Good. I don't want either one back.

I couldn't possibly care less about those two at this stage in their careers.
MVP was valuable a few years back, not so much now.
Dreamer is way past his "Best By" date. And his best work is by far behind him.
Guys like Hawkins and Shelton are still useful and a guy like Shelton could potentially be a good upper-Midcard/Part-Time Main Event guy.
These two though? Ehh I wouldn't want to see them do anything other than put guys over.

Dreamer's on good terms with WWE, he just doesn't want a full time performers deal. House of Hardcore makes decent money for him. MVP should have went back has still has something to offer. He left TNA on bad terms and got fired from Lucha Underground.

Sorry mate - I'm confused; I thought he turned them down?

Tommy Dreamer is awesome. I'd love to see him in a WWE ring, but I want him on Smackdown where he'll most likely be used correctly.

They really don't need to keep bringing back former stars. They have enough talent already.
Unless it's someone big like Kurt Angle, I don't see the appeal in seeing mediocre stars return.

Kinda surprised they would even consider bringing Dreamer back at this point in his career. I don't think he brings anything to the table anymore. Maybe as a guest coach in NXT, but in ring, no thank you.

I wouldn't mind seeing what MVP looks like in 2016 with WWE.. But I don't have desire to see Tommy Dreamer again..

Dreamer needs to stay the hell away from WWE, he was never truly known to be a great wrestler.

It's interesting. The WWE wants to hire these guys for cheap, they don't want to work for peanuts, and so the folks on here start bashing them!
How about the WWE not being such tightwads? Why are you guys being WWE lemmings?
I guess you just want them to sign a ton of cruiserweights.

Thank God, Tommy Dreamer doesn't need to be on WWE TV.

Exactly this. What does bringing guys like Dreamer do for anyone in todays product? What does anyone have to gain by defeating a guy that was constantly getting defeated in his prime anyways? Unless they can pull an Angle or a Hardy, or someone of that caliber, there no need for calling back old stars. Example — See Jinder Mahal.

Unless they can pull an Angle or a Hardy, or someone of that caliber, there no need for calling back old stars. Example — See Jinder Mahal. Lol. Jinder Mahal isn't paid what an Angle or a Hardy are paid. The reason for bringing in these guys is simple -- enhancement talent. That's why the money is so low. It's someone for a Swagger, Cesaro, Kalisto etc to beat to at least keep some TV time away from the same old rematches and 50/50 booking. If NXT Darling #72 (let's say Itami or Aries) was brought up in the jobber role that Jinder plays, people would be crying and raging. Jinder's spot would be an awful spot for an up and comer to have. That role is not there to make a future star or to draw money. It's to put the existing talent over and avoid viewer burnout on the same matches all the time.

Why do some of these posts about Tommy Dreamer read as if he wasn't in the WWE for a short run with the Dudleys about 10 months ago? You guys do remember that, right?
