The scan is meh enough but I took off the shades and she is all messed up. IDK what happened but anyone have this happen to them? I know its not ringside's fault, but who do I contact?  |

That's a easy fix with some goof off and a q-tip
Luckily it's not closer to the eye

Nail polish remover will get rid of it, but becareful that you don't remove the eye

Well RSC might buy that but their return policy says no opened figures. Kinda now a Mattel thing if you want to delve into that.

Was her face even changed from the original proto we saw?  Anyway, maybe just keep the glasses on and try to forget it's there.. That's what I'm gonna do for the figure's face otherwise |

I for one, just take it as a loss and display it anyway. My Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens had awful paint jobs on the trunks, but honestly, for some reason, doesn't bother me that much. Well, at least to the point where I call some customer service line or spending the money to send it back. But hey, that's me.
