middle turnbuckle. Crowe attempts a pin

Bishop kicks out just after two!
Daniel Knight:A possibly overzealous referee overstepping his bounds there gave Crowe a window of recovery and almost cost Bishop the match.
Alecia Matthews: You’ll have to excuse me if I’m a touch suspicious of that referee’s actions there. There was no reason to back Bishop off in my estimation.
Daniel Knight: But perhaps that’s why we’re commentators and not referee’s.
Crowe begins to pick Bishop up, giving a cut throat sign signaling that the match could be over. Crowe under-hooks both of Bishops arms and hoists him in the air, looking for the Crowe’s Nest. As Crowe lifts him though, Bishop brings a knee up and catches Crowe in the chin which forces Crowe to let go of Bishop who lands on his feet. Crowe leans against the ropes as Bishop comes flying at him with another high knee which knocks the big man over the top rope to the floor. Bishop backs up a few steps and stares down his opponent, lining him up in his sights. He glances out to the crowd who rise to their feet. They know what’s coming next. Bishop launches himself over the top rope with a Pescado Suicida, knocking Crowe back first into the announce table.
Daniel Knight: Crowe looked absolutely rocked by those two knee strikes from Bishop and now after that dive, I don’t think Bishop will find a better opportunity to end this match than right now. He just has to get the big man into the ring.
The referee has begun his count

Bishop grabs Crowe by his legs and drags him closer to the ring.

Bishop grabs Crowe by his pants and his singlet and tries to hoist him up, resting him on the ring apron to take a breather.

Bishop realizes he still has to put in that last big push to get him in the ring. Bishop summons his strength and forces Crowe into the ring.

Bishop slides under the ropes as well, just beating the count. Bishop almost seamlessly slides in and locks in the Mactabilis Factum (Anaconda Vice) Crowe is awoken by the sudden pain he’s now experiencing. The way Bishop slid into the ring and locked the move in has his body between the nearest ropes preventing Crowe from the easiest escape available to him. Crowe struggles, he attempts to crawl his way to the ropes nearest his feet but Bishop is fighting him moving in that direction. Crowe looks like he briefly considers tapping out but continues to fight. Then it looks like he’s going to pass out but he begins slapping himself with his free hand to keep himself awake.
Daniel Knight: It’s strange, it almost looks to me like Crowe isn’t trying to break the hold but rather buy himself a bit of time which is a dangerous game to play when Bishop has that Mactabilis Factum locked in.
Alecia Matthews: … Wait, you don’t think…
Almost on cue, The Wreckers come sprinting through the crowd and over the barricade but they stop short of entering into the ring. Bishop wrenches back hard on the hold but acknowledges that this was Crowe’s plan all along and opts to relinquish the hold to prepare himself for the pending three on one beatdown. The two Wreckers toy with Bishop, pretending to approach the ring but backing off. Bishop goading them to step into the ring and get it over with.
Alecia Matthews: Bishop, behind you!
Crowe sneaks up behind Bishop and attempts to lock in the Motor City Blackout but Bishop fights it. One of The Wreckers hops up onto the ring apron as Bishop rolls out of Crowe’s grasp. This sends Crowe into the ropes, knocking the one Wrecker off of the apron into the other one. Crowe is seething with rage over the miscommunication. Crowe turns his attention back to Bishop who connects with an even bigger Yakuza kick than the one that started the match. Crowe doesn’t immediately fall to the mat, he attempts to fight off his discombublation but eventually falls like a tree, crashing down to the mat. Bishop looks around notices the Wreckers laid out and Crowe seemingly out cold. Bishop ascends the turnbuckle. He looks out to make extra sure The Wreckers were a non-factor now before soaring off and connecting with Decido Spiritus (450 Splash). He hooks the big man’s leg and the referee makes the count

Christa Adina: The winner of this match, JOOOOOOE BISHOP!
Alecia Matthews:Wow! Despite some interference from the much maligned cohorts of Lucas Crowe, Joe Bishop has pinned the International Champion!
Daniel Knight: That’s right, Lucas Crowe after having had an incredibly dominant rookie year has now had his shoulders pinned to the mat in two consecutive outings.
Alecia Matthews: I know I shouldn’t say it but it brings me great joy to sit here and witness the first chapter of the demise of the House of Tyme.
Bishop exits the ring and heads up the ramp to the back leaving Crowe and the Wreckers to lick their wounds. The Wreckers get to their feet and look at Crowe who is also just now getting to their feet. They glance at each other before exiting back through the crowd leaving the International Champion all alone in the ring. Crowe approaches the referee to ask him what happened. The referee explains to Crowe that Bishop pinned him for a three count. Crowe grabs the referee by the collar, looking more than ready to tear the poor man’s head off. The referee warns Crowe that he’s an official, not a contracted in ring competitor. Crowe relents, straightening out the collar of the referee and urging him to leave the ring. As the referee moves to leave the ring, Crowe grabs him from behind and locks in the Motor City Blackout.
Alecia Matthews: What in the hell is he doing?! That’s a referee! He was already handed a warning after his assault on the WFWF.com personnel.
The Wreckers return to the ring to attempt to peel Crowe off of the referee. Justin Tyme sprints down to the ring to aid in calming his beast. The three men succeed in getting Crowe to release the referee but in the scuffle, Crowe catches Tyme in the jaw with an errant elbow. Crowe and The Wreckers almost immediately stop moving upon realizing what had just happened. Tyme stares at Crowe with a fire in his eyes, appearing ready to implode this partnership right here and now. Tyme rubs his jaw a bit before backing off and exiting the ring and motioning for Crowe to follow. Crowe obliges and the quartet leave the ring together.

