For my case, I have built no less than 40 customs (both major & minor fixup put together). Among them, Sid was the first one that received the "replacement" treatment. The next one in the pipeline awaiting the same fate will likely be the following two: Shane McMahon Warlord But then again ... I have no complaints. Mattel's official figures will still be my top wants over customised version which largely serves as temporary stand-in roles to fill the void. That being said, I try to only build low-profile and obscure wrestlers custom figures now to avoid wasting the time and resources.

I will never understand why people rip apart their figures when the star they are making is bound to come out... We only get to know who's going to come out a certain time in advance. In the mean time my wrestlers needs their rivals or partners to have a match. I'm not paying to have them just standing on the shelves doing nothing or fight with random guys.

I will never understand why people rip apart their figures when the star they are making is bound to come out... I can understand someone buying a custom of, say, Owen Hart- who Mattel will likely never make. But when you have AJ Styles on the WWE roster for a few months and people are paying over a hundred dollars for a custom of him on eBay it is rather strange to me, like, wait a few months and buy the Mattel one for less money.
