I've seen just 17 of the films on that list, the highest being No Country For Old Men. It's going to be hard to please everyone but some of the "greatest" films of all time are very unwatchable whereas something like Stepbrothers or 2012 I could watch over and over again.

I always love top 100 lists by critics because every thread has the inevitable "terrible list!" and "pretentious snobs" posts, as if you're going to find a consensus 100 best films since 2000.

Who gives a what the BBC think? ? they are one of the most vile and evil companies in the world, but because they make nature programs and period pieces the rest of the world thinks they are all dignified and fantastic. I would be a very, very happy man if the BBC went completely under. But that will never happen as we all have to pay a TV tax to fund them, no matter if we watch them or not. It is insane that in 2016 the TV Tax is still a thing. Let those who want BBC pay for it or let them use advertising. F**k the BBC!

Mainly anything involving Brian Cox and Hannah Fry. But I hate that people are forced to pay the licence fee. The BBC still advertise their own stuff during shows so why not just go commercial and have real adverts replace the fee.

Da fuq is this pretentious sh*t. Seems more along the lines of a list of 100 Oscar nominated movies of the last 16 years, most of which were art house drivel. I'm a huge David Lynch fan, Twin Peaks is easily one of my favorite shows of all time, Season 1 anyway, and I love Mulholland Drive, but even I'm not buying this nonesense. There are some great movies on here but that's largely over shadowed by sh*t. Where is Casino Royale? Kill Bill vol 1? How about Limitless, Old School or Wedding Crashers, Fast Five, X2, Pirates of the Caribbean CotBP, the Adjustment Bureau, V for Vendetta, Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol, Deadpool, The Avengers, Bourne Ultimatium, Primer, I mean do these people even ing like movies... was Donnie Darko on the list? How about Minority Report? Yeah, this list.

I actually think this list was pretty solid. Not too many blockbusters or anything, but of what I've seen, the films are top-notch.
I'd add the following:
The Aviator Spielberg's Lincoln Eastwood's Gran Torino Django Unchained Selma

Seems there's no criteria for what's 'great' either - I doubt anyone watched Mulholland Drive the first time and sang its praises to anyone who would listen...