As his music starts Trevor Wolf walks onto the stage puts his head down, puts his arms behind him, then looks up, throws his hands forward and points towards the ring. He does this as a way to invite out anyone who is willing to join his fight for change. He then shrugs it of when no one comes out, gets a cocky smirk on his face because he sees he is still the only one thats not afraid to stand up to the boss.
Christa Adina: The following match up is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first weighing 150lbs, Trevor Wooooolf!
He then walks to the ring slides in jumps up and looks out at the crowd as he backs into the corner and awaits the bell so he can fight.
As the opening chords of "Seizure of Power" hit the speakers the lights across the arena shut off one by one. They are replaced by six crimson spotlights, each one turning on a different part of the arena in sequence. One by one each of the spotlights move to the tip of the stage, combining and showing the first glimpse of Trace Demon who stands, back turned, arms spread wide. As the song builds to a fever pitch he suddenly turns around, throwing his hands up like guns aimed directly at the ring and mouthing "boom". An explosive pyrotechnics display erupts around him and as they die down the lights in the arena begin to shine once more, showing Trace Demon with a smirk on his face and a rather unsatisfied guest for tonight - Cameron Stone, who walks out behind Trace, not happy to be here one bit.
Christa Adina: And his opponent, from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 230 pounds. He is the Owner of the WFWF, "The King of Demons" Trace Demon!
Alecia Matthews: There's a lot on the line here tonight for Cameron Stone, but how far is he really willing to go to get a shot at Drakz and the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship?
Daniel Knight: If he's smart? As far as he needs to. This is a golden opportunity and he'd be a fool not to take it.
Trace stands on the ramp and takes a look around at the crowd, completely unfazed by the reaction he is getting which let's face it, isn't very kind. He looks back at Stone, still smirking, but Stone just looks at him with a cold glare. Trace simply shrugs his shoulders, slaps Stone on the back and then heards towards the ring, completely ignoring the fans on either side of him as they attempt to touch the King of Demons, instead focused solely on the fun that tonight could bring. As he reaches the bottom of the ramp he takes off his crimson leather jacket, throwing it to an agitated Stone, before climbing up the steel steps and entering the ring between the top and middle rope.He ascends the nearest turnbuckle and then gives Stone a sarcastic thumbs up, smirking as he shakes his head and turns his back to Demon. Trace leaps back down, settling in the center of the ring.
Wolf and Demon start out the match with Trace asking for a test of strength.
Daniel Knight: What is Demon’s goal here?
Alecia Matthews: To humiliate Trevor Wolf at any cost.
Wolf cautiously locks his right hand with Demon’s left.
Daniel Knight: I get that. Wolf has been a thorn in the side of Demon for a while now.
Alecia Matthews: Depending on your position on the matter, it could be viewed as the other way around.
Demon locks his right hand with Wolf’s left slowly.
Daniel Knight: Sure, to the partial regarding Wolf and Ahriman; but what does Demon truly have to gain from this stipulation? Win and Stone’s in?
Demon presses towards Wolf, starting to extend Trevor’s elbows backwards.
Alecia Matthews: Ultimately it’s about Demon’s desire for control. If he put Stone in Wolf’s corner and told him to make sure Trevor wins, Stone would have already killed one ref and tried to put Demon through a table. Making Stone his own hand, so to say, is a much more devious move. It allows Trace to play with Stone’s emotions. For starters, Stone would love to see Trevor Wolf pick up his first win against Trace Demon. Who wouldn’t? But he can’ allow that. His friend has to lose. Trace can also play with the idea of throwing the match; getting himself disqualified or something of the sort. A technicality win for Wolf is still a win, meaning Stone doesn’t get his title match.
Demon bends Wolf’s wrists back, trying to lock his arms in and lift him by his hands.
Alecia Matthews: Second, Demon’s a scumbag through and through. He loves seeing others sink to his level. He loved getting a rise out of Scarlett Quinn. Shawn Malakai. Joe Bishop. Phillip Schneider; though that last one isn’t too much of a stretch…when everyone is a scumbag like him, he can feel even more superior because it is in that moment, when he realizes how low they’ve gone; that he truly is king.
Demon starts getting Wolf off of the ground, but Trevor fights and fights to prevent a total loss of the test of strength. Trace lets his feet hit the ground and delivers a kick to the gut; breaking the test to a chorus of boos for the tacky lack of respect.
Daniel Knight: Yeah, think everyone saw that coming.
Demon puts Wolf in a headlock, grabbing his own wrist with his other hand to REALLY wrench it in. He smiles as the boobirds rain down their sh*t onto him, giving Wolf a punch to the top of the skull for good measure. The hit pops Wolf out of the lock but Demon is quick to follow up with a snapmare takedown and a subsequent kick directly to Trevor’s spine; the rookie writhing.
Alecia Matthews: Wolf is in a terrible way here, and Demon hasn’t even requested the help of Stone yet. I root for the guy every show, and never more than when he faces someone from the bitch brigade but he’s just outmatched here.
Daniel Knight: You didn’t say he was outmatched when he faced Drakz and Josh Dean a few weeks back. You insinuating something?
Alecia Matthews: Not at all. It’s just that at least he had David Williams and Sam in his corner last time. And Sam in his corner again when he fought Crowe and Tyme was floating around. This time Trevor is completely on his own against a hall of famer and someone desperate for that one last chance. We’re going to need to see a miracle out of Wolf for this to end in his favor.
Daniel Knight: Hell knowing Trace we may need a miracle just for Wolf to leave he arena NOT in an ambulance.
Alecia Matthews: Ain’t that the truth.
Trace grasps the seated Wolf by the waist and ragdolls him to his feet, going for a German Suplex. Trace bridges for a cover.

Wolf isn’t able to kick out; he’s not allotted the time as Demon rolls out of the bridge and pulls Wolf up for another German bridge.

Demon breaks his own cover and goes to his corner and yells at Stone, who has a concerned look on his face. Trace is trying to tell him that it’ll be over when he says it’s over and that Cam has no reason to be concerned as Demon’s dominance only benefits him.
If looks could kill….well Demon would be dead a million times over already, right?
Alecia Matthews: Disgraceful. Demon isn’t even showing off. That’s not the point. He’s just taking pleasure in humiliating Wolf in front of Stone. That’s all this is. I don’t even think Trace has a problem potentially just feeding Stone to Drakz for a one off, one less mouth to feed so to say. This is just about the mortification of Trevor Wolf.
Demon picks Wolf up again and hits another German, this time not bridging. He stands over Wolf, drinking in the negative reaction being given to him by the fans by the tub full.
Daniel Knight: …two less mouths to feed at this rate…
Trace pulls Wolf up yet again and tries another German but Wolf uses his hip to break the hold and knock Demon back a step. Trace, amused, pats a rather limp Wolf on the head and locks him in a front suplex position but Wolf powers out of this one too! Trace, a little less amused now, puts Wolf in position for another suplex and Trevor flat shoves him away; the force actually making Demon trip and fall to a knee. NOW he’s pissed.
Daniel Knight: Uh oh.
Demon aggressively grabs ahold of Wolf and Wolf shoves him away and hits him with a Thez Press and starts hammering away at the face of the WFWF Hall of Famer, who is in such a state of shock he can’t think to defend himself! The crowd has erupted, screaming Wolf’s name. On the outside, Stone has a face of disbelief.
Alecia Matthews: GO WOLF!
Daniel Knight: Look at Stone. I can’t tell if he’s happy or angry.
Alecia Matthews: Surprised; just like every screaming fan in the audience.
Wolf lets up the assault on Trace’s face, getting to his feet and now stomping at every exposed body part of the King of Demons he can find. Right now, he’s rabid. He stands at Demon’s waist, flips him off to the amusement of the fans and jumps up, driving both boots full force into the mid region of Demon. Wolf covers.

Demon barely kicks out at two.
Alecia Matthews: I’m amazed Demon got out of that. He’s so stunned I didn’t think he’d have the wherewithal.
Daniel Knight: Sadly it’s going to take a little more than pure surprise to beat Demon. If it were that easy, Stone probably wouldn’t even be in this predicament and this match wouldn’t have to happen.
Alecia Matthews: Fair.
Wolf runs the opposite rope but on the rebound he is met with a drop toe hold, Trevor crashing and burning to the mat. Demon is still down. Naturally Demon is the one capable of getting to his feet first but he stumbles quickly into the corner and falls. Stone comes around to him, potentially trying to cheer him on? The sincerity is muddled. Demon mutters something to Stone before Cam jumps out of the way because here comes Wolf with a Bronco Buster! The crowd is losing it! Out of no where, came the Wolf. He dismounts and pulls Demon to the center of the ring, using Demon’s legs to spread eagle and dropping the boom in no man’s land.
Stan McMann would not approve of that move.
Wolf pulls up Demon’s legs again and tumbles over him for a bridge cover.

Demon wraps his arms around Wolf’s waist to pull his shoulders off of the mat. Demon rolls and gets Wolf into a backslide pin.

Wolf’s feet fall to the mat breaking the cover and both men get to their feet locked head to shoulder, each trying to take the other over for a suplex but neither budging. Eventually Demon unlocks and shoves Wolf back, Wolf running into the ref and knocking him down. On the rebound, Trace locks Wolf in for a move he may see in his future.
Alecia Matthews: Demon’s going for Jon O’Deeves finisher, the modified Northern Lights Suplex! Wolf’s seeing his future, and it’s a move that’s been able to beat even the likes of Joe Bishop.
Daniel Knight: Well we don’t have a ref so it won’t end this match…but Wolf’s career could be precariously hanging by a severed limb.
Wolf is taken up for a ride but reverses in mid air! He lands on his feet. Demon turns around and gets a hurricanrana into the middle rope for his troubles. Wolf jumps, his knees hitting his chest to get hyped. He runs the opposite ropes and flies through grabbing ahold of the top and middle and kicks Demon in the face with a tiger feint kick (619, ladies and gentlemen)! Wolf leaps to the top rope, turns around and busts out a move Demon might see in HIS future if someone gets their way!
Alecia Matthews: PHOENIX SPLASH! THE STUDENT HAS LEARNED FROM THE MASTER! COVER!

