Since this is my 5150 post, I thought what better way to enjoy that by having a topic of discussion on LAX!
What did everyone think of this group?? I know at first it didn't seem that great. I remember a lot of wrestlers coming in and out of LAX at first, but then it was finally Konnan, Homicide and Hernandez and that's when it gelled nicely.
I remember they had some good matches with AJ Styles and Daniels, Beer Money, and Team 3D.

I liked their private entrance. I really miss those days of TNA, back when they were on fire.

I actually always LOVED LAX. Not just because of Salinas either. They really entertained me and I always enjoyed their matches. I used to enjoy TNA back then too lol.

Once Hernandez came in, I freaking loved LAX. IMO, Konnan and his promos made LAX a lot better. LAX was usually the highlight of Impact. Once Konnan left because of his kidney problems and because of his issues with TNA afterward, LAX lost its luster. When Shelly Martinez became their valet, I honestly didn't care, even though HOLY S*** was Shelly smokin' hot. Bringing Hector Guerrero to manage them didn't really help them much and then you saw Hernandez getting pushed while Homicide went to the X-Division and there you have LAX. 2006-2007 were their best period as a team IMO. I wish Konnan was still healthy at that time, they could have done so much more them three.

Homicide was awesome. They were a great team and I really enjoyed them through most of their run and transition. The 06-07 was their peak but I still think they got lots of mileage out of the Salinas. I thought the way they brought her in was great and she fit with them well. Never as good as it was with K-Dog, but all 4 together would have really worked imo. Shame that never happened.
Hernandez getting pushed as a single afterwards was one of the bigger mistakes TNA made though. That guy sucked on his own.

Reminds me of a time in history (a decade ago LOL) where TNA had promise, instead of being the failed walking corpse it is today.

In 2006, these guys were a great stable. Lot of good heat for them, and they worked well against the likes of Styles/Daniels. Not sure why it fizzled out as it did as I wasn't watching as much TNA as I was in 2005.

I really enjoyed the tag team Ultimate X match they had with Styles/Daniels.

The weird thing is that Hernandez was GREAT on the indies in companies like IWA-MS. He had a match against Drake Younger that I saw live and it was AWESOME.

I love Homicide and have seen him teaming with Eddie Kingston recently. Why TNA has not brought them in together is beyond me.
