Ok random question here.
In terms of Proto images we get. How do sites get access to this (assume via Mattel PR?) and also are these free to use?
Reason I ask is in looking to start up a blog and wanted to use Proto images to write reviews and publish as news on. It's not going to be just wrestling figures nor will I be selling them so not trying to take away Wfigs custom here!
Any advice appreciated and apologies if this is not the right board for the question.

I think you just have to call Mattel but probably have to be a customer already. You ask for proto images and if they have any to release then you get them and they are free to use. I think

Since RSC puts their watermark logo on the prototype images, if I was you I would start your blog by just linking to the wrestlingfigs.com link for right now. If you don't have a blog and are just starting a blog, I'm not sure how likely Mattel will be to send you prototype images for yourself/reply to your email, so for at least the beginning, I'd recommend just linking to RSC/WrestlingFigs. I mean, I've been writing online since 1999 and I still link to the WrestlingFigs links for prototypes because it's just easier.

Thanks for the info. I might do that provided RSC are ok with me using their watermarked images with a link? Jack Specific? I have emailed Mattel press too so will see what they say.