The fans counting causes Wolf to end the cover and slams on the mat, jumping up and celebrating!
Alecia Matthews: Dammit, Wolf thinks he’s finally won a match.
Daniel Knight: No ref, kid.
Wolf JUST realized this when he looked to Christa Adina, who points at the dead ref that Trace caused. Realizing this, Wolf is enraged.
Daniel Knight: Wolf’s hungry for blood.
Wolf rolls out of the ring and ushers Christa up out of her seat. He folds the chair up and goes to slide into the ring.
Alecia Matthews: Don’t do this, Trevor. Don’t stoop to his level of desper…STONE.
Behind Wolf, unbeknownst to him, is Stone on a mission. Wolf raises the chair up, only for Stone to grab ahold of it before the steel crashes into Demon. Trevor turns, giving up the chair and stares at Stone, asking him what the hell he’s doing. Stone refuses to answer. Wolf pokes at Stone’s chest but the bear doesn’t get angry, or even say anything. He just looks at him. Wolf tries to colcock Stone but before he can, Demon low blows him; Wolf falling to his knees in pain.
Alecia Matthews: F*cking bastard.
Demon tells Stone to hand over the chair…but Stone doesn’t. Stone’s fist gets tighter and the crowd grows louder as it appears Stone is willing to throw away his title shot after all. Stone looks to smack Demon silly, but instead just lays the chair on the mat and rolls out of the way; turning to face the announcers as Demon picks up the chair and pummels Wolf over and over and over in the back and head; Wolf gushing blood from his forehead from the final shot. Demon tosses the chair to the outside and pulls Wolf to his feet, wiping blood from Trevor’s eyes so he can see what’s happening to him as he is lifted up into a torture rack position.
Daniel Knight: Oh my god. No.
Alecia Matthews: NO TRACE. NO. IT’S NOT F*CKING NEEDED THE MATCH IS ALREADY OVER WHEN THE REF GETS UP. YOU DO NOT NEED THE HELLFIRE OVERDOSE.
As if he heard her, Demon gets a smug ass grin on his face as he sets up the final preparations but the limp Wolf is unable to even contort his body. Unamused, Demon sets him down and takes him out with the Demonstration of Hell. Demon with a weak cover, the ref slowly reviving.

Alecia Matthews: Jesus, that match was crazier than expected.
Daniel Knight: More to the point, I think Cameron Stone just got himself a WFWF Championship match.
The lights go out.
Alecia Matthews: Dear god. We don’t need this right now.
When the lights come back on, the same man who has attacked Trevor Wolf for the last month, the trenchcoat-ed, man in the fedora; Jon O’Deeves, is standing over Trevor Wolf. He turns to look at Trace Demon who’s veeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy slowly rolling out of the ring. Not his fight, and he’s physically not in the best position to fight someone like O’Deeves right now. Stone is halfway up the ramp, paying no mind to the exchange. Before Demon can turn to the ramp and retreat; O’Deeves pulls Wolf up and drops him with the Northern Lights Suplex; staring down the man who tried using his move to finish his SuperBrawl opponent as we fade to commercial.

Alecia Matthews: It’s been a fantastic show so far and now it is time for our main event. It is a match for the WFWF Tag Team championships that has the potential to be either really good or really bad.
Daniel Knight: So true, Alecia. On the one hand we have the champs, Drakz and Joshua Dean. Two icons of the WFWF. They also happen to be the most dysfunctional tag team in WFWF history who are just as likely to beat the hell out of each other as they are their challengers.
Alecia Matthews: On the other hand, we have the Thunderbirds, Frank Lynn and Mike Jette. Two rookies with just one tag match win to their credit but a whole lot of attitude as shown by their audacious “title match” at New Nebula. You can question whether they deserve to be in this title match but you cannot question their heart and desire. They are not going to let this opportunity go to waste.
Daniel Knight: As I was saying, the champs are icons, legends, hall of famers. This should be a walk in the park for them. Under normal circumstances there is no way two rookies should last five minutes against Drakz and Dean but if the champs can’t get along and they don’t take the challengers seriously, we could see an upset of historic proportions.
Alecia Matthews: Joshua Dean made this match without consulting Drakz first which could lead to increased tensions between them. The champs better be ready to match the challengers intensity as a team or we could see new champions tonight.
Daniel Knight: It looks like Christa is ready to get this ball rolling. To the ring we go for the introductions.
Christa Adina: And now, it is time for the main event of the evening…a match to one fall for the WFWF Tag Team Championships!
The arena goes black, static fills the giant screen, and a crackly radio voice speaks: We are cleared for liftoff in T minus 5...4...3...we have ignition...2...1...THUNDERBIRDS ARE GO! The sound of rockets firing off fill the arena as the words Thunderbirds are go! appear on the giant screen accompanied by pyro on the stage. The opening guitar crunching chords of Nebula’s stoner rock classic Sonic Titan blare through the arena sound system. The lights come up and Frank Lynn and Mike Jette run out on stage exchanging high fives before running down either side of the ramp and around the ring. A rocket shoots up from the bottom of the screen shooting through the words and they shatter into a million pieces which fly away to reveal video clips of the Thunderbirds in action. Frank and Mike finish running around the ring high fiving the fans in the front row and jump over the top rope into the ring, each one heading to a corner to climb the turnbuckles and fire up the crowd with shouts of Thunderbirds are go!
Christa Adina: Introducing first, the challengers… weighing a combined 470 lbs., they are the Fireman Mike Jette and Fearless Frank Lynn…The THUNDERBIRDS!
Tonight, the Thunderbirds are both in red tights with yellow flames and carrying the replica tag belts they “won” at New Nebula. They stand on the turnbuckles raising the belts high and shouting about how they will soon exchange them for the real belts. The crowd shows support with a chant of Thunderbirds! until Christa interrupts them to continue the introductions.
Christa Adina: And now, the champions…
The heavy guitar riffs scream through the speakers as red and gold spotlights alternate in the entranceway, while the crowd rises to their feet. The drums kick in and Kevin Rudolf's vocals follow suit as "In The City" fills the arena.

Josh Dean's visage appears on the entranceway and the crowd noise turns to a near fever pitch as he looks out among them. He begins to walk to the ring.

He stops and smacks the steel ramp, shooting up gold and red pyros as he spreads his arms wide and continues his descent. The lights return to normal with the alternating strobes while his face is barely visible underneath his hoodie.

Josh reaches the bottom of the ramp before climbing the stairs and stepping quickly into the ring. He walks over to the turnbuckle, ascending up to the second and making a diamond shape with his hands. He mouths 'gun' along with the words as he forms a gun shape.
I will eat you alive in the city While they pull up in fancy cars Drinking wine, wasting time, you are pretty Politicians, movie stars
He flips his hood off his head, spreading his arms in his trademark pose with a primal roar. Josh takes his toboggan and hoodie off, throwing them into the crowd as they erupt once again. Josh hops down and rolls his neck as he stares down tonight's opponent.

