I know I'm not the only death match wrestling fan here. Feel free to post about and discuss death match wrestlers, upcoming or past events, and tournaments. Also, if you don't like death match wrestling, that's fine. But please refrain from tearing it down in this thread. I'll start. $10 Rasslin is having a death match tournament in October. Looks pretty good. A bunch of former IWA Deep South guys are wrestling. There are some names I don't recognize, but I like Spidar, Lane, Tank and Colt a lot.

I watched the last CZW Show. With Tim Donst in a tag team main event. I think it was called 'The Boss Is Back' and boy the spot that ended that match was absolutely ridiculous. Just plain stupid.

Is there any way to watch these live or at least up-to-date?

Is there any way to watch these live or at least up-to-date? I believe CZW has a streaming service. But many death match tournaments use Smart Mark Video to record their shows. They're then available on dvd or download at smartmarkvideo.com.

best bet is to find when the next show near your area is and make the trip out, support deathmatch wrestling

CZW Down with the Sickness was a damn good show last night.
Jon Gresham did a Deathmatch and actually took a bump through glass.

Yeah I'm curious as well. They threw a guy off a ladder through a table with thumb tacks, then climbed the ladder and jumped off onto the crushed up table on top of the guy. Super nonsensical.

I won't post it here because it's pretty crazy, but a wrestling promotion in Japan called FREEDOMS had a scissors death match back in July between Masashi Takeda and Kenji Fukimoto. It's worth looking up on youtube. It's definitely one of the craziest things I've seen. Just search "scissors death match." Side note: Masashi Takeda is my favorite deathmatch wrestler at the moment. The dude is simply amazing.

Looks like Prophet "The Scarred Freak" will be retiring at the upcoming Death Match Mafia tournament. As a fan of his, this is sad news. He was never a great wrestler, but he loved death match wrestling, and he has been in many notable tournaments. He just announced it on his facebook fan page.

I didn't know New Jack came outta retirement
I consider myself a big fan of CZW but only watch the stuff I find on YouTube and of course Jon Moxley matches (Dean Ambrose)

I was watching the FREEDOMS Pain Limits match between MASADA and Jun Kasai, and damn what a deathmatch that was. I loved it.
But there was this one thing that had me writhing the whole time, and that was Jun Kasai's hanging chest skin. It looked hella gross seeing a flap of his skin hang off.

Deathmatch wrestling is and probably always will be my favourite genre.
I fell in love with CZW through YouTube clips & pic feds in 2006.
10 years later I'm still ordering DVD's & constantly read results where possible.
Spent hundreds of dollars on getting the perfect set of deathmatch wrestling figures (www.tod2010.proboards.com) for anyone that cares!
Thank GOD that CZW are coming to the UK in November for a mini tour!
