Does WWE still give out PPV chairs anymore? If so how do you take it home with you if you flew there? You could always mail it to yourself. Same thing a lot of people do when they buy a ton of stuff at SDCC.

Nah. Places buy up blocks of rooms at a bulk rate and then sell them at cheaper rates than the hotels. If they dont sell it, the hotel still is getting paid for the room. Discovered that today lol I'm so happy a found what seems to be a great hotel in a great location. I legit have a one mile walk to the arena each night and that's it. Sounds great compared to staying at a comfort inn that was in Redhook last year lol REDHOOK!?>!!? Dear Lord. Its a wonder you are still alive. Does WWE still give out PPV chairs anymore? When you get to the airport, they have some free supplies so you can plastic wrap the chair. Then you will just have to pay the check bag fee for it. You could always mail it to yourself. Same thing a lot of people do when they buy a ton of stuff at SDCC. Sounds expensive. Most people it will probably cost about $35 to $40. Finding a box is the most difficult thing. If you are from another country....DEAR LORD! I sold one chair to someone in England and it cost over $100 to ship it.

Me and my father even walked from our Hotel to a few stores multiple times and I had to go out for a smoke a few times as late as 2AM and had not one issue. Surprisingly enough the only issue I had the entire stay was in one of the more crowded shopping areas in the heart of the city when I went to House of Hoops. I was wearing Jordan Sandals and some 40-50 year old rough looking bunghole walked past me and said "Shouldn't be wearing slippers, what happens when you get in a fight" in what seemed to be a threat of sorts lol. Being from Philly and having to handle myself quite a bit I stopped in place and turned around and stared at the man as he walked away. Sometimes I hate the shreds of a "Philly" mentality that I have left lol. That old guy could have stabbed me or worse in a heartbeat for all I knew.

I live on Long Island now but lived in the city for about 6 years. There are some crazy unstable mother ers out there lmao. But about 99% are pussies and try to act tough.

About 30 minutes later I saw a homeless man going APEcrap outside of a McDonalds because he was asked to move. It pretty much brought me back to earth and I quickly realized that I saw a lot of unstable looking people throughout the city lol. Definitely won't be making that mistake this year. Me and my buddy will be on guard all trip lol. The only thing I need to worry about now is getting from my hotel to Barclays which is legit a straight run down Flatbush for a mile, I just don't know how that area of the city is.

Well if you live in Philly....this will feel like home. I'll take the bad parts of NY over the bad parts of Philly. In NY they just want your money. In Philly, they gonna take your money and call you a **** while screaming how the Eagles are gonna win the SB.

Travelling from The UK and spending the week in NY (Wednesday-Wednesday). Never been up to the states before so looking forward to it. Got tickets for Summerslam and Raw and also bought one of the City passes to see the other tourist attractions. Looking forward to it.

If you are referring to the (2)(3) [aka the Red Line to some] lines, it isn't going to Brooklyn that weekend. The most direct way from Penn Station would be to walk and catch the (N)(Q)(R) [aka the Yellow line} at 34th Street-Herald Square to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. Good looking out man. I am anything but a pro when it comes to the subway. It pays off knowing the system very well. Is it east Flatbush? that's a pretty dangerous place. I honestly do not know lol. I just know it's one mile up Flatbush from the Barclays. It's 3-4 blocks from the base of the Manhattan Bridge. Given the hotel where you are at is at/near Downtown Brooklyn, you have nothing to worry about. That area is rather quiet most times. You are near the (4), (5), & (R) lines. I prefer taking the (4) & (5) at Borough Hall. Make sure you are at the south end and board the first car. Travelling from The UK and spending the week in NY (Wednesday-Wednesday). Depends on what you are into. I highly suggest purchasing a Weekly Unlimited Ride Metrocard. It is worth the 31 bucks plus a dollar surcharge on a new card.

Since I'm only a mile away from the arena I'll mostly likely just walk to and from the shows. It should only take 15 to minutes back and forth. As long as the area isn't bad I shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Jonathan Karate, I can assure you the area isn't too bad. To those who are attending NXT,SummerSlam/RAW, there is a small chance you'll bump into me on the subway.

I'll be at all three shows man, where ya sitting? Also, so walking back and forth doesn't sound like a bad idea to you? I don't feel like having to spend money when I can simply take the one mile walk to and from the shows.

The walk isn't too bad from Downtown Brooklyn to the Barclays Center. I have done if a few times. Wasn't so bad. What I meant was, I plan on riding the subway for part of that weekend getting material for YouTube.

You could always mail it to yourself. Same thing a lot of people do when they buy a ton of stuff at SDCC. Sounds expensive. Depending on who you flew with, you could just check it as a bag. Wrap the chair in a sheet and then bubble wrap. Tape that together and check it as a bag. That's how it's done Mania weekend.