The music fades down and a switch flips. Now it's time for business.
Christa Adina: Introducing one half of the WFWF Tag Team champions, standing 6’ 2”, weighing 225 lbs., from Atlanta, Georgia… he is the Franchise Joshua Dean!
A screaming distortion tears through the arena, building in ferocity to an ear piercing crescendo. Every white light in the arena flashes in strobe for a full 10 seconds, disorienting the audience, until finally the sludgy guitar riff of "MK7" kicks in amidst a myriad of howling vocals. As the song jumps into gear the lights stop flickering and a number of bright spot-lamps all point to the exact same location at the top of the ramp, lighting up the man the people paid to see, Drakz.
The series of screens that surround the stage glow white as well, almost silhouetting Drakz as he bounces on his toes. He runs both hands up the sides of his head and then down his face, flicking them suddenly to either side of his body, fingers outstretched. In perfect unison a shower of silver pyro explodes either side of him and the stage screens turn to past footage of the man in action. The difference in light reveals him fully to the cheering crowd, his title belt around his waist.
Christa Adina: Ladies and gentlemen, introducing from Leeds, England by way of Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 226 lbs, he is one half of the WFWF Tag Team Champions and is the reigning WFWF Heavyweight Champion of the World, The "God" Slayer, Draaaaaaaakz!
Drakz makes his way towards the ring, zigzagging the ramp letting the fans touch his outstretched arms but never breaking his gaze from dead ahead. He slowly climbs the steel ring steps and then walks the length of the apron before mounting the second rope and holding his arms wide. His pose prompts a lightning storm of camera flashes and he can't help but laugh at the hypocrisy of it all. Holding the top rope he springs over and into the ring where he begins stretching out his limbs, preparing for the match that lies ahead.
Daniel Knight: So all four men are in the ring ready to rumble. The main man of the WFWF, World Heavyweight and Tag Team champion Drakz. Tag Team champion the Franchise Joshua Dean. Challenger Fireman Mike Jette. And lastly, scum of the earth Fearless Frank Lynn.
Alecia Matthews: Good to see you aren’t holding a grudge over your ugly $5 K-Mart tie. Looks like Joshua Dean is trying a little mind games on the challengers, showing them that he is the true champ and the true fan favorite here tonight.
The two tag teams have a staredown in the middle of the ring. Joshua Dean holds his Tag Team belt up high and gets a huge roar of approval from the crowd. The challengers hold up their replica tag belts and get a not quite so huge but still loud roar of support. A portion of the crowd starts a Let’s go Dean! chant and another portion answers with a Thunderbirds! chant. The battling chants goes on for almost a minute before Drakz raises his TWO belts up high. The entire crowd boos him mercilessly. Drakz makes a look of contempt at the crowd and the other wrestlers, then decides enough is enough. He grabs Josh by the arm and pulls him to their corner ending the staredown.
Alecia Matthews: Interesting. In their short time together the Thunderbirds have gathered quite a bit of fan support. That is obviously getting under Drakz’ skin.
Daniel Knight: I doubt that Drakz actually cares about the fans. He is probably upset that Joshua Dean accepted this match for him and now he has to defend one of his belts against the promising rookie Mike Jette and a nobody like Frank Lynn.
Frank Lynn turns towards Daniel Knight and glares at him.
Frank Lynn: Shut your mouth Knight! Your whiny voice is annoying me!
Each tag team decides who will start the match. The Thunderbirds do rock-paper-scissors with Mike Jette winning. Drakz steps through the ropes to stand on the apron. He yells at Joshua Dean You wanted the match, you get to start it. Don’t f*ck up.
The ref signals for the bell. DING DING DING! The crowd roars in approval. It’s time to get it on!
Alecia Matthews: Here we go! Joshua Dean and Mike Jette will be starting the match. The Tag Team titles are on the line! Can the legendary champions work together to retain their belts or will the brash rookies get the upset win?
Daniel Knight: I’m counting on the champs to make sure Frank Lynn does not leave here tonight as a champion. Come on Josh, end this fast!
Alecia Matthews: I’m warning you Daniel, act like a professional or I get Cam out here. I have him on speed dial.
Daniel Knight: Fine, just for you I’ll try. I need this job.
Joshua Dean glares at Jette and says I am going to make this a long and painful lesson rookie. Then I’m going to pin your ass and crush your dreams. The Franchise and the Fireman get into a collar and elbow lock-up. They struggle for dominance, each man’s muscles flexing impressively as they jockey for position. Dean spins Jette into headlock and grinds down hard on him, then flips Jette over onto the mat so he can apply even more pressure. Jette gets his legs around Dean’s head and twists him around but Dean pushes off with his hands and frees himself. The two men stand up and face off in the center of the ring.
Mike and Josh lock up and try to out muscle each other again. Dean gets a wrist lock and twists with all his strength forcing Jette to his knees. Jette does a back flip and reverses the hold. Jette punches Dean’s shoulder several times while continuing to wrench away on the wristlock. Dean gets to the ropes and forces a break.
Daniel Knight: Josh has come into this match with a chip on his shoulder. He wants to take the rookies to school.
Alecia Matthews: That may be what he wants, but Mike Jette is not cooperating so far. He’s countering Josh’s offense well and responding with some offense of his own.
They get into another collar and elbow lock-up. Dean kicks Mike in the stomach and makes his way behind Jette. Josh locks Mike in a rear naked choke. Jette doesn’t panic even though Josh has a death grip around his throat. Josh tries to pull Jette down to the mat but the Fireman shows his heart and determination, refusing to leave his feet. Jette slowly makes his way to the nearest corner dragging Dean the whole time. Once he gets close enough to the corner Mike walks up the ropes and flips over putting Dean in a pinning predicament. The Franchise breaks the hold before the ref can start a count. The two men stand up and face off again, neither able to gain any advantage over the other.
Daniel Knight: I have to agree with you. The Fireman is showing solid skills in countering Josh’s every move.
Alecia Matthews: The Thunderbirds are no joke. Just because they’re new to the WFWF doesn’t mean they don’t have experience. Jette is an accomplished amateur athlete and Frank Lynn is a former ranked light heavyweight MMA fighter.
Daniel Knight: It remains to be seen if they can handle the pressure of a WFWF title match against two pros like Dean and Drakz. They are standing in the brightest spotlight right now which could melt away their resolve.
Mike Jette asks Dean Is this the long and painful lesson part or the crushing my dreams part? This angers Josh who charges at Jette. Jette hits a super kick stunning Dean. Jette quickly grabs Dean and hits a t-bone suplex into the turnbuckles. Mike Jette tags in his partner, Frank Lynn.
Alecia Matthews: Whoa, I think Mike Jette just baited Josh Dean into a bad move.
Daniel Knight: That’s not what I would expect. If anyone was going to use Jedi mind tricks in this match I would have bet on the champs.
Alecia Matthews: The challengers are looking good so far. This is not going to be a walk in the park for the champs.
Fearless Frank comes in over the top rope with a knee drop to Dean’s chest. Frank backs off, waits for Dean to get back to his feet, and whips him into the ropes. Frank goes for a dropkick but Dean smartly grabs the ropes stopping himself and leaving Lynn to crash to the mat. Dean wiggles his finger back and forth reminiscent of Dikembe Motumbo after blocking a dunk attempt.
Dean picks up Lynn for a scoop slam. Dean picks Lynn up again and whips him into the champions corner. Josh points at Lynn slumped in against the ropes and snears. Then he gets a good running start and hits a spear to Lynn. Josh looks to tag Drakz but Drakz drops to the floor to check his boot laces and adjust his pads!
Daniel Knight: What the hell was that? Does Drakz even want to be here tonight?
Alecia Matthews: That’s the first sign that our dysfunctional champions aren’t going to work together. Josh better be up to the challenge of defending the titles on his own.
Mildly frustrated by his partner, Dean turns his attention back to Frank Lynn with a look of grim determination and bad intentions. He hits Lynn with punches and kicks, then lifts him onto the top turnbuckle. Dean climbs up for a super hurricanrana but Lynn counters with forearm uppercuts and reverses it into a face first superplex. Both men are stunned. Drakz reappears on the ring apron looking like he is ready for a tag now.
Daniel Knight: I thought Dean had that top rope hurricanrana but Frank Lynn found a way to reverse it…damn it.
Alecia Matthews: Easy tiger…Cam on speed dial…remember? You can tell from the way Lynn and Jette are fighting that they really want those tag titles. We’re in for great match.
Daniel Knight: At least Drakz has fixed his equipment issues and is ready to tag now.
The Franchise and the Fearless one make their way to their feet at the same time. Josh bounces off the ropes and attempts a superman punch but Lynn ducks under it, grabbing Dean’s arm as it passes just inches by his face. Lynn spins Dean around and locks in a kimura adding a body lock with his legs for maximum leverage. Dean screams in either pain or frustration or both. Frank taunts Dean Not as easy as you thought it would be?
Alecia Matthews: Frank Lynn is showings MMA background now. He has that kimura in tight. Josh better escape fast or he could end up with a broken arm.
Daniel Knight: Frank needs to keep his mouth in check. You don’t want to talk trash until AFTER you win the match. He’s just making Josh mad.
Dean reaches deep down inside himself for a burst of energy. He picks up Lynn and rams him into the turnbuckles but Lynn doesn’t break the kimura lock. Dean repeats the turnbuckle slam and grabs the ropes with his free arm, holding onto the ring rope almost as tightly as Frank is holding his other arm in the kimura. The ref starts a five count forcing Lynn to break the hold.
As Dean backs away, he slaps Frank Lynn. Frank rushes after Dean to return the favor but Dean is ready and kicks him in the stomach. Dean puts Frank in side headlock and drags him towards the champs corner looking to tag in Drakz. As he gets within range, Drakz suddenly drops to the floor and fixes his hair! An increasingly frustrated Franchise loses focus and Lynn hits a side suplex breaking the headlock. Drakz reappears on the apron again looking ready to tag in.
Daniel Knight: Again, Drakz has an urgent problem that needs fixing in the middle of the match. He needs to get over it and help his partner.
Alecia Matthews: I don’t think Drakz and Dean will ever get along but they do need to put their differences on the back burner for this match. The Thunderbirds are a serious threat to their titles.
Daniel Knight: I hate to agree with you but so far that appears to be true. The Thunderbirds have capitalized both times Drakz missed a tag and Dean is paying for it now.
Joshua Dean has been in for the entire match and it is starting to take a toll on him as he is slowing down and his offensive moves don’t pack quite as much punch. The crowd tries to fire him up with a Lets’ go Dean chant but it doesn’t seem to help.
Lynn whips Dean into the ropes and hits a sling blade. Lynn grabs one of Joshua’s legs looking for an ankle lock. Dean counters with an enziguri but Lynn leans back Matrix style to avoid it. Lynn counters with a Pele kick that catches Dean square on the top of his head. Lynn picks up Dean and slams him into his corner putting him in the tree of woe. It is time for the Thunderbirds to start punishing Joshua Dean.
Frank Lynn tags in Mike Jette who leaps over the top ropes straight into a double kick to Josh Dean’s chest. He follows it up with kicks to Dean’s head and chest.
Jette tags in Lynn who does the exact same sequence - over the top rope into a double kick to the chest followed by more mudhole stomping. Drakz is in his corner shouting at Dean You should have made a tag when you had the chance!
The Thunderbirds exchange tags several times, each one of them coming in to kick Dean’s head and chest several times before making another tag.
Alecia Matthews: There’s that teamwork the Thunderbirds always talk about. They showed some of it against Toboggan and Richardson. Now they’re doing it again.
Daniel Knight: Isolate one of your opponents and do lots of damage with frequent tags. Its basic tag team strategy and the Thunderbirds are doing it to perfection tonight… with an assist from Drakz.
Alecia Matthews: Well, Drakz is calling for a tag now. Maybe he has resolved his problems with his gear and is finally ready to wrestle.
Lynn tags Jette, grabs Deans arms and pulls him out so that Dean is hanging in the air above the ring, his legs still tied up in the top ropes and his arms held tightly by Lynn. Jette comes off the top turnbuckle with a double foot stomp to Dean’s chest. Everyone in the arena can hear the audible gasp as all the air rushes out of Dean’s lungs. The Franchise is in serious trouble as his eyes are glazing over and he is no longer able to fight back. So far the match has been all Thunderbirds and the crowd is starting to get behind them.
