I hated Kofi Kingston with a fiery passion prior to his New Day run. However, I cannot just ignore the titles he won during that time. As of right now, is he in the talk for future HOFer (as far as current WWE superstars go?)
In 10-15 years he can be viewed as both the steady midcarder that worked up quite the career as well as the memorable comic relief guy as part of the New Day. I mean, guys like the Godfather are getting into the HOF now. He has got quite the collection of gold and career accomplishments that give his career some respectable longevity. Plus he has a highlight reel of Royal Rumble near elimination moments.
Career Highlights:
- Longest Reigning WWE Tag Team Champions (part of the New Day) - World Tag Team Champion (with CM Punk - 4 Time World Tag Team Champion (Also held with 4 different superstars: Big E, Xavier Woods, R-Truth and Evan Bourne) - 3 Time US Champion - 4 Time Intercontinental Champion

I'd say he'd go in for his Rumble appearances alone.

If the Bushwackers could make it in then I'm sure Kofi could too with his credentials/Rumble moments.

Absolutely. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go in both by himself and with Big E and Xavier.

He does not have a Hall of Fame career at all, but he should get in if he is on good terms with the company after he retires

Don't forget he was also Real Mega Dad of the Year. So... Yep!

Absolutely. From memory, he was never suspended, always was on good terms, his recent run is gold, and he has numerous different belts.
He is definitely (in my mind) HOF worthy.

Is Kofi Kingston a WWE superstar?? Yes.
Has Kofi Kingston never killed anyone, or burned any bridges with the WWE?? No.
So will Kofi Kingston go into the WWE HOF eventually one day?? Yes.
The WWE HOF is a joke. I have said this before and I will said it once more, EVERY ONE that hasn't burned a bridge with Vince McMahon, and who has a career in sports entertainment - even if they never wrestled for the WWE, but wrestled for the AWA, WCW, NWA, or any other organization that Vince owns the rights too now and has all the old TV shows of - will go into the WWE Hall of Fame one day.

Not just Kofi the New Day stable itself is HOF worthy.

It's possible, but it'll be many many moons from now because his peers will certainly be inducted before him, Big E, and Xavier(for an obvious reason and I won't go there). In other words, guys like New Day will have to wait last in line after their co-workers get inducted first, I'm trying to be subtle and not offend anyone.

Well deserved to be honest. When you look at some of the people in it then it's a no brainer.

I always say that if Koko B. Ware is in the HOF, pretty much anyone is fair game, & that definitely includes Kofi.

I'd think so. He won't be the headliner but he'll get in.

He has a guaranteed spot so long as he doesn't do anything bad or burn bridges with WWE. BTW, I wonder if CM Punk would ever consider being in the Hall of Fame if he was asked.

I feel like almost anyone who stays around for more than a few years will make it in eventually. I mean godfather is in the hall of fame. What makes him better than Curtis axel. Obviously his gimmick. But title wins???

I think he kinda falls into that Koko B Ware/Bushwhackers category. Like if they needed some lesser names then sure. But while he's had a good career he hasn't made a huge impact on the business.

Yes. I think when his career is done he will be a steady mid carder similar to mark Henry. Also even with a world title, his resume is more impressive than most.
