Has cody's ringname been announced yet? I know he cant use cody rhodes but his wife can use brandi rhodes. She didn't use that name in the WWE, wasn't she Eden Something? That's the name they have a copy write on. So since they never used that name for her she can use it and copy write it on her own or TNA will. They just referred to him as "Cody" last night. So it looks like he can't use the last name. So silly. He's a "Rhodes" and will always be. Eden Stiles.

The majority of casual fans don't even know TNA exists. Several years back Kevin Nash told a story of meeting some fans in an airport. They were asking him when they would see him back on TV and when he told them he had been on TV for the past five years inn a little company called TNA, they thought he was joking. The was during TNA's hot period. They are nowhere near the #2 company in the world. I think it's safe to say that the hardcore wrestling fans are pretty much the only ones watching anything outside of WWE. Didnt say the casual fan. The casual fan is not the same as the sheep. The casual fan is one that knows of WWE and pretty much not a whole lot of other stuff. They probably watched during the attitude era and casually watch at home from time to time. They cant give you details on plot lines or character development...hell, they probably arent even sure who some of the guys are. The sheep is "WWE RULES...TNA sucks"..."I want a joint WWE/TNA PPV"...stuff like that. They follow the opinion of what is trendy at that moment. My mistake. I was using casual fans and sheep interchangeably.

Not your mistake. He clearly said that the "average fan doesn't see it that way" when mentioning that the TNA World Championship doesn't mean anything anymore.
... because most average/casual fans don't even know that TNA exists.

Not your mistake. He clearly said that the "average fan doesn't see it that way" when mentioning that the TNA World Championship doesn't mean anything anymore. ... because most average/casual fans don't even know that TNA exists. Take a re-read. My first sentence clearly uses the word sheep. In paragraph 2, when discussing the TNA Title, I mention a casual fan's opinion. Casual was not to be used as the group, but as an adjective for the sheep. I can understand the minor confusion though.

TNA is crap. They do it to themselves. Good wrestling with abysmal feuds. Instead of getting new writers though, they continue to allow sh*t storylines.
I remember when TNA was actual competition for WWE and when mentioning it to another WWE fan, they knew what it was. Now when you bring up TNA, nobody knows what the hell you're talking about. I could careless where Cody goes, he has enough money where he could retire today. He wants to wrestle though and doesn't care where it is. Just like Matt, I see Cody getting full creative control of who he is on screen and what he says.

By competition I just meant another option to watch instead that was decently known