Jette tags Lynn back in, Jette whips Lynn around for extra momentum as Lynn hits a baseball slide kick to Dean’s face. The impact forces Dean out of the tree of woe and he just rolls on the mat in clutching his head. Lynn tags Jette, then picks up Dean for an airplane spin. Lynn slams Dean down to the mat as Jette flies off the top for a frog splash - THUNDERBOMB! The big move gets a loud cheer from the fans.
Alecia Matthews: Incredible high impact tag team offense from the Thunderbirds. The double foot stomp, the baseball slide kick, the Thunderbomb all have hurt Josh pretty bad! They really do think and act as one! Did you see how they reversed their usual roles in the Thunderbomb?
Daniel Knight: I like Jette’s splash better than Lynns’ splash…just saying…please don’t call Cam.
Alecia Matthews: Jette is going for the cover! Could this be it? Can the Thunderbirds pull off the upset?
Jette goes for a cover. Drakz finally decides to make his presence known, coming off the top rope with an elbow drop to the back of Mike Jette to break up the pin attempt. Drakz’s impact knocks Jette’s head down onto Dean’s head with a loud thwack leaving both of them dazed and confused. The ref grabs Drakz by the shoulder and orders him back to his corner. Drakz slaps the ref’s hand off him and gives him a Don’t ever touch me look before going back to his corner.
Daniel Knight: So close! Drakz with the save, if you want to call it that.
Alecia Matthews: He did stop the pin but he did as much damage to his partner the Franchise as he did to the Fireman.
Daniel Knight: So much history between Drakz and Josh. It has to be hard for Drakz to not try and hurt Josh whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Alecia Matthews: The way Lynn and Jette are going at it tonight, this is not the time for either Drakz or Dean to hurt each other. They need to be 100% to stop the challengers.
Jette and Dean crawl towards their corners for dramatic simultaneous tags to their partners welcomed by a round of cheers from the crowd that is really getting into the match. Fresh and ready to fight, Drakz and Lynn meet face to face in the center of the ring. They have a furious exchange of fists and forearms to the head, chops to the chest, and kicks to the legs. The crowd cheers for each one of Lynn’s strikes and boos for each of Drakz’ strikes.
Daniel Knight: Finally, Drakz made the tag and now he’s taking it right to Frank Lynn.
Alecia Matthews: Frakn Lynn is answering right back though. Listen to the crowd. We said the match could be either very good or very bad. I’m happy to say it is very good and the fans are eating it up.
Drakz blocks an uppercut by Lynn, grabs his arm, and whips Frank into the ropes hitting a spine buster to Lynn on the rebound. Drakz faces towards Dean in his corner and showboats not noticing that Frank Lynn bounced right up. Lynn comes at Drakz from behind and hits a german suplex. Drakz bounces up and gets right back in Lynn’s face. They have another furious exchange of blows in the center of the ring as the crowd cheers and a few try to start a This is awesome! chant. Most of the crowd thinks it could be but not quite yet so the chant quickly dies down.
Lynn’s forearm smashes start to take a heavier toll on Drakz so he switches it up dropping down low to grab Lynn’s tights and whip him into the ropes. Drakz leapfrogs Lynn, then dives down as Lynn runs over top of him on the rebound. Then Drakz hits a clothesline that completely flips Lynn over so that he lands on his face with a resounding thud. Drakz picks up Lynn, whips him into the ropes again and hits a spinning back elbow. The champ poses for the ungrateful fans who boo instead of cheer his offensive outburst.
Daniel Knight: What a clothesline! Lynn did a full 360 before face planting on the mat. Drakz is turning this fight around in favor of the champs.
Alecia Matthews: It’s the least he could do after leaving Josh hanging twice earlier in the match.
Drakz goes to a neutral corner and climbs to the top turnbuckle. He plays it up to the crowd trying to get a reaction. It sort of works as people boo him louder than before. He flips the crowd off and goes for a huge double stomp but Frank was playing possum. Lynn rolls out of the way and Drakz crashes down onto the mat. Lynn dives for his corner and tags in Jette.
Daniel Knight: Crash and burn! Lynn was not hurt as bad as Drakz thought!
Alecia Matthews: I’m very impressed by the Thunderbirds so far. They’re doing all the right things and proving they deserve to be in this title match.
Jette comes off the top turnbuckle for a curb stomp but Drakz rolls out of the way; the more experienced champ also knows how to play possum! Jette manages to land somewhat cleanly and roll through in a somersault so that he doesn’t crash and burn. Drakz follows Jette and hits him from behind with a lifter uppercut to the back of his head. Jette stumbles into the ropes and they are the only thing that keeps him from falling down. Drakz closes in and whips Mike into the corner. Jette flips over the turnbuckle and lands safely on the apron, quickly grabbing the top rope and coming back into the ring with a springboard clothesline that takes Drakz down.
Jette gets Drakz to his corner, tags in Lynn, and then lifts Drakz up on his shoulders to setup the Doomsday Device. Before Lynn can come off the top, Drakz flips backwards driving Jette’s head and back into the mat in a sick reverse hurricanrana that even the anti-Drakz crowd has to appreciate. Lynn comes off the top rope and hits a frog splash to Drakz going for a cover immediately. The crowd is now cheering wildly for the fast and furious action. All four wrestlers are putting on a show and the fans are loving it.
Alecia Matthews: Incredible! Amazing! What a reverse hurricanrana! Great counter to the doomsday device.
Daniel Knight: Not that it mattered because Jette wasn’t the legal man, Lynn was, and he hit Drakz with a spectacular five star frog splash!
Alecia Matthews: Did you just give Frank Lynn a compliment?
Daniel Knight: Oh crap, I did. I guess I’m getting as caught up in this match as the fans. They’re going nuts!
Alecia Matthews: It has been a great match so far, particularly for Thunderbirds fans who want to see the upset. Lynn goes for the pin but it doesn’t look like he is going to get it thanks to Josh.
Joshua Dean comes in for the save but runs right into the ref. The ref can’t make a count because he is tangled up with Josh so Frank gets up from his cover, stomps on Drakz a few times to make sure he stays down, and grabs the ref starting a three way argument. Mike Jette gets to his feet and pulls Frank away from the ref to prevent him getting DQ’d. The ref gets Dean to return to his corner.
Frank turns his attention back to Drakz, who has used the ropes to get to a standing position. Frank grabs Drakz’ arm and whips him into the ropes. He hits a clothesline and immediately follows it up with a standing moonsault. Lynn attempts a cover but Drakz kicks out before the ref can even count to one.
Alecia Matthews: The Thunderbirds are feeling it now. They’re going for pins because they know the titles are within their grasp.
Daniel Knight: But they’re up against two of the best. A clothesline and a standing moonsault may look nice but they are not enough to keep a battle hardened competitor like Drakz down.
Alecia Matthews: Still, its been almost all Thunderbirds so far. The champs need to turn this match around before it is too late.
Drakz hits a standing dropkick that knocks Lynn to the mat. He quickly locks in the CHANNEL 9 submission looking to turn the tables on the challengers and end the match before they get lucky. Frank is in serious trouble as they are in the center of the ring and Drakz is really putting the pressure on trying to put him to sleep. Lynn tries to get to the ropes but can’t. He tries to break the hold but he can’t. After a minute or so in the hold, the hopelessness of his situation shows on his almost purple face and it looks like he is going to tap.
Daniel Knight: That’s the break the champs needed. Nobody gets out of the Channel 9. Lynn is going to tap! Drakz and Dean are going to retain the tag titles!
Alecia Matthews: If Lynn doesn’t tap, it will be because he is asleep. He has to keep fighting…don’t give up! Don’t let your dream die this way!
Mike Jette sees his partner in trouble and scrambles in to hit Drakz with a super kick breaking the hold, pissing off Joshua Dean in the process. Dean charges into the ring and all hell breaks loose. The crowd is going crazy now and the duelling chants of Let’s go Dean! and Thunderbirds! start up again.
All four men are in the ring trading blows while the ref can’t decide whether he should break them apart or hide before he gets hurt in the crossfire. The champions and the challengers exchange punches, chops, and kicks. Drakz and Dean try to whip Jette and Lynn into each other but Jette leaps over Lynn who ducks low and they keep going hitting Drakz and Dean with simultaneous spears. The Thunderbirds then whip Drakz and Dean into each other and their heads collide with a loud crack.
Alecia Matthews: Jette with the huge save and now we have an all out brawl.
Daniel Knight: The ref has officially lost control. Can we get a new ref out here…one who knows how to do his job?
Alecia Matthews: Great teamwork again by the Thunderbirds avoiding the collision and taking out the champs! They are working so well together but they can’t afford to get cocky. They haven’t won anything yet.
Daniel Knight: That may be their Achilles heel. They think they are the best and are celebrating before winning the match. Typical Frank Lynn behaviour. I’m surprised Mike Jette is tolerating it.
The Thunderbirds take a moment to celebrate and pay for it. The champs get up and toss them both out of the ring. Dean gets a running start and goes flying over the top rope hitting both Lynn and Jette with a somersault suicide dive, landing on his feet and celebrating with the front row fans. Drakz makes like he is going to follow Josh’s example but stops when he gets to the ropes. Instead, he leaves the ring under the bottom rope and heads towards the timekeepers area to grab a chair. For once, the fans actually cheer Drakz in anticipation of some chair shot violence.
Lila Sleater appears on the entrance stage and gets everybody's attention. The crowd quiets down hoping she isn’t here to end the match in a double disqualification.
Lila Sleater: *AHEM* I see where this is going and I don’t like it. I’ve waited four months for you two to defend your tag titles and I am not letting you get yourselves disqualified or counted out so you can keep the titles. This match is now a no DQ, no count out match. You can only win by pinfall or submission which means if you want to leave with the belts, you have to win the match!
Lila’s announcement is greeted by a huge cheer from the fans. A really good match just became a really great match. Bring on the ultra-violence!
Alecia Matthews: That’s an interesting twist to this match. The Thunderbirds don’t seem to mind while the champs do but to be honest, the champions are probably the ones who will benefit.
Daniel Knight: The challengers did have a street fight at Black Hole Sun but one match hardly compares to the champs’ years of experience in an extreme match. The rookies just went from the frying pan into the fire.
While Lila made her announcement, the referee worked hard to restore order. The melee stopped and all four wrestlers got back in the ring for a tense face off. The Thunderbirds seem happy that the fight is now no DQ/no count outs. The champions looked a little shocked and unhappy about it. Drakz is visibly upset and yells at his partner What the hell have you gotten me into? This is all your fault! The referee tells all four to get the legal men in the ring so he can restart the match.
Drakz and Dean argue over who should continue in the ring; Drakz is legal but who can remember that after all the chaos? Lynn does remember he is the legal man for the Thunderbirds and he takes advantage of the argument to tag in the fresher Mike Jette.
Jette doesn’t care who is legal, he goes after both of the champs who are still arguing, hitting a double clothesline to the crowds delight. Drakz rolls out of the ring leaving Dean to be the legal man.
Daniel Knight: Are they serious? The champs just cannot get along and it is killing them in this match.
Alecia Matthews: Trust and teamwork. Its what makes the Thunderbirds the better team in that ring right now. Drakz and Dean better get it together or they will lose and it won’t even be an upset.
Daniel Knight: They’re just not wrestling like tag team champions. They’re practically handing the belts to the Thunderbirds.
Jette continues his offense hitting Dean with a german suplex. Jette keep his hold on Dean’s waist and gets up to hit a second german suplex. He keeps holding on tight and gets up again, hitting a third deadlift german suplex releasing this time to send Dean flying high into the air before he comes back down to to the mat with a bone jarring impact to his head and neck.
Jette heads for the top turnbuckle and goes for a senton bomb but Dean gets his knees up. Dean whips Jette into the champs corner where he is greeted by Drakz’ boot. Drakz grabs Jette’s arms so he cannot defend himself as Dean charges into the corner for a superman punch. Jette ducks! Drakz eats the superman punch and falls off the apron to the floor. The crowd cheers!
Daniel Knight: Again the champs get hurt by their lack of teamwork. This is getting embarrassing for them.
Alecia Matthews: The crowd can feel a change coming tonight. They are ready to explode if the Thunderbirds can pull this off.
Jette drops down low and gets under Joshua Dean, lifting him up on his shoudlers. Mike takes a few steps forward before dropping Dean down to the mat in a sit-out power bomb. He holds onto Dean’s legs going for a cover.

