Every African American I talk to loves the Hulkster, and they understand he's an old drunk. Unfortunately, the WWE who is totally not racist and an equal opportunity employer, has a tidy image to keep.

I've said this before, but very few people outside of the wrestling bubble are concerned with Hogan at all, scandals like that have a short shelf life. His figures have been on shelves long after the incident was reported and there were never any boycotts of stores or riots in the street(just like with the Scott Hall figures we were never going to get). WWE, and wrestling fans in general tend to greatly overestimate our relevance to the outside world.

I hope he comes back soon, though he really doesn't need to, now that he has $100 million bucks he doesn't have to share with his ex-wife.

That's if he wins his appeals and even if he does, he probably won't see all of the money since Gawker filed for bankruptcy. To your point though, if he does receive millions from the lawsuit, he could very well tell Vince to fly a kite. I think a lot of people overlook the fact that they both have had a love/hate relationship for years. If Vince fired me and I made 100M+ after, I wouldn't come back for a rumored 10K a month Legends deal that involves hawking out the WWE network.

People here look for any sign for Hogan's return to WWE more than Christians look for the Rapture.
WWE did a promotional campaign with Marvel for Captain America: Civil War. The Hulk is a member of the Avengers with Captain America. Hulk Hogan once sued by Marvel for usage of "Hulk" which was settled out of court. So obviously Hollywood Hogan confirmed as the next DM.

Except I'm not that guy, I've been one of the few around here saying not to expect him back for years and years. And with all due respect, your example is even more stupid and ridiculous than my initial post. The entire point is that they went out of their way to use two audio clips and footage of him that they absolutely did not need to use. This isn't confirmation that Hollywood Hogan is coming out, just that they're simply dripping out Hogan related mentions into their promotional hype reels. I can't believe that actually needed to be explained to you.

But just because WWE wants to use Hogan footage doesn't mean he is back in good graces and on the way back.

BROTHERS!!! So many Hogan figs we still need. If he ever comes back to TV I hope they use him differently. To me he's so much more than coming out every single time and saying buy the network for 9.99.

Or just ask the Intercontinental champion Titus...whoops, no. Ok fine, just ask the Women's champion Naomi...whoops, no.

Yeah money is fine but you are forgetting 99% of aging pro wrestlers are absolute attention whores and all that money means nothing to him compared to walking on a ramp at an arena and strumming an air guitar

I won't believe Hogan is close to coming back until I see him in the Then Now Forever video montage they show before every tv event.

Sorry if this is off-topic but the commentators said "There was a certain olympic medalist who did that move too." After Apollo Crews suplexed Baron Corbin. Did anyone else notice this? Was I just dreaming?
