My wife's father was as healthy as could seemingly be and led a very active lifestyle. Then one day he just dropped over. Internal stuff can be so tricky. There was probably no clear indicators to make him think anything was wrong at all. I had heard the name but never seen his videos. Still, these videos, when done right, can be a blessing for many. A guide to helping save or spend money and facilitate this hobby for people on budgets. It was a good thing to take the time to do and share in a passionate community. RIP. If I weren't for Glenn, I never would've done arms swaps or head swaps on any custom or fix up. That enforces it even harder. I was a lone wolf collector until I started collecting Mattel. I have met people from here in person, helped people out and been helped in turn. I've seen pics that sold me on figures I wouldn't have normally bought, and I've generally had a good time talking about the toys here since no one in my immediate day to day life gives a crap about wrestling or action figures. Though many of us don't know each other personally, we know each other's personalities to a degree. I enjoy my time on here more than I don't (although the bickering and fighting over differing opinions is getting old).

I used to struggle a lot swapping arm and legs joints over and trying to get the pins back in. Glenn's video showed me how and its second nature to me now. Will always be grateful to him for that. There's a lot of tribute videos up on YouTube now for him. Amazing to see the outpouring of love for him.

Heartbreaking. I was a huge fan even my 64 year old Dad loved his videos. He was a legend in the community. Well be missed very much.

RIP Glenn. Your wit and sense of humour always shined through. Your videos exemplified how a figure review should be done and how fun it can be to be an adult collector. Your familiar dulcet tone was always a pleasure to my ears. I considered you a friend from afar despite never knowing you personally. We have lost a giant of the collector community and an all round good guy. You will be sadly missed and fondly remembered.

A new video was just published to his channel. I hope there's a few more to come - I'm not ready to say goodbye just yet.

I actually watched his last video the day it was uploaded. I had a smile on my face because of how cheery he is in the video. Just having a blast cracking jokes and being a dork and making his pick ups a lot of fun. I was definitely speechless when I found out, but Glad he's getting a lot of support. Goes to show his impact and influence in the figure community. Once again R.I.P Glenn Web

I got excited for a moment but then regales it was just pre-taped. I've had a hard time dealing with Glenn's death. He was my favourite youtuber of all time, I loved his videos and he was an inspiration to me. I watched him since 2012. I even had a hard time sleeping last night because I couldn't think of anything but Glenn's death.

He was my favourite youtuber of all time, I loved his videos and he was an inspiration to me. I watched him since 2012. I even had a hard time sleeping last night because I couldn't think of anything but Glenn's death. I'm having a weird time processing it, myself. I keep coming back to it. He was probably my favorite all around toy-tuber, and his joyful spirit while mixing the technical skill of the craft is something most guys have a hard time achieving. I posted this on my facebook cause I felt the need to share, even though most of the people who'd end up seeing it have no interest in toy collecting.. "One of my favorite YouTubers just died. He pretty much just made toy related videos, but he was a big personality and he basically did daily uploads... so it's this weird loss for me. He was a little part of my daily routine, and now he wont be there. It's not like losing a family member, friend or even a major celebrity that helped sculpt your life; the closest thing I can liken it to is losing a favorite sports writer. It's losing this weird daily reminder of a hobby you share with a complete stranger. You'd be friends if circumstances permitted it. It's a weird variant on an emotion in a way I've never experienced. RIP Glenn Webb."

R.I.P Hell of a guy. Any time I messaged him and asked him something he would always give me loads of help with a detailed response which is something you don't get from most customisers.

I don't even collect anymore but I always watched Glenn's videos and still do. I'd always get happy to see them, he was always a happy guy. Absolutely gutted and I teared up when I saw this yesterday. Cannot believe he's gone.