Both men get back to their feet, Jette slightly more spry than Dean. Jette whips Dean into the ropes and tries a clothesline but Dean ducks under. Dean rebounds off the ropes and hits a discuss lariat. Jette gets up and Dean hits him with a bridging german suplex for the pin attempt.

Daniel Knight: Unsuccessful pin attempts by both teams. They going all out for the win!
Alecia Matthews: A quick pin could be the best thing for the champs. The longer this match goes on, the more it seems to be favoring the challengers.
Daniel Knight: If the champs could just get their heads out of their asses they could turn this around and win it. Uh oh, did Drakz hear me say that? It wasn’t me, it was one of these Thunderbird fans sitting behind me. Really!
Both men get to their feet and try for a super kick at the same time. Their legs collide tripping both up and they fall to the mat. Jette is closer to his corner and tags in Frank Lynn. Lynn comes over the top rope with a springboard leg drop to Dean, quickly tags Jette back in, then whips Dean into the ropes. Dean bounces off the ropes back into Lynn’s waiting arms. Lynn lifts him high up into the air. As Dean starts to fall back down Mike Jette catches him around the neck. The Thunderbirds drop Dean to the mat with a picture perfect 3D! Lynn scrambles out of the ring as Jette goes for the cover. The crowd lets go with a booming This is awesome! chant.
Alecia Matthews: Awesome 3D! The infamous Dudley Death Drop executed to perfection by Lynn and Jette! That could be the end. The crowd are on the edge of their seats. We could have new tag team champions!
Daniel Knight: With how the champs have wrestled so far, yes we can. But about the 3D, just who is this Dudley guy and why is that move named after him?
Alecia Matthews: Nobody knows. Its a name somebody came up with and it stuck. Pay attention to the match. Jette is going for the pin! Come on Thunderbirds, make yourselves famous!

Drakz circles around the outside of the ring and pulls Jette off Dean and to the floor. They exchange punches and chops until Jette sends Drakz over the security barrier into the crowd. Before Drakz can recover, Lynn comes flying off the top turnbuckle with a shout of Thunderbirds are go! He flies over the security barrier and several rows into into the crowd to hit Drakz with the SPAZ ATTACK. The crowd responds with a Holy Sh*t! chant.
The ref starts a 10 count on Jette apparently having forgotten that the match is now a no count out match. A confused Jette tries to remind the ref that there are no count outs but the ref keeps counting so Mike gets back into the ring before he reaches ten. Joshua Dean is waiting for him in the center of the ring.
Alecia Matthews: And there is the evil Drakz we all know and hate! Jette had Josh pinned! We should be cheering new tag team champs right now!
Daniel Knight: What would tag match be without a few pin attempts broken up that way, particularly in a no DQ match? Whoa! Did you see Frank Lynn fly into the crowd? Does he have wings?
Alecia Matthews: Another compliment for Lynn? I think you’re coming back to the light side. That really was a highlight reel SPAZ Attack.
Daniel Knight: Where are Drakz and Lynn going? The match is in the ring, not in the cheap seats.
Drakz tries to retreat from an angry Frank Lynn, making his way through the crowd as he tries to avoid Frank’s punches. Frank manages to get a hold of Drakz by the hair and is raining blows to his head. The devious Drakz grabs a drink from a fan and throws it in Frank’s face, temporarily blinding him. Drakz repeatedly slams Lynn’s head into a guard rail. The fans shout obscenities at Drakz who simply grins and carries on smashing Lynn's face in. The match has entered his domain and he is enjoying himself.
Drakz drags Lynn toward the stage area as they continue exchanging punches but Drakz is doing more damage and Lynn is just fighting for his survival. Its hard to tell when it happened but Frank Lynn has been cut on his head and is bleeding like a stuck pig.
Drakz picks up a trash can and slams it onto Frank’s bleeding head. While Frank staggers around, Drakz slides the trash can onto him.
Drakz hits a vicious roundhouse-kick to Lynn that thanks to the trash can echoes throughout the arena. Drakz removes the trash can from Frank Lynn and whips him into the stage with another loud crash, he then follows it with another whip sending Lynn into a guard rail. Lynn crumples to the floor.
Alecia Matthews: Son of a bitch!
Daniel Knight: Would you be saying that if he was over here and not all the way over by the stage?
In the ring, Mike Jette and Josh Dean continue the match unaware of what their partners are doing. Jette hits Dean with a rolling savate off the top rope. Then he shoves Dean into his corner and looks for a tag but Lynn isn’t there. Jette slams his shoulder into Dean’s midsection several times, then hits punches and chops to Dean. He whips Dean into the champs corner and follows him in with a big splash. Dean looks to tag Drakz but he is nowhere to be found.
Alecia Matthews: Mike Jette and Joshua Dean have just realized that this match is now a singles match.
Daniel Knight: That definitely swings things into Josh’s favor. He would rather not partner with Drakz anyway so I’m sure he doesn’t mind.
Jette backs up and goes for another splash but Dean gets his feet up and connects hard with Jette’s face. Dean lifts the stunned Jette onto the top turnbuckle and climbs up after him. He hits Jette with punches as the crowd counts along. 1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10! After ten punches, Dean yells to the crowd Let’s get it! and hits a super hurricanrana. He tries to go for a pin, but Jette rolls out of the ring drawing a round of boos from the crowd.
Daniel Knight: Josh has turned this match around with some hard hitting offense. The crowd is solidly behind him now. Mike Jette had to run or this would be over.
Alecia Matthews: The champs are going to another level. Once they realized that this was going to be a real fight and not a cakewalk, they upped their game and it looks bad for the Thunderbirds.
Daniel Knight: Wait, something is happening by the stage. What is Drakz up to?
By the stage Drakz now climbs onto the sound desk, hauling Lynn up with him. Lynn can barely stand on his own accord but Drakz pulls him up and then lifts him with a stalling inverted suplex, turns it into a falcon arrow and instead of driving Lynn down throws him forward, sending Lynn crashing through some electrical equipment causing an explosion of sparks and smoke and another holy sh*t chant from the crowd. Lynn is completely motionless except when his body spasms a couple of times as more sparks emanate from the wreckage.
The noise from the electrical equipment’s destruction gets the attention of the ref in the ring who shouts for some help. Someone needs to check that Lynn is still breathing!
Drakz remains on the mixing desk, looking down at Lynn with a grin plastered on his face.
Daniel Knight: Holy sh*t is right! I think Frank Lynn is dead!
Alecia Matthews: The crowd is eating this up but is it too much? Did Drakz go too far in taking out Frank Lynn?
Daniel Knight: That is the God slayer Drakz! There are no limits for him.
Back at ringside, the fight between Josh and Mike continues on the floor. Dean tries to ram Jette’s head into the ring post but Jette reverses and Dean goes face first into the ring post. They exchange kicks to the legs and body until Dean grabs a monitor off the announcers table and hits Jette over the head with it busting him open, much to the delight of the rabid crowd.
Jette counters with a drop toe hold smashing Dean’s head into the ring steps and busting him open. More blood leads to even more cheers from the crowd. Jette finishes clearing equipment and junk off the announcers table while Alecia and Daniel scramble to get away from the impending destruction. Jette picks up Joshua Dean and hits a running power bomb from the ring apron to the announcers table with a loud crash initiating another Holy sh*t chant. The chant changes to a deafening roar of This is awesome!
Daniel Knight: Damn, this escalated fast! That was a massive power bomb that destroyed our table!
Alecia Matthews: This match has more holy sh*ts than the Pope’s private toilet. Is anybody going to be left standing by the time it is over?
Jette is recovering a bit while keeping an eye on Dean still lying in the wreckage of the announcer’s table. He doesn’t see Drakz making his way back to ringside. Drakz has picked up a chair along the way and uses it to viciously attack Jette’s head and back. Jette falls to the floor beside Josh Dean, both men unable to get up.
Drakz lifts Jette into the ring and rolls him to the center, then lifts Dean into the ring close enough to the champions corner so that he can tag himself in. Drakz works over Jette, putting him in a headlock and punching him in the face repeatedly. Once he is satisfied he has softened up the Fireman, he whips Jette into the ropes and hits a Blue Thunder Bomb.
Alecia Matthews: Drakz is on fire now! The champ is in charge!
Daniel Knight: He took out Frank Lynn. Now he’s taking out Mike Jette. He is showing why he is the two time grand slam champion.
Drakz doesn't even hold for a pin and instead turns to his corner where a recovering Dean is looking on. Drakz taunts Dean, flipping him off while yelling Watch a real champion at work! Dean gets angry and tries to attack his own partner but the ref intercepts him.
Jette uses the distraction to surprise Drakz with a small package. The crowd counts the pin: 1…2…3… a brief pause then they keep going 4…5…6… The damn ref isn’t making a count! He is too busy dealing with an irate Joshua Dean. The ref finally gets Dean out of the ring and turns just in time to see Drakz kick out of the small package. The crowd goes crazy with boos which turn into a Bullsh*t! chant.
Alecia Matthews: Mike Jette had Drakz pinned! The Thunderbirds should be our new tag champs! And it was Joshua Dean distracting the referee that stopped it!
Daniel Knight: Well, it didn’t look like that was his intention. He wasn’t thinking about the match at all. He wanted to get his hands on Drakz.
Alecia Matthews: So you’re saying that it was the champs’ dysfunctionality that saved them from losing the titles?
Daniel Knight: Welcome to the WFWF where anything can and will happen.
Frank Lynn has somehow made his way to his feet and stumbled back to the ring against the advice of the paramedic, leaving a trail of blood on the ramp. Instead of going to his corner to try for a tag, he goes under the ring and pulls out a pair of hand cuffs.
Alecia Matthews: Frank Lynn is back! How is he even moving? He has some hand cuffs that I’m betting the Thunderbirds put under the ring earlier today just in case Drakz pulled some dirty tricks.
Daniel Knight: Drakz did and now Lynn is stooping to his level. Can he beat Drakz at his own game?
Inside the ring, Drakz hits the NEEDLE DAMAGE on Jette and goes for the pin. The ref doesn’t get to start a count because Frank Lynn breaks it up with punches using the handcuffs like brass knuckles and busting Drakz open in the process. Dean gets angry and leaps into the ring. Dean confronts the ref yelling about handcuffs while the ref shrugs his shoulders and says No DQ, what can I do? Josh replies You can get the hell out of my way so I can kick that son of a bitch’s head off!
Alecia Matthews: It is getting totally out of control now. Frank Lynn and Drakz are going postal on each other and Joshua Dean wants to go postal on Frank Lynn.
Daniel Knight: Mike Jette is the only one not going postal on anybody. Right now I think he just wants to go home. He looks like he is hurt bad from that Needle Damage.
Lynn roll out of the ring to the floor and Drakz tags Dean before following Lynn to continue their fight over the hand cuffs. Drakz slams Lynn’s head into the ring post and gets the hands cuffs. He uses them to lock Lynn’s arms around the ring post. Drakz seizes the opportunity to get a chair and beat the hell out of Lynn much to the crowds displeasure. They boo Drakz loudly but he just keeps on hitting Frank Lynn with the chair until he is hanging from the ring post on his knees unconscious.
Alecia Matthews: Somebody needs to stop Drakz. He already tried to kill Lynn once and now he is trying again. This is too brutal, too vicious. Somebody get out here and stop it.
Daniel Knight: I don’t even like Frank Lynn and I agree. Drakz is going too far.
The ref has let Dean enter the ring now as the legal man but Dean's attention is on Drakz, not liking the lengths his partner is going to. Dean rolls out of the ring and grabs Drakz by the shoulder spinning him around. The two are face to face but Drakz still has the steel chair in his hand. The crowd goes wild as these two stare each other down, bad mouthing the whole time. While Drakz's attention is turned from Lynn ringside medics have swarmed him and are making sure Lynn is still breathing. Drakz points into the ring and Josh decides the steel chair in Drakz's hand isn;t worth the gamble. Having stopped the brutality he scowls at Drakz and slides back under the bottom ropes. He eyes up Mike Jette, still suffering from Drakz’ Needle Damage finisher.
Alecia Matthews: Joshua Dean saves the day. He stops that savage attack and now he can end this match before it gets even uglier.
Daniel Knight: The fans are loving Josh right now and you can see the medics pleading with Drakz for the keys to the handcuffs.
Drakz shrusg as though to say 'I don't know where they are' whilst in the ring Dean goes after Jette with punches and kicks. Mike tries to fight back but he has nothing left. Dean picks him up and hits a brain buster. He covers Mike for the pin.

Jette kicks out!
Alecia Matthews: What? Jette kicked out? That had to be pure instinct.
Daniel Knight: He avoided the pin for now but Dean is setting up for another move.
Joshua Dean lets out a primal scream as he waits for Mike Jette to get up. Once Jette does, Dean makes a throat cutting gesture and then picks up Jette. Dean hits his BANKRUPT (Last Rites) finisher. The crowd roars once more for the Franchise. Dean covers Jette for the pin.

Joshua Dean pins Mike Jette! The champions win and retain their tag titles! The crowd goes crazy cheering for Joshua Dean, the last man standing in the match.
Christa Adina: Ladies and Gentlemen, your winners of the match and STILL WFWF Tag Team Champions…the Franchise Joshua Dean and Drakz!
Alecia Matthews: After a fight that was probably much harder than the champs expected, the Franchise Joshua Dean gets the win to retain the tag titles.
Daniel Knight: Well Drakz said last week he'd start and end this match and yet he did neither. Was this the way he planned it?
Alecia Matthews: I don't think any of that went to plan for either team but it's safe to say The Thunderbirds worked far better together than the champs. Drakz and Dean pulled out some devastating individual moves though and their experience trumped the Thunderbirds teamwork to get the win.
Daniel Knight: Mike Jette and Frank Lynn gave it their best shot. If they can learn from this loss and not lose their confidence, then all other tag teams better watch out.
The badly beaten Mike Jette crawls over to his tag team partner, the even more badly beaten and unconscious Frank Lynn. He pulls the key to the hand cuffs out of his tights and frees Lynn. He uses all his remaining strength to lift Frank into a fireman’s carry and slowly carries him backstage. As he makes his way up the ramp, a quiet chant of Thunderbirds! starts amidst all the cheers for Joshua Dean. With each step up the ramp, more people join in and the chant gets louder. By the time Mike Jette gets to the entrance stage, the entire audience is chanting Thunderbirds! Thunderbirds! Thunderbirds!
Mike Jette and Frank Lynn didn’t win but they put on a hell of a show and the crowd is showing their appreciation. Perhaps Joshua Dean even gives a nod of respect to the Thunderbirds…or maybe some sweat or blood dripped into his eye and he was trying to shake it off.
The ref raises the champ's hands and Drakz looks to pull away and leave the ring immediately. He gets to the ropes, but Josh has a mic. He drapes his Tag Title over his shoulder as the music fades out.
Josh Dean: Whoa! Hold on just a sec there, Isaac.
And just like Drakz stops dead in his tracks before turning around. Josh smiles and beckons him back to the center of the ring.
Josh Dean: Relax buddy. Let that adrenaline rush wear off a bit and let's have a little chat.
Drakz places both belts in one hand as he crosses his arm.
Josh Dean: Now before you talk, just listen because I have a solution to your problem. You know, not having an opponent for SuperBrawl and all. I know Cam has some sort of deal with Trace, but we all know that could be subject to change at a moment's notice with a change in the wind. But wouldn't you like something...concrete? Instead of having to worry about who your challenger could be for weeks on end, wouldn't you prefer to know and be able to fully prepare?
Drakz stands stoic, staring Josh down without an inkling of emotion either way.
Josh Dean: And let's not forget Isaac, I've never received my rematch from Show Time. You know, the one I'm rightfully entitled to after I beat you for the World Heavyweight Title.
The crowd cheers at the proposal. Josh takes a step forward.
Josh Dean: We're tied one apiece, and we're the two best wrestlers on the planet. We deserve this stage to find out who is the absolute best with no bullsh*t. So how about it? Drakz versus Josh Dean, Round 3. World Heavyweight Championship...
The crowd is coming unglued as Josh points at the SuperBrawl sign hanging from the rafters.
Josh Dean: At SuperBrawl. So whatcha say?
Drakz mulls over the prospect.
Daniel Knight: If Drakz accepts, this would be a monumental main event for SuperBrawl!
He smiles as he unstraps the World Title and drapes it over his shoulder. Josh has his hand extended with the mic in it. Suddenly Drakz's smile turns to a frowning sneer as he snatches the mic from Josh's hand.
Drakz: No.
He drops the mic and holds up the World Title over his head in front of Josh's face. He points at the title as he backs up to the ropes, screaming.
Drakz: You'll never touch this again!
Alecia Matthews: And it looks like we're not going to get that match after all. We're out of time! Look at Josh Dean, he's incensed!
Drakz backs up the ramp, but not before holding both belts up as Josh stares him down with fire from a distance.
Fade out b*tches.

Well I was still waiting on a seg from Mike/Penny but I simply couldn't delay these results any longer. I'll replace that opening line with the seg if Mike gets it over to me still.
Many thanks to everyone who wrote matches and segs. It's been so convoluted and drawn out that I can't even remember who wrote what, plus I have to go to work now so I don't have time to double check.
Next show card will be up shortly and I can promise you the results turn around will be a damn sight faster than these. From now on if we don't get matches in a timely fashion they're just getting the summary treatment. We need to keep things a moving.

Good show. Guess Rated R didn't have the time to spin what I sent him into a pre match seg. Shame, would have added a lot imo. But I couldn't really write his character for him, could only write my bit and hope he shaped the rest

The last month has been one of the busiest of my life prepping for the short film we're about to make as well as some stuff at the BBC and the film festival it went in one side and out the other. As Shawn will tell you from experience when I'm in these busy spells you've got to hound the crap out of me because I'll read something and forget about it within hours, especially right now when I can't go an hour without a phone call from someone about work. Long story short, being an adult is busy ass work.

Maxwell Dachs is the character that every wrestling show needs to have, and for some reason it seems to have been quite some time since we had the eccentric weasel-esque character. I'm interested to see where the character will go. You know what they say about big hands..
Bishop and Alexander had big, momentum shifting wins here. The tragedy of Wolf getting the three count without the ref lol. The main event was solid, and I really liked the segment of the end. Drakz v. Dean III is seeming inevitable. And it really leaves great doubt over the tag division.
Solid show, with the opening segment plugged in.

Nitta and Tyme/Crowe have been on some solid runs recently and with both Bish and Alexander bringing great efforts, they both are in line for some high profile bouts. The show was a little match heavy, but still a sexuh set of results nonetheless. SuperBrawl, here we come.
